One of the largest malls that I have visited. The floor plan has been designed really well. Two levels of tons of stores of all types, clothing stores, boba drink shops, show stores, lotion and soap stores, there is much to offer here for anyone. There are only two bathrooms in the mall, but you can find them using the mall guide. Overall, a very beautifully decorated and clean mall. Tip: visit their website before visiting to look at the map! This way, you know where to park that is closest to the stores you want to go to! Valet parking is available by the main entrance for $6.

Supernice place - trust me it'll take almost half of your day to wander around. Many shops, food court and many more. A must to visit mall even for a walk and socializing.

Update 8/4/23: Why is the mall closing at 8:00pm on a Saturday?? Ridiculous. Can y’all at least be open until 9:00pm on Friday and Saturday. Sheesh. 2 weeks prior: This mall and Easton are the 2 best malls in the Columbus, OH metro area.

Nice mall- consistently clean and welcoming, despite the changing environment. Sadly, some recent shootings and criminal activity have deterred families and others from frequenting. They could use better and more present security. I visited the other day for the first time in 5 years. Not nearly the crowds as prior to the Covid pandemic.

This mall has done a major revamp in the past few years. Indoor malls were on their way out but not this one. It is full of unique and amazing stores mixed with the old favorites. FYE and Boxed Lunch are hits for any nerdy family members or fans of Disney. Also loved the Boho clothing stores, there are several and they are beautiful. Went on a Saturday so it was packed but a weekday might just be the perfect day for shopping and entertainment.

Decent indoor shopping mall with major retailers like Macy’s, JCPenney, Saks, Apple, Dick’s Sports, and others. There is a volleyball training place (?) as well. They have a nice food court with a good variety of food options (Popeye’s chicken coming soon). The mall has a very relaxed vibe which I enjoy. Plenty of parking spaces.

Nice mall. Great selection of stores. Good parking. Food court is okay. Lacks bathrooms and sitting area and benches. Good traffic, not super busy. Clean and welcoming environment.

This is the most incredible mall I have ever been in. If you can't find it here, you don't need it. I like the way the mall is inside and surrounded by all kinds of shops outside. If the weather is nice you can go between the mall and all the other retail stores located around the mall. Plan on spending the day between the movie theater, Funny Bonez, all the delicious restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, Quaker Steak and Lube, Five Guys, Mimi Cafe and all the other chain stores both inside and out. It's amazing! Enjoy yourself and don't rush

This mall is absolutely wonderful for having fun stores. I come to visit my dad every once in a while to spend time with him, and one of our favorite activities is coming to this mall and walking around and checking out our favorite stores to see if they have anything new. Stores like Gamestop, Hot Topic, FYE, the ones that have an assortment of fun geeky stuff and not just clothes, are our favorites to go to. Thanks for being a favorite tradition!

A fantastic mall that is easy to explore, clean, and with plenty of different types of shops for everyone! I enjoyed FYE (nerdy stuff), The Spice Tea and Exchange (great teas as well as variety of spices, sugars, salts, and more), and bubble tea from Bubbles The Tea and Juice Company.

They made my daughters dress it's absolutely gorgeous. I can't post it yet because the wedding isn't until August, but it's beautiful. My only complaint is when they offered us champagne they took it from a previously opened bottle. When you spend thousands of dollars on a dress a complimentary bottle should be offered. The ladies were sweet and helpful though.

Busy. All spots full, for the most part. Good variety. Same with the food court. Great variety of people. We had a good time and good to see businesses thriving here. With businesses pulling out of every mall everywhere, it was good to see so many still here and busy with foot traffic.

Place was packed, parking was plentiful but the mall in general is not geared for people over 55. Lack of escalators, causes shoppers to be funnelled to stores they would not shop at. Had to take stairs twice but they were narrow and made us have to be too close to others. Elevators were packed too.

Not many actual malls that are left , and ones that are often feel deserted. It's so nice to have a vibrant, clean mall with a quality food court and variety of stores. Something for everyone. Also a good place to go to people watch. Usually puts me ina hopeful mood to see so many people smiling and having a good time with friends or family.

It's always so good to see the malls busy! Polaris was very busy when we went and I loved it. Game Stop had such a small selection of items so I'm not sure what is going on with that. The bathrooms by the play area was a bit messy with what appeared to be water all over the floor near the back of restroom in between the stalls. Some toilets were quite messy but it was busy so makes sense. This mall is one of our favorites!!

It feels like this mall is somehow standing the downfall of the typical malls. There's always improvements being made, new stores added, and their food court is massive! Love it here. Something for everyone.

One of my favorites! You spend literally half a day, if not a full day here just shopping, eating and enjoying everything else around the mall. All the stores I love are here! The only downside is that I wish I lived closer!

It’s a nice mall BUT, I was surprised that the only Christmas decorations was about 20 Christmas trees around the Santa display and that was it. For a higher end mall I would have thought the mall would have been decked out with lights and decorations! And the escalators by Macys kept stopping and people was walking up and down the escalators.

