Always good deals! The outlet has a lot of good brands. The food court is clean and offers good food.So many stores located in the outlet mall.Different brands clothing, fashion for everyone. Good quality w/different prices. Huge parking lot with nice food courts,Great atmosphere and options for shopping. Always find great deals I cannot find else where. Enjoyable to walk around and They have a small play area for the kids.

You really don't get good deals here. It's just a place people come and they think Its an outlet I'm going to get great deals. You really don't. It's not a lot of scenery here so if you just want to come walk around I guess you could. But it's really not good deals. You better off just going on Amazon or going online

Wonderful outdoor mall. Feels like a city. The only thing I dislike is that there is the lack of bathrooms. It still has bathrooms, but it would be nice if they but some in the stores.

Best place for shopping. I wanted to purchase dresses, shoes and many more items. I could able to purchase all the items as more brand shops available.

Worst black Friday ever not only management failed to re route traffic, the security guard blocks the additional street going out from the parking lot. Clearly poor management, they didn't request police assistance to route the traffic. Only 1 main road for incoming and outgoing road. Edit: been stuck for 3 hours now

Name of the game is find the deal! Great brands at great prices. The only downside to outlet shopping is the number of items you have to search through to find something worth trying on, and ultimately purchasing. My personal favorite is the Banana Republic outlet. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. There are several dining options, coffee and snack vendors on site.

I went there Sunday the website said the stores open at 10am not true some the stores didn't open until 11am. Check before you go. Almost all the stores had advertised 50-60% off everything also not true.

Nice location. Off the highway, easy in and easy out. Clean and enough parking. Good store selections. All the big names you would expect from an Outlet.

I liked the place, enough parking area and easy access. There are also areas to take break and have your meals. Prices are good

Stopped at the Tanger outlet on our way from Columbus to Cleveland. It has a good selection of stores, the restrooms were clean and is not overcrowded. It was a pretty chill shopping experience. If it has the stores you like, it's worth a visit!

My favorite store is Vera Bradley. I come here at least once a week. The stores are great. But the prices are better. I get so much stuff for cheap prices. In Vera Bradley there store is always 70-80% off entire store! Costumer service is amazing! They make sure you enjoy your time at the Tanger Outlets! I get everything here because of the prices, stores, and customer service! !

I'm a huge fan of Tanger! Most of the stores have decent prices compared to whole sale! It's really all about the shopping experience for me! You're surrounded by nice quality stores, it's outdoors and there are touches of nature all throughout the outlet mall, including fountains greenery and trees. There are a few different food options but I recommend eating before or after coming here!

Right off the highway, ample parking. Clean and well maintained, accessible to all age groups. Wide variety of stores not some of the premium stores though. They also have food truck come in once a week.

Great deals, if you're selective in your shopping. Even "Reg. Price items" will save you money compared to mall prices. Outside set up is great for social distancing. Can get busy and have lines outside if too busy, as inside occupancy is limited due to pandemic. Over all great shopping experience.

Decent stores. Not all stores are outlet, there are a few like Journey's that are not outlet stores but just a brick and mortar therefore they do not offer major discounts. There are signs directing you to stores so it's pretty easy to figure out where to park and what direction to head. I've had a fabulous experience at the Nike store, the staff is friendly and very helpful and when they discount they really mark things down.

Love the Kate spade that’s here but other than that I feel like the stores don’t offer huge discounts! They had a few stores that weren’t even having sales… just seems like an outside mall rather than an outlet mall with discounted items. Just my own opinion. I think there’s a Starbucks, which is good but I don’t think there’s a ton of food options.

Lots of nice stores - some don't seem to be outlet prices, but overall, I would recommend Tanger in Delaware. Make sure you get the mini donuts while there; they are phenomenal.

Clean and fun atmosphere. Great prices. Parking everywhere. Many stores have added wheelchair buttons making it easier to shop with my daughter than in the past.

This is a beautiful mall & for that it deserves 5 stars but its absolutely awful** working here. They do very little local/surrounding county advertising & give no incentive for people to physically come in to shop so everyone buys online. The employees are left standing there with managers who think they should invent things to do after the racks and store is tidy. Its truly ridiculous.

