I'm so glad I found this coffee and tea shop! It has a really nice interior design and a very unique menu. They have a good variety of coffees, teas, and frozen drinks (the strawberry bliss is delicious) as well as bakery items. The barista was very friendly and gave us tea recommendations based on what styles and flavors of tea we like. I'll definitely be going back to check out other drink options!

Great place and even great vibes! I ordered a Mocha Latte and it was super good. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who likes coffee shops and chats.

I've had a lot of places let me down lately, but not here! The place is always clean and the service is always on point. If I order the same thing each visit, It tastes the same as before. A hot triple of the Cremé Caramel! Even the menu makes more sense then other places. A "single" is a small and gets a Single shot. A "Double" is the medium and gets 2 shots. "Triple" is the large with 3 shots. Easy!

I love visiting local coffee shops when I'm out of town! Such a cute place! And much cheaper than Starbucks! I ordered a cold brew with cream and lots of caramel flavor and I only gave a 4 because it was not near enough flavor liked I asked but that's okay!

Stopped here on our way out of town! Great coffee! Had the Iced Pistachio Latte. Perfect balance of coffee and pistachio flavor. Smooth espresso flavor. Staff was very helpful and attentive! Its a must stop for latte lovers!

Amazing every time! We aren’t from this area, but when we make the long trip out this way, we always come! Here I have a pumpkin muffin and a dreamy cold brew!

This location is the most minimal cafe. Breakfast food is not sold here besides a bagel and very weak pastries. Ordered before work today and the seasonal drink I love was all off proportions. Hardly any matcha, too much cream and espresso. I didn't get a photo before mixing it. The lemon bars are inconsistent and have a pile of crunchy powdered sugar..... I'm not sure if the cafe is under different owners than the other locations but they are not the same as the New Albany Cafe I usually visit.

Very similar to the one in Dublin, just a little bigger! Clean, friendly staff, good coffee, and a good view with the big windows. I love the location too, the Polaris area is super trendy, clean and they're adding TONS of stuff. Per the usual lately for me, I camped out here, worked and just people watched. Everything and everyone was great!

The owners are mean, the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. The drinks are good, but not good enough to keep coming here if the owners don’t learn better customer service. The rest of the staff does great, not sure why they can’t follow suit.

Amazing coffee shop! Very unique look to it. Tons of choices to drink and snack on. As a diabetic, I was in love with the many sugar free options. That's hard to come.by in a lot of coffee shops. Great experience!

I'm not a "trendy" individual. I am a typical 50ish rural individual. I wasn't sure how my request for basic black coffee would be accepted. But the necessity for man's basic operating fluid outweighs the awkwardness of trendy coffee shops. This particular coffee shop was friendly, polite, and the dark roast basic black coffee was not only reasonably priced, but left my coffee deprived body quite satisfied. Very tasty, far better than some west coast chains with a political agenda. I wish we had one in our community. Thank you

Love this coffee shop! The workers always give out good recommendations. This is a pomegranate green tea lemonade with raspberry syrup. Super delicious 😋

The man that works here kicked me out even though I had bought food from the location, because I had a smoothie from down the street. I cannot have caffeine, but obliged to the rules that they have by purchasing food to use their space and WiFi to do work. I will NOT be returning back to this company.

Friendly staff, with lots of unique options for drinks. This location sometimes has gluten-free bakery items, but they do sell fast.

LOVED this little coffee. Great selection on the menu (they have Thai iced tea and it’s my favorite!!) The ladies working were kind, warm, and helped make for an exceptional experience! Would highly recommend to anyone :)

This is a cute, clean, comfy little coffee shop. It wasn't busy at 7:15 am on a Wednesday as you can see from the photo. Quick service and smooth coffee made exactly the way I asked for it. Had a redeye with almond milk. Would definitely go back but I'm traveling from the east coast so it isn't too likely. The coffee was not piping hot or this would have been 5 stars.

The atmosphere, drinks and the workers here are top notch. We came here while we were waiting for a seat at Kitchen Social. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

The place is very nice. They serve good selection of coffees and teas. I got an oat latte and my friend got an oat cappuccino. For coffee, my Italian friend said it’s 5/5 so that says a lot. I just wished we were able to use ceramic cups since we dined in but they explained to us about Covid protocols that we totally get. We’re just visiting from NYC and Philly. It’s worth a try if you’re around the area!

  • 5/5 Nicole C. 1 year ago on Google
Perfectly frothed latte. Lots of flavor options and sugar free options. I love the interior and it’s a great environment for studying or meeting up with a friend. I haven’t had the pastries but they look great. Next time!

  • 1/5 Mind Over M. 1 year ago on Google
Staff doesn't know anything about coffee. The owner Alice is extremely rude and can be seen yelling at the teens working. You can't get an extra cup but they charge $8 for a pre-made drink. They use old espresso and resteam milk. No one there could pull a shot of espresso to save their life. It is so sour you won't be able to take a second sip. The drip coffee is bitter and usually cold. I loved my coworkers but, If you want to empty your wallet to get a disgusting drink in a bad atmosphere, Sweetwaters is the place to go. Edit- Yes I am a former employer, yes I was fired for a sprained ankle with a doctor's note when I wasn't able to walk and couldn't come to work yet I was threatened to hand over my personal medical records, yes all that I said is true in my own experience because as an employee you see all that the owners hide from you the customer, all of that for $10 an hour, which is why they had several of their staff quit in the weeks I worked. I post this as my own experience and opinion, to help those looking at reviews to avoid an unethical business and employer.

