We booked Mission Coffee for an espresso bar for our wedding. It was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. The price point was extremely reasonable, the communication before and during the day was top notch (shoutout to Christian!!), and the customer service at the event itself was spectacular. Our guests all raved about how incredible the coffee was. And the menu wasn’t just a basic espresso bar (see photo). They even had seasonable beverages. We had about 180 guests and the speed and quality of each drink was perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to spice up an event. We were already big fans of Mission, but this definitely made us love them even more!

Mission's Entre Volcanes Guatemala is the best natural processed coffee I've ever had.

One of the Short North's new most famous roasters, this location has certainly has become a personal favorite that captures my fancy with a vintage drill press -- thank you!. Most coffee establishments warrant an expectation that you will be delivered what is typically exceptional coffee. Mission Coffee has taken this mandate and delivered unique twists on popular coffee drinks. The new location is a cute, quaint spot with inviting seating, tucked into the heart of the trendy Short North! The very helpful staff (thank you again) has a no-nonsense but friendly approach to delivering outstanding coffee -- on a consistent basis, this location delivers! Those customers who happen to visit at the right moment can watch the roasting process and sip the goodness! Thank you again for believing in the Short North, an ever-changing neighborhood of Columbus!

So happy to see them reopened in their new space! The coffee is wonderful and the staff is friendly. I have always loved how unique and yummy their specials are and their classic drinks are super perfected. They roast their own beans on site and sell beans for home too! They have a large, comfy seating area for indoor dining and a large, free parking lot. It’s never been easier, go check them out!!!

So impressed with their ordering turn around! I live in California, I had my two delicious flavorful coffee grounds delivered to my door, all the way from Ohio just a few days later! Customer service is great, coffee is so good! Can’t wait to visit this place when I head to the east coast!

I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but I did not like the flavor of their latte or cold brew the two times I visited. However, they're friendly, the space is nice (location too, obviously), and the Wi-Fi is fast!

Best coffee shop in Columbus. Location, staff, price, etc are all great. Good place to do homework and get things done when they don't have the loud music on. Chill coffeehouse with good vibes.

Great coffee! I think this is where we're going to be getting our coffee to make at home from now on. Fresh roasted right here in Columbus and shipped to our door! Smooth awesome taste.

Dude. New favotite coffee shop in Columbus. Awesome atmosphere, rad vibes, and rich flavors. I would go here every day if I could. They are in a nice and easy access location. Great place to drive, walk or bike to. They have a big garage door kind of thing in the front that they open up to the outside world, which is sweet. My dirty chai took about 10 minutes to be made but I wasn't even mad because it tasted so good and was in no hurry. I would highly recomend checking this place out if you like coffee shops. The staff were very friendly and were having lots of conversations with people across the counter. Yeah, check it out. 5/5 stars. Loved it. Thanks for reading.

Great natural light which streams through a full garage door of windows. Bright and airy if the garage door is up in nice weather. Wifi is AMAZING fast. Coffee is delicious, no bells and whistles.

We had Mission Coffee service our wedding with their espresso bar. We were completely thrilled! One of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Christian was great to work with and him and another barista worked our wedding. Their service was fast and coffee shop quality including standard pour milk art! Highly recommended for your next event!

I went here today on the advice of the concierge at my hotel. It is literally a monsoon outside but I made the walk. The staff were so nice and picked out a great choice of iced coffee for me. It was super good and I highly recommend this location if you are in or near the French quarters.

I love visiting this place whenever I’m in Columbus! Good coffee, great atmosphere! Lots of people come here on their own to work/study or with a friend. It’s not ideal for larger groups to hang out here, since it’s pretty small and often very busy. They must be doing something right!

Very nice, small cafe located. They serve great coffee, at a fair price. Sometimes I will sit inside and will enjoy it while I wrote, or take it to go. They are extremely sustainable, which I appreciate, It was a wonderful and unique experience for me. I've never seen this on any other menu before the Coffee Project!

Not sure what the deal is. For starters they're ridiculously hard to find, and secondly, you have to go through a business to get to them. They must've moved recently. I finally get there and they say they're not serving or making drinks and only selling beans. Disappointing.

