It was a very clean environment but someone needs to be in that area to watch the kids I see that a lot of kids under 10 years old go there on their own maybe 12 years old and no parents was with them but I think they need to have like what I want to say a security guard or maybe a park person that comes around and check each part to make sure the kids are not doing things they shouldn't be doing because I caught a kid doing something there and with me being a parent you know I just told them they shouldn't be doing that but it's a very nice clean Park area to go to

Very clean park. My kids had fun as I did too. Has a walking trail that's paved. Has a Porter potty. Thank goodness cuz my 3 yo really had to go. It was clean as it could get. Does have picnic tables but no grills.

Great open field and track. Easy to find location. Park is not too tall and has a few stone tables. Only downside is that there is no designated parking area. Other than that, it's still a great park for various other activites that can be done in an open field. I would also wait at least 1 day or 2 after it rains to go out in the field. Otherwise its nostly mushy.

Granville Park is being remodeled. At present it is incomplete. Already the improvements are being enjoyed by the neighbors. The paved oval is used by adults for walking and children ride their bicycles and skate boards. The benches make for nice resting spots. The lawn area needs reseeding and the playground has yet to be installed. More trees are in the plans and they will be welcome shade on hot sunny days. Thank you Columbus Recreation and Parks for improving the park. Please follow through and complete it.

I went to a park today, one i have never been before, and it was brand new looking with a pretty field.... Not scary at all. We were there for a maybe 10 minutes by ourselves besides a couple of people on the picnic tables a little ways away and a man shows up while my daughter is swinging and stands off to the side(with no child) smoking a cigarette. I thought it was weird to drive to a park where kids play to smoke, but whatever. LUCKILY nora got thirsty and we went back to the car. Literally 5 seconds later another man pulls up and parks infront of us... A couple minutes later a woman in a car pulls up beside us across the street. I felt surrounded. They stay sitting around my car for a while. The guy with the cigarette then leaves in an older tan camry. They other man stays in a grey Mitsubishi suv and a woman with sunglasses in the other car.....The other two leave a couple minutes later. I didn't put all of this together i realized the other two pulled up the the park without kids either to just sit there?!!! I could be completely wrong and paranoid as a mom but i WILL NOT be going back to that park. I feel like they were trying to surround us and take my baby from me. Ive never had this feeling before and ill trust my gut. Im tagging the park to make others aware while here to keep your eyes open especially if you are there by yourself, as a woman, with your kids.