Decent coffee, but a bit pricey for the quality. Better than Starbucks, though. Fast service.

  • 3/5 Nate R. 1 year ago on Google
Service was very friendly and it's a decent space with free wifi. However, the coffee was not that great. Probably not go to spot for me.

This is a lovely coffee shop. They have probably the best iced tea in the city, and their assortment of pastries is very nice. The staff is always very pleasant and I have never had a bad experience here.

This place has been amazing every time I have come. I prefer the Dragon Eye, and although I believe it is a pre-made drink, some Sweetwaters locations still don't make it as well as others. This Sweetwaters location, along with the one in Dublin, are ones that definitely are well-trained and consistently make the drinks well. This Sweetwaters will not disappoint (although I did try the ham & cheese croissant once, and that was not my thing).

  • 5/5 Sydney A. 9 months ago on Google
I ordered a matcha latte with rasoberry syrup. The syrup is sweeter than some places, so if you aren't a fan of sweetness, get half your usual amount. I like it somewhat sweet. The two baristas working there were very friendly. The lighting inside is somewhat dimmed, which makes for a cozier atmosphere, but it isn't super cozy such that you would go there to read a book. Prices are nice.

  • 5/5 Shannan I. 6 months ago on Google
The owners are absolutely amazing. My husband and I come here all the time and each time has been an amazing experience. They are a little different than other location as they work with local bakery’s to supply their pastries but they have amazing options. Everyone is very sweet and the café is amazing.

  • 5/5 K. S. 5 months ago on Google
Coffee and espresso drinks are great (but expect an upcharge for whole milk). I really like their pumpkin latte because they use a pumpkin sauce. All the baked goods are yummy also (muffins and biscotti and bagels and-).

The Viet Au Lait is such a nice treat — more coffee shops should use condensed milk! Their bright interior, yummy food options (try the breakfast sandwiches) and fast WiFi make it the perfect place to hang out with friends or get some work done.

Barista was awesome & nice seating area behind the building, but the policies of no refills and charging $ for a cup of water (for the cup, since they wont take mine due to covid) is stupid. I won't be back due to this.

Great location for coffee, small pastries and tea. The parking lot is not quite big enough, but there is a parking garage behind the coffee shop. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is free Wi-Fi for meetings or just time to get work done.

The first time I experienced Sweetwaters was on a road trip up to Michigan. Stopped to eat at a Mexican restaurant and just happened to notice a coffee shop around the corner named Sweetwaters. Had never heard of it, but now won't ever forget it, and I'm so happy there is one within an hour of where I live. Great coffee and THE ABSOLUTE BEST pumpkin latte EVER! -said the person who can't stand competitor pumpkin spice lattes (because they're all spice and no pumpkin!)

Updated review: if you're not going to provide paper towels in the bathroom, then you need to provide a way to exit the bathroom without touching anything... Also the straws are SUPER long. Like knock your drink over long. Only one size for all drinks Very pleasant variety of drinks, fast service, and plenty of space. The parking situation usually leaves something to be desired. Recommended drink to try: iced chider

My Vietnamese Au Lait was perfect! Delicious cup of coffee. At the Polaris location, the menu is very hard to see from where you place your order and the cashier seemed annoyed with me walking back and forth.

  • 5/5 marlene h. 4 years ago on Google
Everything we've had here has been great! The staff is very pleasant and eager to help and explain what's in the drinks. Though also customize them pretty much any way you want them! It doesn't hurt that they have quiche from Katzingers Deli and Tupelo donuts.

Never been to this place before today! Loved it right off! Large and open! Plenty of comfy places to chill! The coffee had great taste. Not bitter at all. The barista knew what she was doing for sure! I would definitely go back!

we came here after dinner in Kitchen Social next door. We were pretty full so decided wait for a while before purchased a coffee. Cashier came and said to us you need make some purchase then have a table. This is the first time I’ve heard like this in ohio. The cashier is a girl with blue or green hair

Nice space. Nice vibe. Friendly and skilled baristas. I'd be very comfortable here drinking coffee and getting some work done on my laptop. We got a single cappuccino and a single latte. Both were a little bit weaker than expected, but they were quite well made and very tasty otherwise. Next time we'll order them with an extra shot of espresso. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of the baked goods.

I went Friday afternoon and it was really chill. The staff was super helpful because I had no clue what a tea latte was!

  • 5/5 Amit C. 4 years ago on Google
Coffee tastes great and not bitter at all. There are some very unique flavors available here as well when it comes to the regular brewed coffee. Food items are also top notch. Don't be deceived by the pop tart appearance, the flavors are fresh and tart while the shell has more of a pastry consistency. Overall highlynl recommended for the daily coffee fix!
