Even with the social distancing, this place was still fairly busy! We purchased a drip coffee and an espresso… Both were incredible. You are required to wear a mask when you walk around inside, but once you sit down at a table, you can take your mask off. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Great coffee!

I didn’t know this place and I was very surprised about it! Different space: very clean and neat. Good place to work and relax. Coffee is always very good. Espresso is always good and I got a Kyoto coffee too and I loved it. Didn’t get any food, but looking around me it looked delicious. They also have beers and wine. I will definitely go back again and try more things.

There's plenty of reasons to love this place. It's super spacious inside (has a patio, too), cozy, has lots of outlets, natural light, and good WiFi. It was a perfect place for me to plug in and get work done while in town (it was pretty quiet all afternoon). The drink menu has all the coffee shop essentials, plus some more interesting/seasonal options. They serve wines and beers, too, and they're open late; I love a place where I can get a late evening cup of coffee though! My iced oat milk latte was pretty much perfection with quality espresso. I usually keep it simple, but I also tried their PSL; the fall flavors came through, and it definitely beats what you'd get from a typical chain *coughStarbuckscough*. Baked goods (sweet and savory) all looked amazing. The blueberry lemon scone and blueberry cinnamon muffin were both moist, well-balanced, not super sweet, and I'd gladly eat again. The staff here are pretty cool, too. Nothing but thumbs up from me!

One missed exit in Columbus… Yadda Yadda Yadda …I found One Line Coffee. Parked in the public garage…wasn’t too excited to pay for parking, but I just noticed that the shop validates parking! So nice! Comfortable atmosphere, great pastries and muffins. Yummy honey latte! Clean bathroom. Bonus points scored for that! Looks like my missed exit was fortuitous!

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop! I love it. The coffee and food is great (they have an extensive menu for a cafe) as well as their pastries. All wonderful. Bright space, lots of seating, always a plug near by, very friendly staff. They sell whole bean coffee which is my favorite for making at home coffee. I especially like the light roast with the lavender colored packaging. They also sell plants. I highly suggest going here!!!

The seasonal Smoked maple latte was delicious. I got it with oat, and the smoky/salty flavor is prominent, although not overpowering, while the maple is subtle. The ambience is lovely, and they have all-gender restrooms.

May be my favorite One Line location. The space is so bright, and there is a drink or snack for any occasion. Leveled up my breakfast sandwich with the focaccia. Paired with a beautiful day on the patio, I was off to a great start of my day!

I love coming here for coffee, food, or even drinks!! Tried the breakfast sandwich, and it is delicious and gigantic! Their happy hour starts at 2, which is awesome. One of our top spots to walk to and hang out, work, or whatever!

Dog friendly, wheelchair accessible, open seating and the food was fantastic. This was a state of the moment stop for brunch and I’m glad we decided to stop in. The portion sizes were great along with the service.

Hands-down, the best espresso in all of Columbus. I’ve been going to one line on occasion for the last couple years and they consistently have the best flavor espresso and it’s not even close!

The staff were fantastic and helped me order because there were several different options. The atmosphere is perfect to either come alone or to bring a friend or two to hang out and talk for as long as you need. The inside is very clean and well organized. Definitely recommend stopping here and checking it out!

Great coffee shop and more! My family and I were in town for a few days and we came in everyday for coffee and light breakfast or snacks. Great coffee selection from blends to single origins to styles of coffee like pour over or cold brew. I'm from NYC so to get a cup of pour over coffee for less than $5 is unheard of! Tried their Java, Rwanda, and Columbia El Progreso. All great! Their baked goods and breakfast sandwiches are also all on point. Staff is friendly and awesome, we spent time chatting with them, and very knowledgeable. Finally, they have a great beer happy hour menu! Come back after your coffee, grab a beer, and sit outside to enjoy the sun!

One of my favorite coffee shops in town. The drinks are always made well and delicious. They have a great variety on the menu from traditional cafe drinks to some sweeter flavored lattes—they're all great. And the food is no joke. Breakfast biscuit sandwich is huge. This is little, but they are hands down the best at to-go orders in Columbus. I hate showing up at the pickup time and grabbing a cold coffee, or having to wait 15 minutes while they make it. If it says it's going to be ready at 8:37, it's ready at 8:37 and I so appreciate that. This keeps me coming back as a stop on the way to the office.

Delicious Latte. Talking with the barista, she and I graduated from the same High School - Jackson Massillon, just years apart. What a small world!

One Line has everything I want in a coffee shop. Excellent hot and cold drink options, food that is filling and reasonably priced, free wi-fi, and parking validation. It's rare that I get to work away from the office, but when I do this is my spot!

Nice coffee, service and scones. Sandwiches are a little disappointing - sort of thing you can make at home - but overall probably the nicest coffee spot in the area

This is a very cute coffee shop with a good amount of drink and bakery items! Their menu did have options to fit some dietary restrictions, like gluten free and diary free. Parking is limited on the side of the road, so you have to park in a parking garage next to the building. Besides a difficulty with parking, the coffee shop is very accessible. The menu is very large on their wall for everyone to see. The staff was very helpful and polite. However, they don't have a lot of seating and the seating is not very spacious. It is not very noisy in there, so people often get their work done at One-Line. Overall, I think it is a great place to grab coffee at.

