There are quite a few places to shop from if you choose to head here! I would recommend setting a block of time to go here so you don't spend too long here. Other than that, have fun exploring a classic mall setting.

Went into the krogers here. Amazing. Great deals. Amazing service. Friendly staff. Food, like produce, was fresh. All aisles seemed stocked and clean. First time shopping at this location. Next time we're in town we will be back for sure.

As the thugs continue to destroy their own neighborhoods and businesses they are now migrating into these type places. Fights in the food courts, walking out without paying....etc. Biggest issue is them roaming the parking lot....watch your back.... Only short time until this area is another no go zone so enjoy it while you still can.....

Went to U Paint it for the afternoon. Had a blast! Many choices to paint and helpful friendly staff. Fired and back to you within a week. It was a great time with a homemade reward at the end.

This is a good place to grab your quick need items on the go. Clean and friendly cashiers were pleasant service was good not a bad place to go when you need something quick and their prices were very reasonable

Many stores and places of entertainment Had my hair cut at Great Clips by Marchelle-she did a great job. For entertainment I went to Waffle House and sat at the counter. The employees work their butts off and all were pleasant and helped one another out It was like watching a choreographed performance and the food was good. I'll go back often. Even the patrons were friendly

This is for sure the Big Lots you go to for furniture. Their sister store in Westerville isn't large enough for such inventory. I look at everything whenever I visit the Polaris store.

Always find great deals here! You can't go wrong shopping at Big Lots of any of the other small stores in Polaris Towne Center.

Had not been to the mall in a while. Super busy and I love to see the diversity of people everyone getting along and enjoying themselves.

Big lots has gotten to expensive. You can go to Walmart and get a better selection and price. I believe they have gotten away from the original business model and it is hurting them. Go to Ollie's

A pretty nice area over all, not too hard to get in and out of. It can be a bit hard on busy shopping days, but still manageable. Plenty of shopping options here with more incoming. Usually hit Bestbuy, Target, or lowes. World Market is a must as well.

Had to take two teenage girls and a grade school girl school shopping today. I was originally against Polaris because I'm so used to it being busy and packed, but I am ultimately glad that we went to Polaris. We were able to find what we were looking for and most All of the stores. We found a lot of good finds at the Polaris t.j Maxx and Ulta was essentially a good stop. The teen girls picked out some skin care from good molecule and are excited to try it. My grade school daughter probably got the most out of the Nike store. We were able to find a really cute fall outfit on sale for 30% off and a book bag and a new pair of shoes for gym.

As always a fun place to look for unusual and difficult to find items. The World Market is the best!

  • 1/5 Ralph R. 8 months ago on Google
The pictures are of a shopping mall but this is not a shopping mall. This is a strip mall but all the pictures are of some random shopping mall. Most of the pictures were taken at some other place.

  • 3/5 David K. 8 months ago on Google
The place is kind of a hot mess. There is just too much stuff every where with not much organization. But for what it was, the staff was super nice and the location is nice

  • 5/5 Chelsie O. 7 months ago on Google
Clean and organized in every single store we went to and every single person working was the most kind and helpful people. 100 percent would recommend shopping here!

Lots of stores to experience but where's the security or order? There were teens in the food court screaming for no reason at all causing a disturbance and nobody did anything

I went to JoAnn Fabrics, and the store was extremely busy. However, I was able to find the items I needed. The Center is extremely busy on the weekends.

  • 4/5 J A. 6 months ago on Google
I don't buy something every time that I go, but I like hunting for bargains. I just wish that there were more plus size & wide feet options.

  • 4/5 John D. 5 months ago on Google
Busy area. Torcheys was 5 stars as usual. Joann Fabrics and Ulta both had 20 people in the checkout line with only one register open. The lady at Ulta said 'corporate cut our hours'. This was Saturday at 6:30pm. Oh, and pricing at the local Lowes in Polaris did not match the corporate web site...$589 vs $499. It took manager approval but, we got the lower price.

Nice enough shopping center. I only went into the Target here, but driving around everything looked nice, clean and orderly. Plenty of good looking stores in here.

