Disappointing
Experience
for
a
Content
Creator:

I
recently
visited
Grand
Central
Mall
with
high
hopes
and
a
positive
intention
to
spread
some
joy
as
a
content
creator.
However,
my
experience
left
me
extremely
disappointed
and
frustrated
with
the
mall's
security
and
their
lack
of
understanding
and
compassion.
I
regretfully
have
to
give
Grand
Central
Mall
a
1-star
rating
based
on
my
encounter.
As
a
content
creator,
I
believe
in
giving
back
to
the
community
and
engaging
with
my
audience
in
meaningful
ways.
On
this
particular
visit,
I
had
planned
to
give
away
a
free
pair
of
shoes
to
a
lucky
individual
and
even
had
intentions
to
purchase
another
pair
for
someone
in
need.
My
goal
was
to
capture
the
act
of
kindness
and
inspire
others
to
do
the
same.
Unfortunately,
shortly
after
starting
the
giveaway,
mall
security
approached
us
and
abruptly
kicked
us
out
of
the
premises.
Their
actions
were
not
only
unwarranted
but
also
displayed
a
complete
lack
of
understanding
and
appreciation
for
the
positive
impact
we
were
trying
to
make.
It
was
disheartening
to
be
treated
in
such
a
dismissive
and
disrespectful
manner.
To
add
to
the
disappointment,
when
we
expressed
our
willingness
to
donate
to
the
Salvation
Army
on
our
way
out,
the
mall
security
prevented
us
from
doing
so.
Their
refusal
to
allow
us
to
contribute
and
support
a
charitable
cause
only
amplified
our
frustration
and
left
a
sour
taste
in
our
mouths.
As
a
content
creator,
I
have
had
the
opportunity
to
visit
numerous
locations
and
engage
with
various
communities.
I
can
confidently
say
that
my
experience
at
Grand
Central
Mall
was
one
of
the
most
disappointing
encounters
I
have
ever
had.
Their
lack
of
understanding,
compassion,
and
refusal
to
support
charitable
acts
is
a
reflection
of
their
poor
management
and
customer
service.
I
hope
that
Grand
Central
Mall
takes
this
feedback
seriously
and
reevaluates
their
approach
towards
content
creators
and
community
engagement.
It
is
essential
for
a
mall
to
foster
a
welcoming
and
supportive
environment
for
individuals
who
aim
to
make
a
positive
impact.
Regrettably,
Grand
Central
Mall
fell
far
short
of
these
expectations.
I
cannot,
in
good
conscience,
recommend
Grand
Central
Mall
based
on
my
experience.
I
hope
that
they
take
this
review
as
an
opportunity
to
reassess
their
policies
and
improve
their
treatment
of
content
creators
and
individuals
trying
to
make
a
difference
within
their
community.
