Indian
Mound
Mall
has
followed
the
pathway
of
most
malls.
It's
incredibly
dated
and
has
seen
much
better
days.
I'd
been
coming
here
for
nearer
to
thirty
years,
and
it
looks
much
like
it
did
then,
renovation
wise.
The
weekend
crowds
and
groups
of
teenagers
that
flocked
its
corridors
have
long
since
grown
and
moved
on,
left
to
bare
bone
crowds
doing
their
mall
walks,
and
mostly
home
shops
rather
than
big
merchandisers.
It's
a
step
up
from
most
malls
that
are
lined
with
vacancies,
however.
The
food
court
is
nearly
non-existent,
and
the
pizza
place
within
isn't
all
that
great.
Still,
surrounded
in
an
area
with
other
great
shopping
options,
places
to
eat,
and
some
corporate
names
still
choosing
to
remain,
walking
into
the
mall
for
a
brisk
window
shop,
or
an
off
chance
they
may
have
what
you're
looking
for,
still
holds
appeal.
I've
seen
better,
but
I've
also
seen
worse.
