It gets pretty packed up here on the weekends. So be prepared to be around bigger crowds. Other than that its a convenient, clean center with quite a few popular stores all in one place

It's your typical stripcenter. Usual reasons to go are for Michael's and Home Depot. Traffic is busy and it's not the easiest to get in and out of, but that's the area.

I was going to Best Buy to purchase a TV. I walked in, and a salesperson walked over after I had looked thru the options available in the size I was interested in. He answered a few questions I had. He then carried my choice to the register, cashed me out, and offered to carry the TV to the loading area. As I pulled up , he loaded the TV into my car. I've been thrilled with the purchase and service I received.

I love Home Depot and lowes however the last depot I’ve been to I was amazed and excited about the deals on some of the plants mainly the cacti and succulent variety nice great sized ones for cheap I mean never have I seen such low prices an they even had mixed pots with nice sized cactus and and some succulents maybe a few baby cacti I mean it was great 👍 but there were some that were so water logged an black it was sad to me like I’m saving type ruined and by leaving in there the whole pot goes to risk and a lot of there plants needed dead headed and or just touched up it was pitiful I felt like it’s wrong to do so but it was so difficult for me not to try and save some of these plants 🌱

The stores are great but where you drive into anything to get in there is the worst!! Especially Stringtown Road! Terrible!! And the "fixed better area" for the Chic-Fil-A is worse than fixing it for months. Don't drive down that way!! Ever if you know you will be in a long line for a long time.

I'm thankful for how the app tells me how many of an item the store has in stock because Otherwise I would have been at a store without enough of the planks I needed. There was a lot of staff, but they weren't looking to help us. One girl was talking on her phone through a headset to a friend. Another man gave us a short quick answer and didn't even leave his seat. The aisles were full of displays that made it difficult to pass.

People are rude and lazy stood waiting for someone to help me for almost an hour 4 people working the counter and they kept looking and me and not helping

Went after an artificial Christmas tree and found the most beautiful pre-lit tree. Not only did it have white lights, it had colored lights too, and a remote. How cool is that! Thank you home depot!

Picked up a freezer got it home when I unloaded it I noticed the bottom of the box was crushed. When I open the box the bottom was caved in. Had to take it back to get another. Spend the better part of the day getting another one.

If your trying to find parts for your riding lawn mower this isn't the place. Very few options and even less knowledge on the matter.

Picking up item that was ordered online. We parked at a sign that stated we could pick up our order in this spot but they didn't give you a number to call. Once we found a phone number in the email sent, stating that the order arrived, we called and had to go through about 4-5 prompts before we had to wait for someone to pick up the phone. When they did answer, we asked to hold so she could transfer the call.😤 (Why don't you give a phone number that goes directly to order pickup and also put it on the signs in the parking area). One I would like to say is that the gentleman that brought the package out to the car, was kind and very friendly.

Go here frequently. They don't carry a lot of stuff you can get from Lowes. Some things don't make sense. They carry 3" thin wall pipe fittings but not the pipe. Weird huh! They don't any glass block or glass block windows. These are pretty popular. Not my favorite store by far.

I had placed a pickup order for it to be delivered to my car.. They told me they could not find my order so when I gave them the order number they said oh well that's because it's under this person's name.. And I looked up the name that came up on the caller ID which is this person.. But both of those names were tied to the order the caller ID name was the original pick up person that I had listed.. But they didn't even try to look up look up my name when I said I was the one that placed the order?! They definitely need a better system and all of this was after waiting for 10 minutes after I had checked in on the app and nobody came outside and there was a woman sitting next to me that has been out there for about 15 minutes before I got there she had to go inside to get her order

Went to Kohls. They are remodeling. Sephora will be in store. New carpet etc. It will be a nice face lift.

I'm a truck driver, Big Rig, and my fridge died on me on Easter overnight. I purchased it in New Jersey, and when I called the store and got a hold of the service counter, she told me without any hesitation that they could only swap it out because I didn't have my receipt. Which was exactly what I wanted anyway. I'm always in the area of this store, and if I ever need anything else, I will definitely stop by.

We were able to get most of what we needed. Stock more birdseed. They were out of bags of birdseed we typically purchase.

I came here to Home Depot to rent a Penske truck to move. Highly do NOT recommend, they charged my card $250 for the initial purchase, $100 of that was a deposit I should get back. After I returned the truck Home Depot charged my card about 6 more times for all different amounts, $100, $91.04 several times, and even $0.01 on one transaction. They continued to charge me until I called my bank and told them not to let any more money come out. I ended off paying over $500. When I called in to Home Depot to get it fixed they said I must have gone over my mileage (I did not). They did not help at all and refused to take my card out of their system. Thankfully I called Penske directly and they easily fixed it and refunded ALL my money to make up for the inconvenience of having an empty bank account. Thank you TRE at PENSKE! I will definitely go back to Penske if I need a truck again, highly recommend the Obetz location! I'll never ever go back to Home Depot though!!!

For me this is another shopping center parking lot, but where I had to park to visit the Home Depot, the front driveway is fairly busy due to Starbucks traffic.

Hey this is a very nice strip mall if you’re ever out on the south side of Columbus by Grove city. There are a lot of different kinds of shops here from Home Depot to restaurants to you name it. This really is an up-and-coming area it’s very clean well lit well-maintained I don’t think I could say enough about it. We dropped into the Home Depot to pick up some home supplies and seeing the area we decided to grab lunch also , that should tell you how nice this place is . it will Luer you in with its wonderfulness of convince. Anyway it is kind like a big strip mall what it is easy location right off the main highway.

Great customer service especially in home depot. We had troubles finding a Christmas tree the one we saw online said they had it in stock when we got their they didn't so for our troubles they had us get a new tree and took $50 off it.

I love this place. I do a lot of DIY projects and home repair work. I think I'm in here twice a week at a minimum. Better prices than Lowe's, but not as much inventory or selection. Generally try to take care of customers.

Home Depot could be more "senior" friendly. The past 2 visits the store refused to assist us in loading garden soil onto the cart, checking out, and then loading it into our car. We also had several hanging baskets and flats of flowers as well. We were told the store did not have enough employees to help. (We saw 5 employees in the garden center at the time.) I asked for the manager but was told he was unavailable. I called the store later to speak to the manager, and he never returned my call. Called corporate, and they apologized and referred us back to the store. Not providing a service in 1 thing, but not returning a phone call is bad customer service.

You don't even need to pretend (by letting it fall off your nose...) to wear a mask at this location. Apparently you just walk on in and do your thing. Note that SEVERAL employees walked by during this ~20 minute (about 15 minutes for him) wait in line and none questioned him. They did stop and have us reorganize the line so people could get through the isle though... you know... for the greater good.