For a pretty low price, they have some great coffee. I like being able to substitute almond milk in as well.

Really chill coffee spot. Stopped in to get a matcha latte and get some work done before heading out of Columbus. The matcha latte was excellent and prepared very quickly. The service was super friendly which really added to the experience. It seemed like this place was pretty busy when I went in but I was still able to sit in a comfy chair with an outlet which can be super hard to find in some coffee shops these days!

They only sell coffee beans and merch, I've yet to try the coffee but I'm looking forward to it!

Always feel welcome when entering...make sure to ask for the secret menu items. If they act like they don't know what you are talking about just wait out the awkward silence and they will give it to you.

Fantastic new space with 2 great spaces for coffee ordering - outdoor coffee truck and indoor barista space. Eclectic seating area and low key vibe. Perfect for hanging out with a small group or working on a laptop. Coffee is roasted on-site and expertly prepared.

Not sure when they are open. Arrived at 7:15am to get coffee before a long day and had been wanting to stop in. Unfortunately it was rainy and I walked up to see I think it's outdoor ordering but no one was there. I waited around and looked at menu etc. Then looked inside building but dark. Wasn't thrilled to be in the cold rain and had to leave. Will try again but maybe on a weekend.

Best coffee we had while visiting from South Carolina. The milk used in the lattes is amazing and locally sourced. The mocha latte iced tastes like the thick chocolate milk, with the perfect amount of espresso taste. We tried another highly reviewed coffee shop and they did not compare! The drinks were consistent day to day. I would love to see this coffee shop get the business it deserves. AMAZING!!

  • 5/5 Tommy G. 8 months ago on Google
Finally someone makes a proper mocha latte that doesn't taste like 20 pumps of sugar syrup. Incredibly well balanced sweetness while not dominating the coffee flavor.... yknow, the thing I want to taste the most of in my drink.

This place is soooo cool. The vibe is super artsy and relaxing! They have a coffee truck out front, and a ton of space for dining in and working!

We visited Blank Slate Coffee many times while it was in Gahanna, but it was always missing the atmosphere I enjoy while drinking my coffee. The new location is really spacious and the atmosphere is great. The layout is kinda weird because you order inside but they actually make the drinks outside, and if you're hanging out they just put it through a revolving door to the inside of the building. I will have to visit more often so I can do some work in a nice and peaceful environment.

Stumbled on this whole in the wall on the way to a meet. Almost didn't go in as I wasn't sure what to expect when I turned into the parking lot. Nor when I walked into the building. Sure glad I did though. The coffee is smooth and vanilla latte just sweet enough. Definitely go back when I'm in town.

We stopped here on a road trip through Ohio and did not expect much, since the area didn’t look super fine coffee-like. Mission was a pleasant surprise! Espresso is smooth and yummy, seating is beautiful and plentiful, and the barista was very friendly! 9.5/10 - would definitely recommend 🩵

Easily the best espresso in the city. Their Single Origin is always amazing - hardly any sediment, if any at all. It's the only place I go for espresso anymore!

Came here on a Saturday morning visiting from Austin TX. The place is a bit dinner than I would have liked, but overall it's well executed space with good coffee. It was great talking in the morning and reading while local folks worked on their laptops. Coffee is repected here with good pour over and espresso options. Great place overall

  • 3/5 Paul O. 3 years ago on Google
My experience was fine. The coffee was fine. It took kind of a long time, but they were pretty busy so it wasn't upsetting. Their atmosphere is an urban/industrial situation - cool if you're into that, but just barely enough seats for their afternoon crowd, and nothing in place to muffle the ambient noise. It was loud and not an especially comfortable place to hang because of the crowd, but the staff was friendly enough. There was a steady stream of regulars coming through who seem to love the place, so it's definitely worth checking out for yourself to see if it's your jam. My visit was months pre-coronavirus, so the interior situation may be totally different now.

10/10 experience! My cold brew was amazing and the workers were knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. The atmosphere was cozy, but open. I’d love to go back in the summer when they have the big garage door up. There’s also a pay to park parking lot right next to it, so parking is convenient(I went around 5pm on a Friday for reference and was able to snag a spot). Overall my experience was great!
