    Clinic called me to schedule dates for 3 test at direction from my doctor. I did not receive a reminder call & luckily put date on my phone calendar correctly. I tried to contact Jasonway location to get clarity about the 3rd test what is required to prep for it. I got no answer; call disconnected like they kept hanging up on me. I made 4 calls & test was scheduled that afternoon. I was unsucessful getting anyone to answer. Certain employees there are polite but one working in registration on front desk was not. From what I saw the facility look clean; Waiting area is clean tests areas look fine. 35 min Wait despite having coming 15 min earlier.

    Was seen by my doctor over a week ago and he ordered a CAT scan. While at work the following day received a message via my cellphone to call back to set up appointment. Tried to call around 4pm after work (and of course a holiday weekend) and was hung up on twice. Tried a third time and no answer. Called back Tuesday after a holiday weekend and tried to schedule and requested self pay. Was told that I would be contacted directly by insurance department with amount. Never heard back. I contacted them today(two days later) and was informed that they tried to contact me via a landline number from several years ago that is not connected to anything. Not really sure why they didn’t call my cell number again. I was given several excuses and an apology, but when it comes to your health I wouldn’t ket them play their games with it.

    Called at 3: o’clock to see if I need an appointment for an x-ray and they told me to just come in. I got there at 3:30 and they said they were booked. My wife told her she said we could come in and get it she made all kinds of painful noises and said that she could get me in at 4:45 so I said okay. After waiting for 10 minutes she said she couldn’t do it. I never felt so unwanted in my life. This clinic SUCKS!

    Please call to make sure they can do the ultrasound you are scheduled for! Drove 2 hours round trip took time off work only to be told they don't do thyroid maping at this location...while I get that there is only one person one day a week and apparently just back from leave..there is no excuse for this. Pull your orders in the morning do a quick scan call people with questions instead of waiting until they get there to ask them exactly what kind of ultrasound they need...or better yet call and tell them you can't even do the scan at this location..It took 2 weeks to get an appointment...one person one day a week why bother should maybe consider shutting down ultrasound department at this location.

    Staff was friendly, tech was knowledgeable. HOWEVER, my appointment was at 7:00 a.m. Road was pitch black. No street lights or signs to indicate where to turn or how to find the office. Turned around at least three times trying to locate the building. Once we located the building we noticed there were no cars visible and the building was dark. Just as I was attempting to call I saw someone turning on a light and unlocking the door. I complained at length about how hard it was to find in the dark and was told the lights weren't working and it had been reported. She said the lights worked briefly then went out again. Frustration to say the least. Was just about ready to give up and cancel. Poor way to run a business. The squeaky wheel gets the oil, they should be complaining loud and long to whomever is responsible for maintaining the building! Even the maps provided and Google driving directions were of no use when it was too dark to see driveway or building.

    Ultra Sound Doctor we great nice experience very knowledgeable, she even seen me at the last-minute because of a cancelation, she (I wish I could recall her name) was about to leave to go pick her son up from the babysitter. Thanks Ultra Sound Doctor 👍

    Front desk were friendly, but it took 1 hour for them to tell me they don't have the right apparatus in the building for what I need. Surely something that could have been figured out within 5/10 minutes? Not good.