  • 2/5 Karen P. 2 years ago on Google
The place was practically dead The stores are working short staff and closing early. I was there in the afternoon on a weekday and my guess is there were more employees on the premise then there were customers. I went to several stores and was treated dwell by staff at each store EXCEPT TORRID!! I walked out of Torrid becausebthe two employees chatting behind the counter paid absolutely NO ATTENTION to their potentional customers.

First time here. Was back to school weekend so it was very busy. Loved the open air pavilion. Facilities were clean and attractive . Landscaping was beautiful. Plenty of seating throughout, restrooms and maps for your convenience.

Tanger Outlets is a neat place to spend an afternoon. Would never attempt to go on a Saturday or Sunday. But on a Thursday or Friday evening, the foot traffic is mild. They offer a decent variety of stores with some good discount finds. Eat before you come or be excited for Auntie Anne's and a Starbucks drink, other than Rise Pies (which is new, not sure if it's open yet) the only food you're getting is from those places. I really wish they would build an actual food court. There are canopies along the middle of the concourse throughout much of the outlets. This place is wheelchair accessible, but going on a crowded day would make it very difficult for someone using a wheelchair to maneuver. Also, the walking paths are wide, but bumpy. I have no clue why concrete can't just be poured, flat, with no cuts or division. Makes it really difficult for someone using a wheelchair to get around and not be jarred to death. The bathrooms are plenty accessible and the doors to the restrooms have handicap buttons to automatically open doors. Good place to come if you're looking to be outside, but not be scorched from the Columbus heat and humidity.

Friendly staff in all stores I visited. Staff were helpful and accomdating with sale price and coupon questions. This is an outdoor mall that is perfect on nice days but also has shady spots near the water fountain to rest and sip on your favorite beverage.

Tanger Outlets is a nice place to shop. There are a variety of stores here that are open. There is a shaded play area for children to play on. They also have various food vendors/food trucks. At this time, masks are encouraged, but not required for indoor shopping. There is a limit of how many people can be in a store at one time, but the lines move quickly.

They have lots of different stores to choose and shop from. The stores run great sales constantly! They do a wonderful job of keeping outside and inside of the stores clean and nice looking. A great place to go!

Wonderful shopping venue, especially for Canadians. Missing Home decor/kitchen store and a food court. Not much available for hungry shoppers. I definitely enjoyed the 15-20% further discounts on already Clearance items by joining the Tanger club on the app. I wish we had more time Well, next time......Thanks

  • 5/5 Stephanie T. 3 years ago on Google
They are very clean and organized- if there are too many people in the store they start a line outside. Everyone keeps 6 feet away and wears masks. And I love the variety of stores..Coach, Calvin Klein and Sketches. All of my favs

Amazing selection of stores and food places. I felt like I could’ve stayed there all day. There were many times I’m which I had to skip a store so I wouldn’t spend too much money. The Nike outlet is really cool but get there early so there is no line to get in. I highly suggest the GAP and Ralph Lauren along with the north face store. Have fun shopping.

Lee store couldn't help with lady's classic fit Lee jeans. Around the corner was the 1st Auntie Ann's Pretzels where no one came to the storefront to offer to wait on us. The Auntie Ann's on the other side of mall has a very cheerful employee that helped fill our order though. The Vera Bradley store had friendly, well mannered attentive staff also. The atmosphere of the mall courtyard areas was nice, clean, and well maintained.

  • 4/5 Flora L. 9 months ago on Google

There are many great stores here. Maybe I don't shop at the ones here that offer the great discounts that I expect from an outlet mall. My opinion is it's a mall with great selection.

  • 4/5 Richard H. 3 years ago on Google
Nice place. The heated area was nice on the chilly afternoon. Plenty of stores e choose from. Because it's an outlet mall some sizes are hard to find.

Great was to get out of the house and get some fresh air and shopping. It's like an out door in door mall. Plenty of stores. When I went seems like most of the stores had 40% off sales some more.

First time at the mall. Starbucks I loved my drink you all where great. Nike I waited in line 7 minutes before you all opened the store. I loved how you all stood in a line and clap for all your shoppers to get in the store, great job Nike. I had to leave my friend in you store because he was in your store for 2 hours before buying 4 things. I'm sorry I had to go to other stores to look around. I loved walking in and looking around this store while my slow friend was still in Nike, you all are very nice Under Armour, Michael Kors, Coach, Victoria's Secret, Kate Spade, there was a really cute nice sports store that had like old memorabilia and I love that store.
