The kids all look like they were having alot of fun . I as a senior it was way to loud and out of control but they had fun. The salade bar was a bit to pricey tho . And no senior discounts on them . But that's okay too. Had a blast!! Excellent manager. She was sweet.

Fun for kids and adults with lots of arcade games pizza soda/ pop and other snack foods also great for young children parties. My oldest son had his first bday here at Chucky cheese and they had many packages to choose from where all the kids could play games have cake ice cream pizza and drinks and even party favors for the kids and extras for the birthday child

This shopping mall is slowly but surely fading away..There is still a couple good stores in there but I definitely feel like it could use some more stores to fill in all the empty spaces.

Took a friend to the Kroger's behind Chucky Cheese. It was very busy, no parking spots and jammed packed.

Great place to shop from the workout to the grocery store to the pet store you can even but stuff for your home clothes jewerly or even just go to a great store like Sally's to get your dye on. Or simply go to dollar tree for your craft needs. After shopping want a quick bite to eat or you want to relax and enjoy a buffet Consumer Square West has it all to choose from...

Consumer Square is a good place to get things and good food. It is a place with a variety of business types. It can be considered a one-stop place to get your shopping needs completed. I love it. it's a good place for very many reasons.

It is 9th circle of hell lol. They are all the same I mean you have good staff and a few bad ones. It is like that at any one you go too. Wear a mask bring a gallon of hand sanitizer you will be good. The kids will always leave with a 😁

There are stores and different shops. There is a Kroger store, Dollar Tree, Bargain Hunt, Bath & Body Works store, and many more. There is a McDonald's and Chuck E. Cheese for kids. There is an auto parts store right next to it. There is also a COTA bus stop there. I like the shopping center.

Great place to park where I feel safe... Living in my S U V homeless because My own mother and brother had me set up and arrested for domestic violence after my DAD died so they could have all the money my father and I worked so hard for.

I had a very nice experience in Kroger today I had forgot my glasses at home and was trying to read very small ingredients on the back of the candy package see my husband is allergic to red dye number 40 and Red Lake 40. A young girl named Stevie help me out she even took the time to read the ingredients to me I'm really thankful for her kindness. I love Kroger's in London the store is always very clean and Everyone is always so helpful. Please give Stevie a big thank you for me.

Not the same as it use to be and for it to be a happy place for kids a lot of the workers wear a frown upon their faces and customer service skill need to be worked on. Body language speaks louder then words.Ik they can do better if they try.

Just about every store there is closed and if you happen to be walking through the parking lot with a book bag on you automatically or accused of being homeless and put when I trust passing with regardless if you've done anything wrong or not, security is a joke there

I rarely am in this area to go to this one so I was all discombobulated however the store was stocked (my usual store o isn’t always stocked) so I went in for milk an left with a cart full I just love the half gallon sales okay back On topic the only issue I had was check out now this store seemed to have a lot of lanes open thank goodness and mot to long of lines due to that plus unlike my Kroger they have the self check out with the belt so I can self Check out with a decent number of Groceries the lady in front of me had issues with machine so I moved to another machine well I needed help the machine said help is on the way why I’m not sure but forced me to wait help was nowhere in sight so I spend 5 minutes searching for someone close trying to stay close to my stuff found someone finally an those Check out were squeezed in a isle so I couldn’t get out sue to person in front of me an line behind me I literally social anxiety was stuck other then that it seemed good maybe needs a Good deep cleaning I would t take a newborn in there plus the veggies are skimpy an they had a whole pile Of actual rotten romaine lettuce for sale you can see the brown nasty liquid gathering in bag most leafy veggies We’re torn broken discolored like it was a day or so past (lucky me I went in to also get salad stuff)

Went there for a birthday. I personally would never have my sons party at this place. There were 8 parties, young kids running around unattended, broken games, cheap prizes even when you had a huge amount of tickets. The worst part the place smelled like you were at a Naughty by Nature concert. The weed smell was so intense I had a buzz. If you are ok with this environment then by all means. Just not the place I would ever have a party for a child.

