Great restful park in the middle of development. See butterflies and mushrooms!! This park is so very different at different seasons of the year. I am updating my review to add a panorama of the wetlands after a big rain. You can always spot Wildlife at this park. The volunteers have added some very nice benches all over the place so you can sit and soak it all in. The volunteers do a great job of taking care of this park and I really appreciate it.

A lovely place to birdwatch and take a stroll on the boardwalk and short trail. There are lots of posts throughout that have information on the trees and plants in the area. And some other posts educating on Wetlands and Vernal Pools. There is a pollinator garden out front. Lots of bird houses and some bird feeders next to the parking lot and on the boardwalk. There are benches throughout the boardwalk. Parking lot is quite large. No restroom. It is very lush in the Summer and early Fall, but still completely beautiful at the start of Spring.

Beautiful wetlands offer a great little getaway in the middle of suburban plunder.

Totally a hidden gem. Beautiful wild flowers, ducks, and deer if you're lucky. Insects, birds, invertebrates, and lots of plaques explaining the various trees and flowers. Great for a quick walk, lunch break, or just a minute to clear your head.

Very nice boardwalk over wetland area. It has a large parking area but no amenities. On the Bent Tree Blvd. side there are a couple of short trails where they are planting trees.

Absolutely stunning little gem with amazing biodiversity. I got to see several native flowers that were "firsts" for me here in just a short walk. Pictured is a Jack in the Pulpit! I've never seen one of these in the wild before. :) Walk is short, but the plants are worth seeing. No restrooms or facilities.

Great small natural area in the middle of the city. This bit of land is hugely important to the local ecosystem, and its a fun place to walk around to see many native and common ohio plants. (Come with long pants, to protect against poison ivy and mosquitoes, this IS a natural area after all 😜)

Small nature preserve with easily accessible boardwalk paths. Definitely a bit of a hidden gem. Boardwalks over vernal pools with plenty of wildlife (ducks, small mammals, invertebrates, and if you're lucky, salamanders) in the spring, and will be well worth coming back later in the summer to see after the pools dry.

Very small, but a nice little oasis amid shopping centers and apartment complexes. I go here on lunch break sometimes, a good little patch of woods to relax in.

Small and surrounded by shops and businesses, but beautiful little stretch of nature. Great for birdwatching!

A small but beautiful strip of land with several informative signs about the local wildlife surrounding the area. There are no bathrooms or picnic tables currently, but still a great place to walk around.

Awesome gem in the middle of suburbia. It's an out and back type stroll but worth the break from the hustle and bustle.
