Just don't even bother. Not entirely sure how this building is even still up / existing but my goodness, let the poor building out of it's misery. If I could give it less than one star, I promise you I would. It's a shame because this mall was always crowded growing up, I even worked in this mall... so darn sad.

Eastland Mall has seen better days for sure, but it still functions as a great place for local businesses. Hopefully the county doesn't force them to close, it'd be a shame. They're doing their best, even maintaining security on site. What mall still does that!? Make sure to snap a photo at the legendary retro snack machine! The only one left in this area that I've seen.

Definitely got a dead mall vibe to it. Sad because you can tell it used to be great. That said, underground by journeys is a fantastic shoe store, and I hope they can survive when the city bulldozes this place.

Deplorable, run down, trash everywhere, and no lights on except for construction lights. Sad.

Mall is so bare but a couple stores are in there my teenagers liked. Customer service suck throughout the building. Food court was closed but I didnโ€™t care. Get in and get out ๐Ÿ˜‚

Fifteen years ago Eastland Mall was going by the wayside of the old Southland Mall... It's still here! I've been gone from Columbus for the last eight years and I did not expect to find this place here. The Eastside definitely need new development opportunities as long as the Eastland Mall stands, money will she away.

I figured with this being the grand opening the staff wouldโ€™ve been welcoming and friendly but NO. Didnโ€™t get a chance to try the food because the environment itself turned me off. None of the staff were smiling nobody greeted us they actually were looking at us as if we were not supposed to be there. This is exactly why some people donโ€™t support black owned businesses. Me as a black woman take pride in supporting deserved black owned businesses. However if the business has poor customer service, lack of friendliness, poor product quality etc I will never support them. Change staff!!!!!!!

Only visit to order from Design Chef or Evelyn's Table. Nothing else there interests me. The Mall, if you can call it that is a dead Mall. Whomever owns it has done a lousey job over the years keeping it up, attracting customers to it, and keeping its employees safe. What a waist. So much money could still be made there. Stores do not stay there long. I wish they'd let me run it, I could tuen it into a goldmine.

I love the mall because I have great memories of when it was very popular. It was beautifully decorated for every season. I remember hamilton rd. backed up to i70 the weekend before Christmas. It's sad to see these malls all shut down and be torn down. I drive a bus and drop students at the charter school is why I am there every day..

Zero start if I could. How sad. This poor mall was forced to compete with it's counterpart mall Easton, then, the ravages of the pandemic shutdowns. Looks like Eastland going belly up similar to the ugly Continent. More eyesore massive parking lots full of weeds and trash, abandoned buildings that sit, like the Continent, unused, decaying. Sad city.

They are so dope! I love they make you feel like family and their fur babies are so cute! My experience was quick, easy and straightforward. He recommended which ones would fit my face and I went with it and 3 days later I was picking them up. Thank you! Iโ€™ll be back ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Unfortunately Eastland doesn't look like they have a lot of foot traffic. We went to footlocker because they had some sneakers that my grandson wanted for his birthday. The two sales personnel were friendly and helpful.

The mall is open but there are not many stores inside. Jimmy jazz, kids for less(everything is on sale...) Champs(having 50% sale, only 20 min shopping and only 6 people at a time), glitter, and a few other clothing stores plus a couple jewelers....not many options for jewelry. No food place was open in food court....it is Tuesday.

Not many stores. But it was a nice experience. The little pop up shops are super cute and convenient. If you like to support small businesses and love natural essential for your body. This is the place to go.
