Town and Country is a great shopping center to visit over the past couple years they have been working hard to get the right retailers in the right place. They have done a great renovation to the outside and parking lot as well. Looks great, very clean, and all the shops are great to be at.

Love Town and Country! My favorite store is the We Care Arts non-profit store. Beautiful and unique items made by local artists living with disabilities, addiction, and mental health issues. Shopping for gifts AND for a cause! WIN WIN!

It’s a great place to shop comfortably. Their are many shops from T.J. Max, Stein Mart, Trader Joe’s, to specialty popcorn to Buffalo Wild Wings and Orange Leaf Yogurt. The people are polite… it’s like old town shopping!

Great mix of stores. Be careful not to park where cars queue for chick filet. Update: Parking is always terrible and the lot is organized very poorly.

I'm from South Carolina and actually used to shop the Tuesday morning there as well 😁 very sad to see them go I love just walking over from my apartment and being able to find such great buys Kettering will miss you

My idea of hell. Overpriced luxuries for octogenarians... zombified geriatric mallwalkers... BW3... This place would be completely irredeemable if not for 2nd and Charles, which is one of my favorite stores.

Love this shopping center I go there all the time I like the little shops, Second and Charles, and of course pet supplies and marions pizza. How could you go wrong. Now if they would bring back the bagel cafe that would be awesome.

What a neat little strip mall! Brought back a ton of memories from my childhood even though the stores have changed. But goodness, this place is busy! Took us quite a long time to find a parking place and we aren't the type of folks that need to park close! It was well worth it though!

This place is the worst place I have ever been too. I have probably spent thousands of dollars there and I went in with a black friend and was profiled I guess accused of stealing and harassed by the cops. I was patted down in the middle of the store by a Kettering police officer who was a man which is illegal and embarrassed the hell out of me found nothing stolen on me or my friend and still asked if they wanted us trespassed. Real classy

Great place to shop. Pet store, shoe store, groceries, books, clothing, on and on. The Buffalo Wild Wings is one of the best in the area.

Parking stinks. And there is no Gap store there any more. Recommend roderer shoe center. If your looking for shoes. Huge selection. Fair prices. Don't have to wait for usps. Or Amazon .

Love the small strip mall layout and the stores inside are all amazing. Just a cool little slice to spend some money from candy and food to books art shoes everything in between.

Do you enjoy shopping at outlets, but hate having to deal with the weather? Having rainy day on your window shopping date? The Town & Country Shopping Center has you covered. Most shops are located within the building, providing a nice stretch of walkway without having to deal with heat. The selections of name brand stores is nice, has stores that are helping the local area, and even has a popcorn store that has its smells hover up and down the hallways. I highly suggest a visit the next time you are looking for some causal shopping.

I never shopped at this place personally, but I pass it a lot of times going to Kroger's and I've been to BDUBS once. It's pretty chill, honestly. Definitely gets busy around this area in the middle of the day but, it's worth it.

Riders shoes is finally almost put back together . Summer Sandels for triple wide boys feet, were lacking it would be nice to see the young man working in the children's dept . The older lady doesn't have much patience. I am older too so I can so relate to 4 year olds!👹

There's something for everyone here!! Figlio's is great pasta, wine, and za. Shopping galore... My only complaint is Books and Co left... But second and Charles took up the mantle.

  • 1/5 Anthony G. 1 year ago on Google
There's really not anything worth stopping for. What's Poppin in good if you like flavored popcorn. The parking lot sucks and there no good store to bring you in.

I really like town and County shopping Center. However, it is a shame that not long ago they replaced the flooring already there are several tiles broke and it looks like the floor has never been cleaned.

Great combination of stores. TJ Max, Petco, Trader Joe's, Panera, etc. Indoor mall way walk thru to all the stores.

  • 5/5 Buffy C. 1 year ago on Google
It's great to have so many stores. Love 2ND and Charles, Trader Joe's, and many more. It's nice to not have to do the big malls or the open air shopping place close by.

  • 3/5 PHILATRON 7. 1 year ago on Google
I don't think I would ever rate parking at a strip mall higher than a 3 star. A good mixture of stores and a few restaurants. Marion's Piazza is basically in the same parking lot. Great local pizza. Subs not so good. Around back, unfortunately, there is a Panera Bread and First Watch which are a good choice. Avoid Chik Fil A.

Nice place to walk! So convenient if I need anything...I just pop into Trader Joe's, take a look in TJ Maxx, find something to read or a gift at 2nd and Charles, DeClarks, or a gift boutique, and catch a snack at one of several delicious food stands or a nicer dinner Figlio. The Fraze ticket booth location inside is very convenient for us. Bought some nice men's clothes at Jos Banks last evening as well.

Nice strip mall with several shopping and dining options. All connected through an indoor corridor which is nice for winter.

  • 4/5 Wandern 1 year ago on Google
Really conveniently located with a nice variety of stores. Ranging from groceries, clothing to collectibles. A great place to visit, I recommend 2nd and Charles a great place to get lost in.

  • 5/5 Ivette B. 10 months ago on Google
It's been a nice shopping center for the past 29 years. When Stein Mart closed its doors, I thought its days were over. Only Trader's Joe was holding it up but they must have great managers because it was slightly remodeled, 2 much needed new stores were added and it came back as strong or stronger than ever. It does need more parking space. I don't visit as often as I used to because it has become a real hassle to find a parking spot.

A friend introduced me to Tuesday Morning (behind Town and Country Shopping Center) a few weeks ago. What an amazing place!! It's so much fun to go in and see what they have and to find treasures you either want to keep or to share. Prices are fun and competitive -- and oftentimes are lower than other stores. Every employee I've met has been helpful and very friendly. It's now a favorite shopping destination.

I enjoy a visit to Town & Country every now and then. It's a pretty chill place usually and nice to walk through. Favorite shop spots are TJ Maxx and 2nd & Charles. They also have BW3 so you can go chill, read, walk, shop, buy groceries, & eat.. plus more all at one place and considering the price if gas is always on the rise, I feel that's a pretty dandy option. ♿️ The majority of this place, possibly all is handicap accessible. 🚮 Every time I've been here it's always very clean. ☔️ All businesses are inside so no need to worry about weather. Would reccomend

  • 4/5 Jesse H. 6 months ago on Google
Lots of options to choose from store and restaurant wise. Traffic flows very slow during busy times of the day. Good look getting in or out of the parking lot in a timely manner.

  • 5/5 John C. 4 months ago on Google • 10 reviews
Family friendly, warm environment to enjoy your shopping, I especially like the fact that the stores are in a mall type setting so I can make my way to each shop without having to go back outside in the elements to do so, I love it here, highly recommend.

Traffic horrible with chik filet fast food. Hard to park by trader joes without getting blocked in by the cars waiting to get food.... not worth the hassle to shop here.

Great variety of various stores in this strip mall like Shopping Center. From book stores to show stores, chicken wing stores to grocery stores, this shopping center has a lot to offer as does the area around here. Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to eat at as well as Chick-fil-A which is pretty close by as well. Great shops, easy parking, and new shops.
