I purchased two pairs of Prada sunglasses one had to be delivered. At the time I informed the employee I was planning to return the pair I didn’t like and nothing was said. I attempted to return one pair today because I didn’t like how the polarized lenses. First I was told they do not accept glasses that have been worn when she placed them on my face before I left the store when I purchased them knowing I may be bringing them back. Then as she cleaned them looking closely nothing is said until she walked away and went around the corner only to return and told me that the lens had a scratch on it and they could not accept them to be returned. There was no scratch on when they were in the case but she comes back and there magically is one. Terrible way to keep commission as she is who sold them to me!!! Do not trust them to accept a return!

I usually have a lot of patience but the level of incompetence here was extraordinary. I bought a pair of ray bans and wanted to use my Macy’s gift cards here, which they accept, but the lady at the register, Monica, literally had no clue what she was doing. She called over her manager multiple times and took a grand total of 40 minutes to check out. Now I was patient for the first 20 minutes but come on, 40 minutes is way too long to check out one pair of sunglasses. Would definitely not recommend shopping here ever.

My husband was looking for some new sunglasses for a Christmas present, sure, why not? Stopped into the Hut and was given plenty of time to look around. Had some fantastic help from a fun, knowledgeable lavender-haired lady that knows her stuff! Ended up purchasing Raybans for my guy, and a gorgeous pair of Tory Birch sunglasses for myself Thank you Polaris Sunglass Hut for a great shopping experience! AMD

Not accepted return from outlet which was EXACT the same price they were selling in store. Nothing mentioned on the back of receipt. It just says you can return at any of their store. And the person was very unfriendly.

Today I went at this location to returned my coach sunglass because that doesn’t look good on me and I had placed it online. The lady in the store straightly said that we can’t accept this because they have figure print on it. That was the most nonsense reason I have ever heard for not accepting the return. Come on, How can you try your sunglass without even touching it ? And ofcourse it will have your finger print ! The lady need to broad her knowledge of what she is saying to costumer. Don’t go here if you want to avoid this kind of issues.

Warning warning warning do not buy from this people they are fraud they tell you something just to make the sale and when anything issue happens with the product they start telling you did you buy this did you buy the protection? Did you bring it within 30 days did you do the proper cleaning? It’s a bad company.
