The kids had a blast! Beautiful park with the best playground area I've seen in awhile. Many areas and activities. Plus we saw a wedding taking place. Really gorgeous area.

This unique Metro Park trends on the active side with paths, playgrounds, reservable shelters and even a train depot connection to the longer Heritage Rail Trail to Plain City. True to Metro Parks' style they've allowed native planting areas to provide pollinator habitat amongst all the activities. It's a natural Oasis and a great win for habitat conservation.

We've been coming to this park since our adult children were very young. Where there used to be a preschool play area and water fort, they now have an inclusive playground and obstacle course. We've taken pictures through the years on and around the covered bridge. We've seen Great Blue Heron on the lake. Our youngest had her grad party in the beautiful Lakeside Pavillion which will always be a fond memory. Now I come with my grandson to make new memories.

Nice park with a variety of features and amenities. Readily accessible by bicycle. Features a unique rollerblading / skateboarding trail that was a little bit flooded after a recent rain at the time of my visit. Features a Conrail (former Penn Central, former New York Central) caboose that can be inspected closely with wooden stairs for easy access to the end platforms. Great playground area with unique tunnels that allow children to scurry about underground. These are near shelter houses that seem to be great for events and family gatherings.

What a lovely small park! It's big enough to offer plentiful walking paths, but small enough not to be overwhelming. This park is an absolute delight for families with kids to couples to folks who are solo wanting to enjoy nature and peace. Plentiful parking too.

A beautiful park, with a huge playground area that has lots of interesting features that we've never seen before at other parks! The pond is big, and fishing is allowed. The only criticism would be that the bathrooms are distant from the pond and picnic area, so there needs to be some closer. Otherwise, this is an awesome park that we plan to attend again soon!

Another great Metro Park. Beautiful wildflowers during the summertime too. Adorable covered bridge, old caboose, and vintage farming tractor. Great place for family photos!

Always a great time to pull out the blanket and and chill with friends when it’s not to hot out. The ambient noises of children playing and the water from the pond really give this place a good vibe. Just don’t need to use the restroom 😳… atleast the mens….

Very nice park with plenty to do. Connects to the rail trail / bike path, so it’s a great year-round place to go for a walk. Wildflower fields are gorgeous in the summer!

Absolutely love this park. Tones of pokestops but it's also a nice environment to bring your kids, I've never seen a park like this for free. It has a wide expanse and has so much to do for little ones of all ages. I would say just like any public bathroom Lysol it down but other then that I love this place and me and my family will do regular walks through here. Thanks Hilliard.

What a wonderful park with some fantastic playgrounds. Plenty of space to enjoy the day with the family. Great fishing for littles as there are nice shaded areas around to keep you cool on a nice hot day. We caught over 15 little fish in the couple hours we where there in one of the ponds. Can’t wait to take the kids back for both the playground and the fishing!

This place is so cute! I loved walking the trails and exploring. The Pavillon would be such a cute place to rent out, I wish it wasn't so expensive!

Very nice park. Lots of things for kids and adults to do / play on. Not a dramatically long set of trails, but it is linked to the Heritage Rail-Trail. Some exercise equipment for adults too. There is a railroad car, a good sized railroad station, and a smaller "whistle stop" station, along with a covered bridge.

I went for the Christmas lights which were lovely. It's a small park with a paved paths and large play areas for kids. Walking around the pond is quiet.

Got here at dark and Google took us to a spot and we parked and got out to walk to the covered bridge. Then being there 20 minutes we seen the red blue lights flickering had to go back to car to see what was going on... Oh guess we couldn't park where we did about 20 feet was the opening of the park😂😂 I got a couple of cool pictures tho

We love coming here no matter the time of year. It's our favorite local park in Hilliard. The open fields are full of wildflowers in the summer and there's a lot of diversity throughout the park, even though it's not huge. Plenty of color in the fall as well. Lots of great spots for photo sessions and we often recommend this location to our clients.

We took our kids here, and there is plenty of parking, plenty of equipment for the kids and seating for adults. I really liked seeing the inclusive playground for diabled people at the front of the park. That was very nice. Multiple bathrooms and they all looked clean and well kept. We will definitely return.

Would absolutely be my new favorite Metro Park if they had the water pad. Drove a long way on a very hot day with a toddler only to not find this water pad that both google and other reviews talk about. It is still very beautiful and has a very cool playground.

Has everything you'd want: Park for the kids Basketball Volleyball sand courts and open areas for grass courts Bike trail Walking trail Grilling Picnic areas with rooftops And plenty of Open space for any other activities One very minor thing that I saw was that everything is very close together. Other than that amazing park. P.S. Join us on Sundays at 6 pm for volleyball. Everyone is welcome but the group mostly consists of adult males

Very nice park. I’m a bit sad that there is some very needed up keep at the little ticket booth, but I also know money is hard to come by. They have really cool work out equipment and it looked like a nice playground for the kids. Rangers were super cool.