I have had the Salmon here a few times with the mashed potatoes and broccoli and it is very very good. when you eat your meal you can tell there was effort put to get it, to taste as good as it does(it does not feel like a pre-heated meal). that said dont order if you are in a rush.

Waited, waited, waited finally the salads arrived. Barely picked-up a fork and the dinner arrived. Salad should have been served way early as the dinner the dinner sat and grew cold. The green beans were inedible, barely more than raw. I don't know who thinks raw vegetables is the proper way for them to be served. Someone far more sophisticated than me.

I love Polaris. I prefer the classic indoor mall in the colder months and the superior environment to Easton. Less kids and all major franchises seem to be better versions than the heir) their Easton counterparts

Our family loves Polaris! Our go to mall and we drive 70 miles one way. Has everything you need and more. Our go to stores in the mall are Banana Republic, Lu Lu Lemons, Madewell, Von Maur, Gap and many more. Has TJ Maxx near by and many restaurants and stores. Also Krispy Kreme, Red Robin, Jimmy John’s and Canes. IKEA also close by. Great area if you have never been. Check it out.

I just really wish there was a better way to manage the traffic.

Most of the stores open and staff from Target to Maurice. Great to see people moving about, placing on mask before entering establishments.

  • 2/5 Jim S. 2 years ago on Google
Either remove the mask requirement signs and don't require masks *or* enforce your rules, I don't care which. But be consistent!

I find Polaris to be a great indoor mall. Numerous shops to choose from and usually a new store every now and again to keep things fresh. Out of all the stores I’d like to make mention of the Disney store because that’s not a common store in malls which is nice. Never feels crowded and it has a wide range of restaurants and their food court isn’t bad either.

  • 4/5 Rick C. 2 years ago on Google
I don't shop here often, I live in a different area but I always have a good experience coming here no matter how busy the traffic. I think there was good planning done to the center and the roadways around it.

  • 5/5 JustCallMeAngel H. 1 year ago on Google
Very clean bright lights and deals were available the staff was very polite and friendly and kind. The staff was very helpful in making sure I received my discount that was posted

Big Lots is one of my favorite stores I like mostly everything they have in there. Friendly cashiers

  • 4/5 Joseph B. 2 years ago on Google
Lots of options. Clean and a pleasant atmosphere. The "indoor mall" scene is a little outdated, being the only real downside. That being said, there are plenty of surrounding stores to get what you need.

  • 4/5 Gene M. 1 year ago on Google
Inside was under construction but they had a very efficient way to get you what you want and get you on your way.

It's a love-hate with Polaris Town center. The only reason why I say that is because the traffic is super crazy half the time and there are a ton of people. But on the same note, there is a ton of parking. So you never have to worry about actually finding a parking spot now. Whether or not you're going to be up front or way in the back. That's a whole nother ball game. I love the variety of stores that they have that they cater to the younger crowd to the middle age and the older crowd. Crowd. They also cater to a bunch of different budgets, so there's a little bit of something for everybody. There's also a ton of food options. They have everything from fast food to sit down to like fancy fancy. It's definitely a tourist destination so if you are on vacation and you are looking for a great area to shop I would highly recommend Polaris Town center. Like I said they have everything and anything that you would need

Okay dude straight up I love coming to Polaris this is my favorite mall in the state! I've been coming here for almost 20 years now and I'll probably keep coming here until I move or they close the place down which I don't see either happening anytime soon so for the perceivable future I'll be shopping here.

This store is located around the I71 route, got things for the whole public. From kitchen to the bedroom materials, are all available in this store. This store had contributed to our community a lot

The bookcase we ordered was in decent condition, but a sticker was covering a dent. Service was great though and would recommend visiting for furniture.

  • 5/5 Ashley 1 year ago on Google
A little overpriced for my taste but I absolutely love all the furniture and the different kinds of foods you can get from this store also the customer service was absolutely amazing extremely helpful and kind

They actually have gay cookies here. Who would have known. One thing that was surprising was the cream was still in the normal place..........

  • 1/5 Tom W. 1 year ago on Google
This was a lie, I was not here. If I ever go here, I'll adjust my review. Just know Google lies. In no way does my star rating reflect the store or it employees, just Google.