  • 5/5 Matthew O. 2 years ago on Google
Terrific place for mall-walking. 1/4 mile long, so one round trip is half a mile. Getting five miles is easy, just five times round the top level and five times round the lower level. People-watching, air conditioned for walking in bad weather, clean rest rooms, food court, free drinking fountains. I think of the mall as a kind of museum of current popular culture. See what's popular, from high-end shoes at Sax, to middle-class popular at Von Mauer, and even pop-punk at Hot Topic. Mainstream Macy's and Penny... plenty of bright colors and interesting artifacts.

So many stores, we travel over an hour just to shop here. Would like to see better presence of security. My son was approached by 2 men and feared for his new shoes to be stolen. We couldn’t find security at all.

Plenty of parking. 2 floors of shopping happiness. Big food court. Clean public restrooms. Only a couple storefronts available to lease. Great place to get your steps in.

Nice place to get some laps in, or window shop. It's very clean and has tons of parking all around it. As per the individual stores inside some I really enjoy while others I really don't wanna buy ANYTHING from. Been going here for years and it hasn't changed much besides some of the store fronts inside.

  • 5/5 Nicole A. 7 months ago on Google
This mall is so nice and very upscale. Definitely felt a little out of place, but there are plenty of good shops. Hot Topic, Lush, Icing, Spencer's, Forever 21, etc.

  • 5/5 Arissa C. 11 months ago on Google
The Polaris Fashion Mall was very clean and had a lot of shopping options for patrons. I really liked the sports complex within the mall. That is a great use of space when department stores close. I was throughly impressed. We also stopped by Phyllis Ann's store and bought hot sauce powder. Initially, we didn't know what to expect with the powder but once we got back to our hotel, we tried it on our food. It was delicious and so much better than liquid hot sauce! 10/10 recommended! The owners of this store also have an ice cream shop in the mall as well!

First time in this mall for quite some time. Some new stores and shops. There is a new huge indoor sports complex that looks awesome. Everything was clean and the place was hopping for back to school shopping. I had to run inside to buy a new Browns hat before kickoff.

Love the variety of shops the mall offers. However, all the bathrooms desperately need a deep and thorough cleaning (the doors, floors, etc.) I walked into the family bathroom with my infant right after someone with 3 dogs walked out. They let the dogs pee on the floor. Gross!

Large variety of shops. Hugs food hall also known as the food court. All sorts of variety of food. We stopped there to pick up a chicken fil a order from the app. There is a restroom off of the food court with a couple of family restrooms which is handy when traveling with little kids. We did find the area to be challenging to drive around in the car, but we were happy we stopped.

I come here and love it. Every time. It’s always clean. Never too crowded on weekdays. Can usually find everything I need for a good night out. Make sure to go shop the sales those are the best deals.

Lots of new stores and a great Santa Experience. The elevator was down for a bit and we had to search for a different elevator to get the stroller to the upper level. Clean and updated, but after awhile I did start to get a headache from the mix of hot popcorn butter, cinnamon roll, and strong perfume stand smells.

The mall still has a few nice stores, but it’s also lost a lot of nice stores. Furthermore, their maintenance team is absolute atrocious. Multiple escalators have been down for months.

Being from out of town we had never been here before, I sure want to come back again! It's FABULOUS! It has high end shopping and stores that we don't have in Trumbull County. We did the Escape room adventure at All In Adventures, it was a blast! Something different to do with friends and family. The staff we encountered the two days we were there was so nice and fun. There were so many great stores here we had to visit 2 days in a row!

This is a nice shopping mall. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I parked by this mall in front of Macy’s and walked inside. I walked through the Macy’s and through the rest of the mall to Barnes and Noble. I went into Barnes and Noble, which was pretty good. After I went in there, I went to Forever 21 and the Apple Store. After that, I went by the food court to a cookie stand, where I got a cookie. I sat at a chair by a table and ate my cookie, which tasted pretty good. After I ate my cookie, I left the shopping mall, satisfied with my experience. This mall has six anchor stores. These anchor stores are Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy’s, Von Maur, Field and Stream, Sears, and JC Penney. There’s also an outdoor section of the mall, which has a Dave and Buster’s, Barnes and Noble, Forever 21, and other stores. I gave Thai shopping mall five stars because it has lots of stores and is conveniently located by I-71.

  • 5/5 Gage E. 3 years ago on Google
Polaris has 2 floors of shopping, with a wide variety of retailers. Easy access and navigation to all the stores. A large food court with plenty of options for cheap and easy food. Polaris also offers more high end dining in and around the shopping center. There aren’t any downsides to this location except for the amount of foot traffic they see. It can get very busy at times. There is always tons of parking available. Always try and exit the location at a traffic signal or you will be waiting for quite a while at a stop sign.

Very clean, large variety of stores carry a good amount of merchandise. They do have boboa tea, rolled ice cream, auntie Anne's. Spa center, kids play center. Zombies does have a large selection of decks.

1 million square feet of stores and restaurants there is something for everyone. Food court has a small selection compared to the size of the mall. There is a Dave and Busters. Shopping, food and Gaming. Cant complain. Valet parking is offered.

Polaris Fashion Place appears to be a circle of parking lots surrounding a village of stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking spaces with ample Handicap parking. We visited Barnes & Noble and out their back entrance and to your right is a New Balance Shoe store just across the walk way. We will go back to explore on a warmer day and take pictures to post

One of the best places to shop in Columbus! Has a wide variety of clothing stores and also other departments. Also has a food court.
