Typical sams , always a great place to be . I never have any issues except needing to fight for some hot rotisserie chicken 🐔

I was at Sam's Club here. I appreciate the experience of buying in bulk because, as a small family, I do not run out of things as quickly. In addition, I appreciate the app that allows me to bypass the line entirely and checkout from my phone--what a time-saver! It would be a mistake not to comment on the small dining options--the sausage dog is delicious!

Sams Club is excellent. Always clean, and when I use scan and go, quick in and out!

Love this outlet I been coming here for years since I was a young child with my grandparents it's got everything you could imagine for every age range there is. It's always clean friendly environment just a ll around family feel

Busy and took awhile to find parking but it wasn't too bad

The price of items is very competitive. $3.50 for 40 twelve ounce bottled water. The rotisserie chicken 🐔 is priced at around a $1/pound. Clothes are a real bargain as well. Bought flooring for much less than Lowe's.

Love Sam's prices and seasonal items. I always find a good deal, but they run out quick. Be sure to buy good finds on the spot, because going back for it is not an option. There are plenty of self serve registries, so I've never wait more than 2-3 min to pay. Clean and friendly staff. I get fresh fruits and bread all the time. Love it!

Sam's club is my favorite store. Everything is reasonably priced and I recently discovered the scan and go feature on the app. Nothing beats not having to wait in a huge line.. 10/10 absolutely would recommend going 17/10 recommend using scan and go

No employees working on a Sunday there was a spill in the entrance I reported it as soon as I got there. No one ever clean it. The check out line was clear thru the store. Only one person working the check out lane. Self checkout had only half of them working. Very disappointed with our trip to Sam's this time. They must do better.

Sam's club is a membership shopping center, also Sam's fuel always cheaper then market.

Clean store,nice fast check-out. Shelves were empty. Bakery empty. Meat empty. Wow One of my favorite places to go.

My go-to runs for bulk needs. Has improved its selection of products. Scan n Go comes in clutch when lines are long or down to one cashier.

Supper fast never went inside but the lady to come out to give me my order was supper friendly and helpful.

I thought when you did your order online for a pickup, you would come to pick it up in the time slot you picked. They were not ready until after my time and told me no, you come after when it post's as ready. If that's the case, then why do I even pick a time slot?

Obviously they have everything under the sun and the prices are very competitive. However their pizza machine was not working so there was no food that was a drag and their pizza is usually delicious! The staff there is very courteous.

This whole area has gone downhill. Between the robberies, shootings, stabbings, car break-ins and aggressive panhandling, we avoid this area as much as possible. Even though it's two minutes from our home, we prefer to drive 20 minutes out of the way to feel safer.

This is one of the better outdoor malls in the columbus area. Quite a variety of shops and such to visit. Much of it isn't rundown or otherwise undesirable. Obviously, it's not new or pristine and has room for improvement. Lots of parking available, although if you go to the more popular areas like Sams Club, it could be a bit of a walk for you.

Had a great Bone in Ribeye @ Texas Roadhouse. Steak very juicy and flavorful.

Restrooms are not that clean, and some cubicles are damaged. Service at the Cafe needs improvement. Fountain dispenser needs maintenance. The sodas are always below standard.

I loved to shop at your store , you have alot of stuff I use and need.

It was nice. I wish they would rebuild the Westside and do something about the crime on the hilltop and ban atv and dirt bikes on streets. Causes problems for traffic

It is always well stopped and always clerks available to help in every area. Very pleasant to shop there.

I absolutely love this store. They just need to keep their soda and other drinks stocked up. Sometimes it is hard to find cases of pop. Over all I still give it a 5 because of customer service and selection.

Love this area, almost everything is here but the traffic is horrible on most days. I enjoy early morning on Sundays.

Almost always a pleasant experience. Sam's Club is well stocked & well organized most of the time & at all locations.

I love this Sam's club. They always have What I need. I live up north but I drive to this Sam's club in Hilliard.

They always have great items and great prices. I can always save quite a bit of money on my groceries and stuff going to Sam's. Their stores are always very clean their employees are very kind.

Always find more than I'm looking for. Love chatting with the workers. If I was rich, I'd be there more. Thanks for the great service.

Not much room for handicap parking. They wasted a lot of space in the parking lot where they could put more handicap. And considering I'm supposed to stay off my foot. There was nothing close by.

Sam's Club great stuff they have in there with the carrot cake they lied said they make but they don't but I still go there great deals

Love this store. Well stocked and clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Sams Club, some price increase, some decrease, Was disappointed that there weren't any of the prepared meals available, stuffed peppers, chicken pot pie, the kale and noodle salad, all they had was sushi, and stuffed salmon of which I got some of both. Hope they intend to make these meals in the future, I go there once a month after my physical therapy, and do enjoy getting some of these dishes, they are very good.

Everything is good until check out. Cashier's are rude and forgot to put everything back in my cart. Will not shop at this Sam's club again

Stocked for business along with courteous help. Most Sam's and Walmart s have shiny help. They need competition. Oh I forgot there located in Billy and Hillary country. Poor example of humanity. Sad.
