Dr. Lake has been an amazing doctor for treating my fibromyalgia. She is thorough and spends time with you, not just in and out. UPDATE: I have been seeing Dr. Lake for over 4 years. She has never wavered in the level of excellent care I have come to expect from her and her team. She has been consistent, on point, and helpful. She understands my medical issues - fibromyalgia - and treats it well. I find the wait time from arrival, to room, to seeing her, to being out, very timely. I've never had to wait past my appointment time, nor had a long wait in the room for her to show up. I'm skeptical of the long wait times others have written about; a 24-hour call back is not unreasonable. The only long wait is getting an appointment to see her which can be a couple of months out, so I'm sure to book my next one before leaving my current appointment. As I've come to rely on, she is thorough, spends as much time as I need, answers my questions, and is open to alternative treatments - even suggesting them - rather than just throwing conventional pharmaceuticals at you. She is truly a wonderful doctor.

My wife was referred to this office and the receptionist and scheduler were very rude and telling her it wasn't urgent even though her primary doctor sent the orders over as urgent. Why should we have to wait until January for an urgent matter? Would give 0 stars if possible. How is it possible to run a successful business with staff like this?

Dr. Lake has treated me for osteoporosis for 6 years. She is extremely knowledgeable about all forms of treatment and has an excellent positive approach about a serious condition. I intend to continue treatment with her as long as possible. I just simply TRUST her.

She was great my first visit. I called her office over 48 hrs ago as I have something pop up in the warnings of the medication she prescribed. Not a side effect. No response.

I really appreciate Dr.Lake's care! I have every confidence in her and think she is a very competent, knowledgeable doctor. Not only does she know what she's talking about, she's very caring and has an awesome bedside manner! I feel fortunate to have her as my doctor.

I am very dissatisfied with Dr. Lake's staff because they are very difficult & tough to talk and deal with, they do not practice their work properly, they treat patients in an inappropriate manner, they refuse to help patients with anything they want.  Seriously I have suffered a lot because of the mistakes they make at their job because they are not doing  their job right, not doing what they should do. This is something that annoys any patient and refuses to deal with them in the future. Also, I can't believe that the staff sent my Insurance a duplicate of my right Arm MRI instead of sending my left Arm MRI . This mistake is unacceptable and they even refused to help me and fix this issue and talked with an attitude. So rude.

She’s my mom sanchu dr, she’s been treating her very well even though she’s not her family physician she has been doing what her family physician be doing very thankful for that. We always ask her questions through mychart & she’s been there always for us meanwhile her family physician is not doing anything. Dr lake is always there to refer my mom to different doctors for further treatment when my mom physician supposed to do that🥺 she’s not just rheumatology. She’s been doing what family physician supposed to do, very thankful & happy with dr lake works.

Dr. Lake has been a Godsend to me & has provided me with care that has given me a greater quality of life. Her specialty is rheumatoid arthritis & severe arthritis. She’s also well versed & knowledgeable about Fibromyalgia Syndrome. I couldn’t have found a better Specialist to help me with my health issues & to ensure a much greater quality of life, as Dr. Lake has provided me. The “wait time”... although I’ve not experienced a long wait to see Dr. Lake, to me, it’s but a mere little stone you stub your toe on that aggravates you more than it actually hurts you. This “time waited” is a solid investment in your Health as well as a Gift to your spouse & children. It is my hope that everyone who reads my review, has a greater understanding of what a gifted Specialist Dr. Lake is. She’s dedicated to her Patients battling the above mentioned issues, to Heal & to have a greater quality of life.

I came to Dr. Lake to help with pain issues. She was nice during the 5-10 minute visit (during the first and only meeting I have had with her). During this time I expressed I was looking for solutions for my pain and swelling in my hands other than medication. She ordered x-rays and blood work. I first received my blood work results via text with a call from a nurse saying everything was fine but I needed Vitamin D. I then received the results for my x-rays where Dr. Lake had her notes that everything was fine. I was happy I did not have RA and have the early stages of arthritis but no call or advice on how to manage the pain. When I sent back a text saying how upset I was about the lack of assistance and communications I got a message back saying there was nothing she could do since I voiced I did not want to take any medication. She said to help with the pain I could do the following take Ibuprofen, therapy, or medication. I have no idea what kind of therapy helps with the early stages of arthiris and I am just floored I did not get a call back from her office at all. She has no idea what I do for a living and how I use my hands there has to be something I can do to help the pain and it is my opinion no one at her office cares and would rather send a simple text then take the time to talk to someone. I wish I never would have spent all our money going to a specialist it was a complete waste. The visit will probably cost thousands of dollars and the answers she provided are so vague I got better answers from Web MD.
