I've never been to a church where I've felt at home like this one. It is a true safe space where people are trying to better themselves. I love that there is no judgement or any teachings that can breed hate. It's all about growth and being the best person you can be. I have to say, this church is worth visiting.

A wonderful place like no other, Stone Village Church welcomes everyone to worship, volunteer, share fellowship, and advance social justice in Columbus. The services are fun, casual, and very meaningful. In addition, there is a wide variety of activities from a monthly book club to bible study to Gallery Hop receptions and much more. Stone Village Church has changed my life and I am proud to call it home!

I recently became atheist, best decision of my life. I spent 10 years believing in woo woo. I am now more of an intellectual and believe in science. I do love that this church is LGBT friendly. It's still too woo woo for me now. Svc also helps the community which is good. It was a small cramped location when I was there. I would have liked to join a small group. I never met any friends there. The pastor never talked to me. There were no game nights. I wish I connected more with people there. It is a pretty nice location. I am glad this option is here for LGBT Christian's. This church is a little too woo woo for me.

SVC is an inclusive and open faith community that felt like home from our first visit. Some of my favorite parts are the ministries that help others - packing lunches for the homeless every month and donating presents to refugees. I also love the rotating art and the other ways that bring us together in celebration.

From my first visit I've always been so impressed with the how warm and welcoming this church is and that there are no strangers here. Whether going for a Sunday service or going for a community event, I always leave feeling grounded and at home. Stone Village is a true blessing!

Be careful because Jesus warned of the snakes the claim they know God and John is one of them. Worst experience I've ever encountered at a church. A man who doesn't return a call and who's exact words were he wasn't there to discus God. WHAT? Stop me anytime and ill talk to anyone about God!

This is an amazing church. The services are intimate and thought provoking. The community is welcoming of all people, regardless of your faith tradition or background. The pastor challenges your thinking with his preaching while also sharing with you that he is an imperfect person just like everyone else. The two music leaders are extremely talented and do a wonderful job of blending traditional and contemporary music into each service. The opportunities to engage with the church community are so diverse that there is truly something for everyone. From gallery hop art exhibits, to packing lunches for the homeless, to collecting household items for refugees, to monthly dinner groups, to talking about your faith over a pint at Seventh Son...any level of engagement is at your disposal. In short, I love this church.

I visited Stone Village for the first time a year ago and rediscovered the joy of going to church. It quickly became home for my wife and I and its Jesus-based inclusiveness continues to inspire.

All are welcome at SVC. It’s an inclusive environment where people genuinely care about each other and the world around them. Finding a church can feel intimidating but SVC is a casual and non-judgmental environment to explore your faith with a supportive community.

Pastor John is extremely rude and discriminatory and does nothing to help others or to educate himself about the community and how did to go his job. Multiple reviews I called and spoke with him about the birth certificate service today he was extremely rude from the get go and stated when we only help people in the state of Ohio and his entire attitude was unwilling to help me from the start he said I needed a case worker and I very politely asked him well. How do most people go back in well quite frankly you should already have one and then said nothing else to me and try to get me off the phone. Completely ignorant and rude and discriminatory, and then he proceeded to get very rude with me and mouthy for the next five minutes. He also does not want you to speak with anyone else in the church for fear of losing his job. On looking at the Che church’s phone number it is actually a cell number with a church staff of only four. So they are not interested in helping others ot being accountable and improving. Don’t go here!!!!!!!!!!!

Stone Village is a church like no other. It is a place of inclusion no matter your walk of life. From the moment you walk in the door it’s almost impossible to not feel welcome. The community is caring and genuine. The services are a perfect blend of contemporary and traditional. There are several opportunities for engagement no matter your interest.

Stone Village Church understands the distinction between being a believer in God and being beloved of God. I have experienced here the love of God: its comfort, its clarity, its claims on my life.

My wife and I have been looking for a new church and especially one that teaches the true word of God and love. Not one that says that says everyone is welcomed but then tells you that you must change your lifestyle. That’s not how I want my kids to learn about God and Jesus. We wanted to find a church to teaches Gods message and teaches the same lessons that the grown-ups get as well. This church is the REAl deal. EVERYONE is really friendly, it’s a diverse crowd, young and old, straight, gay and everything inbetween, single, married, children. IT’s and awesome church. The songs are great but do not overwhelm or take the majority of the service. The sermons are fantastic

Warm and welcoming to all! Pastor John has a charm and wit that is both inspirational and entertaining. I recommend Stone Village to anyone seeking to join a community that accepts you as you come.

Add you wait 2 hours to see them with nowhere comfortable to sit and then don't help you and then can't give you any paperwork to get you help

I first came to Stone Village as an undergrad student at the invitation of friends. I quickly came to be a part of a loving and active community that takes seriously Jesus's commission to bring good news to the poor, sight to the blind, and liberation to the oppressed. SVC expertly combines relevant and inclusive theology with a deep Christian tradition of liturgy and sacrament. It simultaneously embraces all people and leans into social justice without relativising into irrelevance. In short, Stone Village is a church where I know my spirit will be refreshed and I'll be sent back into the world ready and encouraged to live like Christ.

Stone Village Church is a faith community that truly welcomes everyone as they say they do. Having been part of the community since close to the beginning, it's been wonderful to see it continue to grow as we live into our mission to help those in need both near and far.

Stone Village is an amazing community of loving, welcoming people and is very LGBTQ friendly. The pastor is amazing and there is a strong focus on community outreach and social justice. To me, Stone Village is the epitome of what a community of faith should be.
