ONCE
UPON
A
CHILD
store.
Excruciating
attitudes,
lack
of
service,
unorganization
from
the
entire
staff
of
angry,
bored
and
unprofessional
females.
They
had
too
many
boxes
and
containers
to
check
in,
yet
they
accept
ppl
to
bring
in
more.
My
brother
and
I
called
in
first,
since
it's
over
an
hour
drive,
which
we
told
them,
if
we
could
drop
off
our
boxes
of
my
granddaughter's
clothing,
what
rules
to
follow,
protocol,
etc.
I
had
dropped
off
2
of
my
boxes
,
my
brother
dropped
off
2
of
his
boxes
of
his
granddaughter's
clothing
she
grew
out
of.
The
large
woman
who
checked
us
in
questioned
us
repeatedly
and
told
us
only
2
boxes
per
person.
We
politely
told
her
he
has
his
2,
I
had
my
2.
She
proceeded
to
have
an
attitude,
asking
if
our
addresses
we
the
same.
We
nicely
told
her.
"No,
its
2
different
addresses".
She
wanted
our
driver's
licenses.
We
handed
them
to
her.
She
looked
angry
and
stressed.
Told
us
it
would
be
a
few
few
days
and
we'd
get
notifications
when
ready.
I
got
a
text
message
couple
days
later,
so
did
my
brother.
We
drove
all
the
way
up
to
find
out
they
rejected
our
boxes.
We
asked
them
why?
With
sassy
attitudes
and
careless
wondering
eyes,
another
staff
member
said
they
found
a
dead
spider
in
one
of
my
boxes.
I
explained
to
her
that
would
be
impossible.
I
hand
taped
new
Home
Depot
boxes,
individually
folded
each
item
and
placed
it
gently
in
both
boxes.
Half
of
the
clothing
are
brand
new,
still
with
original
dept
store
tags!
I
looked
in
the
box,
it
was
not
even
looked
at.
The
placement
of
clothes
were
exactly
the
same
as
how
I
placed
them.
If
one
box
had
"a
spider",
then
why
reject
the
2nd
box?
When
I
got
home,
I
checked
both
boxes
entirely...
NO
DEAD
SPIDER!
They
made
the
story
up.
They
told
my
brother
that
there
were
3
toddler
hangers
in
a
box
and
they
don't
accept
hangers.
These
were
brand
new
outfits,
still
on
original
hangers,
with
price
tags!
Again,
one
box
had
3
hangers,
so
why
reject
the
2nd
box
too?
None
of
the
4
boxes
were
looked
through.
They
wasted
our
time.
Feel
as
if
they
were
overwhelmed
with
items
dropped
off
and
too
many
to
sort
out
and/or
the
large
older
woman
who
took
our
clothes
in
was
vindictive
toward
us.
It's
a
shame
that
staff
like
her
work
for
employers.
I
can
see
why
their
ratings
are
poor.
Terrible,
terrible
service!
I
do
not
at
all
recommend
this
Grove
City
store.
There
are
others
in
Columbus
to
visit.
The
one
in
the
Reynoldsburg
vicinity
is
much
cleaner,
and
with
nicer
staff.
Good
luck
with
your
service
at
the
Grove
City
location,
hopefully
you
will
not
be
vendictively
serviced.
Godspeed
everyone
🙏