People are not very friendly to shop with, and the employees are worse. It remind me of a bad dream. One would think during a vivid crisis people would pull together. Even if it was just holding a door for another or a courtesy nod....over all... this side of town really could be its own little country one that you really don't want to stop and visit, just drive through as fast as the speed limit will allow.

Not a very attractive place to go. Most of the stores are far past their prime and most of the time, I don't feel like it's a very safe area. I recommend people I know stay far away from this square. There are far better places to find a deal without putting yourself or your property at risk.

Sallys beauty supplies, was my reason for stopping at consumer square West........ And well quite frankly The store itself is ok and I love all the products carried The staff kind of really rubbed me the wrong way. They close at 7:00 p.m. I got there at about 10 after maybe 15 after 6:00 to 3 minutes after I get in the store and I'm looking around the woman from the counter up front working asks if I need help I said Yes actually I do she helps me find what I went there to get and then she proceeds to say okay well was that everything are you ready to come check out I say no I'd like to look around some more so I'm looking around a little bit more and about another 5 minutes she's asking if I'm ready to check out again two or three minutes after that again asking if I'm ready to leave I told her no I'm not I'm still shopping I tried to make a joke of like God I don't get out much you know so when I do I try to take my time and enjoy it and she proceeds to tell me yeah well we're getting ready to close I'm ready to go okay so I was honestly looking for a specific item still I'd asked if they had it she didn't know she said I don't know you know what no we don't have it I said okay well I'm still going to look she side walked back to the counter so within the next eight minutes she asks me at least four more times when I'm going to be ready to cash out I can wear her because at this point I'm ready to flip out I am getting ready to walk up front and she sees me and she runs to the cash register and the shampoo and conditioner that I've been looking for I seen it so I stopped real quick and she size and says are you serious so I proceed to get my shampoo and conditioner go up front she said are you finally ready to check out now I don't see anything I pay for my stuff and I told her that her work day may be a little more pleasant if she thought about being a little more pleasant and stopped rushing people and being so rude to them I told her I know exactly what time you close I wasn't going to be in here until after clothes and make you guys stay longer I still had 15 20 minutes before they closed and I'm being harassed followed around the store can't even concentrate on what I'm trying to get because I have her following me pestering me to leave it's really not a great way to get people to spend money or come back to spend money because from here on out I'll definitely be going to a different location.

It is really conveniently located for families in Westgate, but the store and its customers are a little rough around the edges. The employees have always been great, however, and they have a surprisingly good array of vegetarian protein options. If you live close by, this Kroger is a must. Just prepare yourself beforehand!

This is a very clean, and well organized Kroger store. The cashiers were fast, and friendly Everything seemed very clean, as I did see cashiers cleaning between customers. There was also person stationed in the self-checkout area cleaning, and offering assistance.

Pretty good. It has better lighting than the one on Eakin. One thing to mention. If you are ordering pick up, be ready for substitutions. Never fails that they don't have an item on pickup orders. And they don't pay attention to the notes put on orders. I specifically ask for an item not to be given to me as a substitute and they did anyway. It was even on the sheet that the associate gave to me upon pickup. Another incident on a pickup, a substitute item was requested, and a totally different item was given that was not on my shopping list and not approved by me the customer(ordered tater tots. Received fish sticks).

Dirty and sad. Definitely drug deals going on there. Approached by guy asking for cigarettes or money. I always try to shop elsewhere (Grandview Kroger's) but sometimes have to swing by here in a pinch.

Well considering the pandemic and monatary situations. Alot of people aren't happy but what makes me upset isn't the cashier's or the baggers or even the managers it's the corporations that has spiked the prices and it's the little guy that pays because I know the farmers aren't getting it. But as far as this particular store it self yes the employees kept the store clean and sanitary and follow covid procedures and shelves stocked neatly and easy to find. I SEE YOU FRONTLINE WORKERS AND ITS OK ILL SMILE FOR YOU. KYHU!

The security that's their house arrest me quite a few times and every time I walk today treat me like a criminal I work off of fishel road and I live down in the bottom so I cut over to broad Street on my bike and I got to the shopping center for as a shortcut in order to get home faster at such a late time at night and they treat me like a criminal follow me and harass me the whole time even though we've been through this multiple times before
