Shopping plaza. Has Wendy's, McDonald's, Krispy creme, Kroger, nail salon, UPS Store, pet store, Italian restaurant, gas station, and more. Another plaza is across the street. The plaza across the street has Donatos pizza, tire shop, five guys, panera bread, Chipotle, giant eagle and charleys steakery. Broad Street can be very busy Mon-Friday during rush hours.

Beautiful sunset air very cold but water was actually still warm always peaceful place to visit

It was horrible. Kiosk read, on break. 10 minutes in line to place my order. Another 20 minutes before we realized everyone had their meals except us. People in front of us took a few bites of their meals, put it back in the bag, and tossed it out on their way out the door. After the employee got passive-aggressive with my friend who walked up to the counter to inquire about our meals, called our she had a remake. I'm not sure it was the food or the experience, but over half my classic chicken meal also went in the trash on my way out.

Very slow, rude employees, sandwich was very thin and over cooked. Won't go back to that Wendy's any time soon.

I sometimes shop at Kroger's here. There is also other small businesses like Domino's , Wendy's, Nail salon, Krispy Creme. The Krispy Creme has horrible service and selection is always very limited so I don't shop there anymore. Parking lot is good size but in poor condition.

If you haven't had the iced frosty coffee... get one! I wasn't a huge coffee fan for the longest time, this was a game changer

It is sooo crazy how the location does matter . My food was hot off the🔥. I waited to eat my sandwich cause I visited my brother and didn't want him beg.

Lots of shops for all your needs. I went to.krogwr that day and Wendy's. I got everything I needed and was in and out fairly quickly.

The dining room closed at odd hours and was always a little dirty. Service is so slow no matter what time if day I try to eat here. If I want wendys, i just drive to Gahanna now. This location is pretty terrible.

Went through drive thru. With a online order made as wait at the menu screen until they took the car at the window. Only moving one car at a time to insure a good service time. Proceeded to hand cold fries to the car in front of us to make not only him but us wait in the mobile pick up area for fresh food. They was also reaching through the window and hitting the ground with a metal pan to push service time which can't be sanitary. Food was warm and fresh when we finally received though and do typically have zero problems with this location

Went to that Wendy's. Their burgers where ice cold. We took it to go. Had to stop somewhere else to eat. Didn't want to get sick.

I have visited these stores around here a lot and I have never had an issues with any of them. They staff in all of these stores are really nice and are willing to always help you out so I would recommend coming here peeps. This is a nice Wendy's with a very spacious dining room. Great place to camp out with your laptop if you like to do work at these kind of places. Their hamburgers are only hit or miss, however. The hamburgers at the Wendy's in Reynoldsburg are consistently cooked the right way.

The drive thru line not so good about 15 minute plus wait and then the fries were cold. In all fairness about 5 cars ahead of mine so in my mind fries should of been hot. The burgers were correct though.

Conveniently located on East Broad Street between Reynoldsburg and Blacklick you will find Kroger, 2 gas stations and more. A pet supply store and an employment agency. Almost any fast food restaurants you could ask for including Skyline Chili. There is even an apartment complex.

Went in to buy food. They said to order on kiosk. Ordered on kiosk and paid. Waited 1 and 1/2 hour for food. I inquired about my order and the manager said they don't see it. They took my money and never gave my food. I complained to corporate and BBB. None ever called me. I never got my money back. I called my bank they are trying to get through to Wendy's. VERY BAD experience, I will never go to this Wendy's again.

The food's great as usual but the freaking drive-thru is not supposed to take 30 minutes to go through it somebody needs a lot of fire under these employees it's called fast food

This review is for Kroger's, that is where I normally go when I go to East Pointe. I go for grocery shopping like most of us do, out of necessity. It is not something I particularly enjoy doing. I mostly want to get what I went there for and then get out. Much about what I am going to say is likely due the pandemic. Kroger's always advertise low prices. Their prices are anything but low, and have become increasingly more expensive since the pandemic. Additionally, they are often out of stock on items I went there to buy, again likely due to the pandemic. Finally, they do not have enough cashiers to check people out, again possibly due to the pandemic. I will say that this particular Kroger's does fair slightly better than some of the other one.

When you have homeless people at both entrances, a Kroger w a huge trailer w a bunch of cameras and a flashing light on it in there parking lot it doesn't exactly feel like the safest place. Plus it's the only Kroger that I've seen closes at 10pm. I thought they all went to 11pm.

Surprisingly enough I always enjoy this particular Wendy's the food is always hot the people are always friendly and they take really good care of you but I only get that at this location and location location location location

Clean shopping environment that was well staffed, prices a little high but that's everywhere. Definitely worth going there

Workers were all eating out the fry and chicken nugget bin sliding around the greasy floor in there Crocs it was disgusting inside and there drive thru is always wrapped around the building at all times prolly cause everyone is eating and on there phones instead of working

Order was wrong but what I did get was good. The reason for three stars is service speed ALWAYS being very slow for years...

Terrible service. Kids all standing around, doing nothing while u wait for someone to acknowledge you or fill your order... half the time inside is kiosk only. Drive thru... forget about it. You'll be there forever and get an incomplete or incorrect order. Visit at your own risk.

35 minutes in a drive through, wouldn't have waited that long but we pre-order. Then the order was wrong. Will never go there again.

We went to the Wendys in this area. Can't go wrong with wendys ever in my opinion.

Traffic was bad people need to learn how to drive. But it was around Rush Hour.

I'll tell you what I went through a rough night. I was going to stop at McDonald's because I thought it was the only place open. But I noticed Wendy's had a little line. Even though Wendy's was technically closed the manager stayed open for an extra hour just to serve customers And that actually made my day a little better. To the point where I'm remembering that day almost a month later. Plus the dude was cool as can be. That's how it's done and that's how it should be done.

Literally got me thru Covid. Jr. hamburger with mayo and fries was the only thing that sounded good and the only thing I could keep down after 3 days of not eating. On the mend...THANK YOU WENDY'S!
