    My wife and I tried to walk in the store this morning at 10:57am. They apparently open at 11am. We were greeted by a rude man, telling us so. We waited 2-3 minutes for the store to open and he continued to pepper us with rude comments and questions like "well, what exactly were you in such a hurry to get in here for? You must need something." after we told him we were just browsing. He stood within 4-5ft of us at ALL times while we were in the store. He barked at my wife the moment she lowered her mask (for 2-3 seconds) while trying on a pair of Ray-Bans. You obviously aren't going to buy sunglasses if you can't even see half of your face while trying them on. After that, I knew I wasn't going to buy the pair of Ray-Ban Justins I had in my hand. I put them in the disinfecting tray, said "okay, we're leaving," and without even asking what the matter was, the store rep said "okay, I'll show you out." Again, with an attitude. This is bottom of the barrel customer service, and I rarely write negative reviews, but this guy earned it. Buy elsewhere.

    Will, is rude and has bad customer service. Went into a store last week at Polaris had my new sunglasses adjusted and was told by the person working there if there were any other issues to bring them to any sunglass hut location to repair again or return. Happened to be at the outlet today for other shopping and stopped by sunglass hut to return my glasses. Will told me he needed to adjust them because his coworker wasn’t capable and that most other employees weren’t capable. I waited for will to adjust the glasses several times each time expressing to him that I just wanted to return them. Finally he said he wasn’t going to waste any more time and he wouldn’t be returning my glasses. I thanked him and walked out. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence with Will.

    I went to get sunglasses there at the Sunbury Tanger outlets and the worker named WILLIAM was one of the RUDEST sales clerks I’ve ever had to deal with in a store. When I asked about the sales he rudely told me that he already explained them to me. And he had not. He complained about all the covid restrictions and how people hate following the rules. I’ve been vaccinated and the regulations have changed, but I am respectful of the store policy. William needs to be released of his responsibilities at that location. I guarantee he is causing the store to lose many sales. He needs some lessons in customer service. Especially when customers are spending hundreds of dollars on sunglasses. And I did buy a pair even though I did not want to from him. But the way WILLIAM was acting didn’t seem that he cared too much about any type of commission. If you need sunglasses, go to a different location.

    Associate name, Will/William, was rude and his attitude was absolutely ridiculous. While trying to refund my transaction amount, he never explained the difference in amount, obviously seeing I was upset because I didn’t understand the difference. He has no customer service skills and he also refused my business and told me he wouldn’t help me. I will never be back at this store again. All because an associate can’t get himself together and act right.

    Very rude customer service. Was not ready to exchange my glass which had no damage at all. The guy kept accusing me that I dropped the glasses and scratched them! There was not even a single scratch! I just didn't like the style and wanted to exchange. He kept advising me that I should have taken good care of them, inspite of me telling I never dropped them.If they don't wanna exchange, they could have just told that lol. Stooping to such low levels.

    The sales person William was amazing. I went in to buy a new pair of Oakley’s and he handed me a pair that were made for me. I bought two pair for myself including the Oakley’s later that day we went back and bought two additional pairs. One for my sister for her birthday and I talked my niece into getting a pair that William found. She would never buy glasses over 10 dollars but he picked these out for her and we knew she had to get them. One of the best buying experience I’ve had in a while since covid

    I had the best experience here. I had many questions and Will was very helpful. Many stores are rude because of my accent but Will helped me find many pairs that I like. All the sunglasses are expensive and i could not buy them all but he gave me the information to get them later. Will knows something special about every pair.
