I'm new to this area but Kroger's worker are very nice and always smiling. Oh and their bakery food is so fresh and soft it's unbelievable 😋

It is my favorite mall; it has pretty much everything. The open mall boasts a delightful array of restaurants, offering a diverse culinary experience. Whether you crave international cuisine or local favorites, this mall is a gastronomic haven, making it a must-visit for food enthusiasts.

Comfortable upscale setting with pretty solid food. Service was ok. Looking forward to going back and trying different food.

This area of the north-west Columbus is great. It is a typical strip mall setting but very nice. It is clean, well maintained. Recently the place had road work being done which made it a bit tricky, but it is all complete and running smooth now. Parking is great, lighting at night is great and the whole place is very clean. You have everything you could need from a grocery store, bank gas station, dry cleaners, auto part store, dry cleaners and restaurants.

Seems like a decent store. I was only there for one thing (Kitchen Bouquet Browning and Seasoning sauce for a very specific recipe) which they did have. Otherwise, seemed nice and clean and well stocked.

Bought Kroger gas there. Employees were helpful. Huge discount for Kroger shoppers.

I use the Kroger store here. It's a good grocery store and they usually have more than 1 checkout available as well as baggers.

I stopped in to buy Boar’s head ham. The deli clerk was super sweet and very efficient. There wasn’t any wait for my deli order out for self check out. I was there around 4 pm.

Not many people like going to the dentist, Dr. Sheila & her entire staff are amazing, so since we all have to go to the dentist, she's the dentist to go to.. She is amazing, from routine cleanings to complicated procedures, love this office. This has been my dentist for years.

I was there to shop at the Kroger and to pick up medication. The staff is always awesome and pleasant to see. They recognize their regulars!!

A strip mall. The Kroger is really nice the dollar trees is clean and organized has a planet fitness

Decent shopping center. Primarily Krogers. Adequate parking and well lit. Kroger is clean, well-stocked. Staff are friendly and the customer base are generally working class.

Crown Point is conveniently located on Bethel Road about halfway between Olentangy River Road and Sawmill. The main tenant here is a slightly scaled down Kroger store that offers a squeaky clean store with virtually everything you could ever need with friendly service and even a gas station out front. This is the way neighborhood services and shopping centers should look and be.

There were actual cashiers at the checkouts. They bagged my groceries & put them in my cart for me! It was wonderful !

Actually had several bbadic products a bit lower than the Chambers Road location where we nornally ahop.

Kroger is slowly deteriorating and the service is not very pleasant

All good. The cross walk with the cars turning in or out of the parking lanes is a bit dangerous. Saw an older lady stand for a while to cross. And cars kept passing.

Great shopping center on Bethel Rd.. Again a small but very busy spot... Just around the corner from our house, definitely recommend it..!!

Human Lion brought back old school. Food was very good. Seemed very short staffed but everyone helped . Teamwork there for sure

There's nothing here anymore other than Planet Fitness. The Kroger Store has the worst layout I've ever seen and the people are really rude.

Nice parking lot that is clean and well taken care of! I went to the Kroger for my weekly shopping trip. I found the Kroger to have a very small selection of produce when it came to items I was looking for. All the employees there are very polite and helpful but management should really think about having more than one cashier at a register !

I was stopped by the pop police I had an extra 4 12 packs and a female and male approached me like the FBI and took my cart and excorted me out the store

Had a great Manager something went off sale still had a sale price on it he took care of everything In a kind manner Sorry did not get his name wish i did would love to thank him.
