Came here for a Girl Scout trip with my daughter and while we didn't get a full guided tour, we were able to walk around the entire farm and take it all in ourselves. There's quite a few different animals to see and pet and all of the girls had a blast.

Such a fun place to visit. The staff are so nice and knowledgeable. Check the animals out. Walk through the house or swing on the swing. Jump in the car and drive on down to the ponds or playground

Most isn't dog friendly. But the trail with covered bridge is fine. They have doggy stations in a few places on the path. Very nice picnic areas in most stops. The farm is a great place to take children. It's a working farm with a few different animals to see and pet if you would like. Go and enjoy.

Beautiful park to visit! It's very clean, and a great place to capture memories. There are hiking trails, horse trails, and a live farm that you can explore. Easy to get to from Lancaster, Columbus or Circleville Ohio. I would highly recomend this wonderful park to others!

So much fun. Was not busy at all when we went and the ladies at the farm were very nice and taught us about the animals and even how to play on stilts. This place has the farm. And a park and many walking trails. Highly recommend.

A truly fun adventure. We signed up for the farm chores and had a wonderful time. Staff were superb on answering questions and creating a unique experience. Added to the list of repeatable fun!

Very cool place to visit. Great for all ages. We loved seeing the animals. It was so cool seeing how things were done before all this technology. The simple life seems so appealing sometimes.

Such a beautiful park. Farm, picnic area, and kids area make it worth a stop.

This was our first time, and we really enjoyed our visit! Some things weren't open (house and kitchen), but I'm not sure if it was due to Covid or seasonal reasons. They had a spring scavenger hunt, an obstacle course, and so much to see on the farm! We will definitely be back! Our niece lived the animals!

This is an easy time for you and your children. An easy 2 hours of seeing the farm and animals followed up by a nearby picnic area and play ground.

I remember my grandfather's farm. And this place reminded me of it. The barnyard smells are legit. This is no feedlot. Hey, we maybe going back to this type farming. Might want to see the work. The staff are in period wear and full of great stories...go find Kerry...A great field guide!

Great little farm to take little ones and older kids to see. the staff/farm workers are very knowledgeable to tell you details about living in the old days and what each building or tool would be used for and they even use most of them.

Great talking to Harmon who understands farming the old fashioned way. Enjoyed our visit to house and gardens and animals. Better than the throngs at the fair.

👍👍 I didn't have time to visit the farm part of Slate Run Metro Park. I did make it to the lake and take the trail to the wetlands. This is another great metro park. It has a large lake for fishing, well maintained trails that go through wetlands, wooded areas and a ravine, a large meadow and a covered...

👍 We were on our way down to Circleville from Columbus when we stumbled across this gem. Just park outside the gate and walk down the road about 100ft to the entrance to the path. After entering the path, we entered into a beautiful field scattered with everything nature! We took the path to the si...

👍 We thought this place was really intriguing, and would like to go back. However, we went at dusk and we were attacked by huge biting flies. We have our backyard biting flies but these were like mini horse flies, and maybe they were horse flies. If you were another person watching I'm sure it was hum...
