The shops in the actual mall are half filled and half open. The space makes a great farmers market- though the prices are reflective of the mall they are in, as to say high. Many of the vendors are charging more for items found in other farmers market of flea market locations. It is fun to go and look around, get ideas for at home crafts and perhaps grab an item or two. The stores aren't open to allowing use of their bathrooms. We tried 2 places that turned us down. The common restroom was locked before we tried the stores.

The indoor playground at the mall is terrific for children needing a place to interact with peers. As a Grandma that worries so much about our little guy falling, the cushioned floors are a plus. Just remember to clean those hands good after you leave. (Goes for being out anywhere in public)

It is a pretty nice mall with a fancy spa (which also includes a bar...) most spaces are occupied. We've only really been for the Worthington Farmers Market which operates here on Saturday mornings for their winter season and that is great. Even in the later half of the winter (January) there is still produce and plenty of fresh stuff in addition to prepared foods and meats. There are also several really good options for ready to eat snacks.

Nice modern shopping center. Sadly, it’s not very lively. Dirty and lack many things that makes a shopping center appealing. No tables. No benches. Many empty shops.

There's only a few shops here. I don't know what's going on. They need to get some more shops inside mostly closed. But the men's clothes store that I went into was very nice. The gentlemen were very helpful. There's a lot of stores on the outside and a lot of satellite stores, but the inside of the mall was kind of scarce. It kind of reminded me of a scary movie or something. They sure could film something in there like that. The town around it's very nice there's hotels, restaurants. I just don't understand why the shops aren't full. Even the Uber driver suggested other malls. I didn't know why this mall was like it. I wish they would do something, it's nice.

Within These Shops We found Ourselves at PIADA. My first time there, although I'd heard about This ITALIAN answer to Chipotle's! Made a very nice first impression! I'll definitely be back again now that I've had a chance to check out the MENU! 🥗🍲🍛. Areveiaderchi 🍇🍷🍻

Great set and I found football cards there when I could not find any anywhere and found some other things that I did not expect to find!

I still really enjoy this location. I'm not sure why there aren't more stores.

The parking is horrible. It is a flat parking lot, but it's like the wild West in the parking areas. Every time we have tried the eateries within the plaza, there's always a long wait. And this was even before the pandemic happened.

Nothing here. Lame mall experience. Even mall walkers are disappointed. Play ground is closed? Why? I’m guessing more parents would support the few shops here if the kids could play.

Customers were friendly, interested in and buying the crafts at the Pizazz Christmas Bazaar. Restrooms were clean. Carpet is dirty and torn, creating fall risk.

The place is nice. If they have a store you want to visit or check it out.

Clean "mall" type center but it feels fairly vacant. It's probably over 50% occupied but any time I've walked around inside it feels empty. The larger area is nice enough with a handful of restaurants and near lots more across 23.

The splendor and high end stores (Brookes Brothers/Covey/Cheryl’s/Little Professor Bookstore/Lardon’s Toys) and quaint shoppes are now closed and gone forever — over 3/4 of the mall stores are not occupied. On a more positive note —there is a lovely children’s toy store buried in the back — and an excellent breakfast restaurant.

The first week of the indoor market had more vendors than in past winter markets. Toad Hill Farm had the crisp tender lettuce mix I look for along with carrots and a variety of potatoes. There were other offerings but I was only shopping for those three this week.

I don't shop in mall. It's good but nothing I want. The Kroger is there and it is good. Not a giant store so in and out is quicker and they meet my needs. Staff is service assist driven.

Nice shops. Good variety. It's nice when the farmer's market is held inside here.

Workers not very friendly, customers seem to be in a hurry and not very friendly as well. We were able to get through the line we checked ourself out but as far as a friendly slightly sociable grocery this is not the place.

Ate at the Italian street food restaurant. It is similar to Qdoba but with Italian food options. It was good and pleasant surprise. It was my first time eating there.

I stopped in Kroger's to go to the restroom because the bathroom at the gas station across the street is always closed. At least it has been since the pandemic started.

The stores at this mall are really going downhill, things close and open all the time, but nothing good. I frequent this mall for one reason and 1 reason alone, the piano that you're allowed to play in the main Hall. But they got rid of the piano so I will no longer be going to this mall again.

Stop by here for the Kroger. They could use more variety but I guess the store has to cater to what the locals mostly buy! Definitely, cover, protect, and pray over your food in the cart while shopping before buying... Some just walk around looking in folks carts chanting! Smh.

Love this place the shops are cute, the indoor farmers market on Saturdays in the winter has a lot of options, and their is a neat range of eclectic shops, plus our favorite weekend breakfast place first watch

Extremely helpful staff who went above and beyond to help me find a few products. Coming from the south I wasn't expecting such hospitality but I was wrong. The customer service as well as professionalism and overall look of the store are off the charts. Thank you!

The Saturday market in Worthington is held indoors here during the winter months. Lots of great vendors and a nice sized space. Will be back!

Clean and pretty, with very nice shops. Need more tenants and more foot traffic. Music would be nice. We were there during Christmas week, and it was hardly busy at all. Kind of depressing.

I walked around here while waiting for a take out order from Aladdin. Another mall biting the dust. But I’ve heard the Worthington Farmers Market goes here in the colder months.

Kroger staff was friendly and flowers were on sale but the item I specifically went out of my way to this location to get because the website/app said it had the item in stock was NOT actually in stock. However they DID manage to have powered up, working handicap cart readily available unlike literally every other location or competitor since my foot surgery 2 weeks ago so that was VERY much appreciated!

We shopped at Blissful Trends and bought 2 cute items for a friend's birthday. The clerk was helpful and put our items in a cute bag all ready to give as a gift! I will be returning in the near future to this store. There are still some other nice shops that have regular hours. Some shops have left due to Covid-19 and/or have different hours now. All benches, chairs, and tables have been removed from the center walking areas. The indoor playground is still closed.

Sad to see this so empty, but they keep it in great shape. It is important to keep supporting merchants like Aladdin, Panera, China Way, Pies & Pints, Learning Express Toys, and many others.

It's a great place to visit. Just know that the Kroger is usually packed on a Sunday! If you can get your grocery shopping done before Sunday, I highly suggest you do so. Sometimes the shelves are empty too. Other than Kroger, you can dine and do a little shopping as well. It's definitely nice to take a break from crowded malls in the city.