Really great coffee shop! Used to have an extensive food menu but downsized to breakfast only. The coffee menu is incredible and delicious. Honey latte is on point. The breakfast menu will cost you a pretty penny though. Spent $20 on a latte and a sandwich. The build your own add-ons are pricey. Probably just gonna do coffee from now on.

Best breakfast burrito I've ever had! It's so big and toasted to perfection. The coffee was really good and there's plenty of seating. The Wi-Fi works well, but turned off after 2 hours. After that you have to pay. There's metered parking right out front.

Love this place! Make sure to pay for parking on app or go into garage (I definitely got a ticket for forgetting to pay on the app, so it’s certainly monitored!) It can get a bit crowded and noisy when it does but all of the pastries are delicious and staff is friendly. One of the better cafes in Columbus with a great location.

I was super excited to try this place because it has a lot of great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't as good. I don't know what was wrong, but my drink tasted like dirty dishwater. On a positive note, I like how there's a water fountain and there's tons of space to bring your laptop to work. The wi-fi worked just fine for me, and I didn't spend any money on it.

Amazing tea selection, delicious breakfast, cozy atmosphere. This is the kind of coffee shop you want to hunker down in and just eat and drink all day. Which you can do comfortably. The staff is also always so nice!

It was definitely the best place I could find to have a great drink! Customer service is very polite and attentive. I normally get an iced caramel latte and it tastes so good every time. ALL Baristas are extremely nice and friendly, they made me whole experience 10/10. This will be my new favorite spot!

This location has it all! Cafe drinks, beer & wine, breakfast/brunch kitchen, local art, it's all great. I love the atmosphere and I love working/reading here. The service is great, employees next to none. I always get a breakfast sammie when the kitchen is open and it's heavenly. Best hot chocolate around!

Lovely coffee shop with some great beer options and super friendly staff. They chips and salsa were also amazing, I definitely recommend it! I'm excited to come back.

This place is wonderful. Bright, clean interior with a sleek yet homey vibe, with little touches that give it that local coffee shop feel (band posters, handwritten menus, rotating specials, etc). Serving alcohol is a big bonus -- there aren't many coffee shop/bar combos around here and it's a big perk for folks who need a chill place open later that isn't alcohol-only. Their happy hour is fantastic, too (1/2 off drafts every day, 2-6 pm).

We got iced pumpkin spice lattes and they were delicious. And the two people working were so freaking nice and welcoming!! It was cute inside too. I will definitely be back :)

The coffee here is amazing. It truly couldn't be better. However, they could work on the friendliness, and that starts at the top. The manager does not say hello or get to know your face or order. I find it extremely odd. Every other coffee shop where I've become a regular the manager has always been welcoming. Not here. Some of the baristas are friendly, but some say nothing. It makes for an odd experience when no one seems to be glad you're there. The coffee is ridiculously delicious though, and I'll keep going back but I wish they were nicer.

Always ask the barista what their favourite drink is and trust them! This place gave two really great ideas for us to try and we enjoyed them immensely. One was a Maple latte and the other a frozen pumpkin latte. The pumpkin tasted very natural and the maple one made your mouth water. The service was kind and I am excited to try their scones the next time I get a chance.

One line in SN was always my favorite coffee in the city but recently went to the Franklinton location and was super impressed. Very clean and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. More food options then the SN location and they serve beer! New favorite spot.

Everyone is amazing and so kind. It’s a great place to focus and study or relax and unwind with a drink. Super happy with their beer and wine list, and their coffee is some of the best I’ve had. Would 1000% recommend coming here!!!

Excellent coffee and more excellent food, i saw another review complaining about a little wait time. Codswallop, ill wait a few more minutes than dunkin donuts for a exponentially superior product. I actually thought the wait time was short for the flavors i received. You've never tasted a breakfast burrito like this. The rice was cooked perfectly, it had black beans, eggs, and cheese, and a little something along the lines of salsa, but it wasn't watery at all. The outer shell was toasted perfectly and has a light crunch to it.

I get coffee here before work regularly. Online ordering works great and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes. Even when you stop in to order it’s very organized. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable and I haven’t been steered wrong with a recommendation from staff. The food here is really good too - love the burrito and the scones. The interior is very clean and aesthetic. Great place to meet with friends, study, or get your morning coffee!

I know a coffee shop is good when I can drink their cold brew black and enjoy it! This coffee shop is bright and roomy, and the coffee was wonderful. Tried my friends maple latte and man, I need to make a trip back to Columbus just to get one for myself next time. Great shop!

I Really like getting my coffee drinks at one line. Especially fond of the biodegradable coffee cup lids. That alone would typically get 5 stars out of me. But unfortunately everytime I want to grab something to eat I am very disappointed. To start, the breakfast sandwich is to much egg and it’s very bland. No seasoning what so ever! Really missing the mark with the bread options. So much bread! So thick so dry :(. The burrito had so much rice and beans and again very bland. Pastries are just meh and dry. I want to support this business and franklinton needs better food options. But this place time and time again disappoints my taste buds. If we really plan to change the name of our city to flavor town we can’t start our mornings with a bland breakfast.

Quite loud at times and not a particularly intuitive layout or menu placement; however, the place was clean and bright and the batista was very nice and personable. Lots of seating and plenty of tables too.
