I love their services. I been going to the main library for 5 years and I'm proud of how they work the cafe. Michael is like a really great friend of mine and he knows how to impress me with my orders.

I really didnt need this coffee but Im so glad I got it. This is the best white mocha Ive ever had. Delicious and it was topped off with great service. Another reason why I love the main library !

I rarely buy anything there as it is very expensive. If it wasn't for the school kids next door coming over and buying stuff the place would not be in business.

Been here a few times for a quick coffee or pastry. Great location to run from work, and its in the library. Service can be slow though, seems like the barista is chatty and is bored at times.

Love this place, great for going in between meetings at work. Bakery items are great as well.

Rented folding chairs same day for an event. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, helping load and unload. Very reasonable pricing. Great service overall.

Very happy with their service. Recently hired them on short notice for a party. They guy I talked to was very informative, gave me total cost upfront and was very transparent. Their pricing was reasonable. No hidden free. Their guys showed up at the right time to deliver the chairs and tables. After the event they came on time for pick up at a predetermined time. They were very punctual, professional throughout their service. I wasn't charged anything extra. I recommend them and would hire them again.

Wonderful staff and quality of food and catering

Terrible customer service experience. Called to get a quote around table rental for a wedding in Athens, OH, the guy on the phone told me that they had availability and would email me a quote. A week and a half later, still no quote, so I called back and he asks for my info and says "Oh, I think I remember that" and then tells me that they won't be able to do it after all. They didn't bother to call me back or shoot me an email, just shrugged me off. Now I'm glad that I didn't decide to deal with an unreliable company with garbage customer service.

Everything on the menu could be customized as far as heat/spice. I asked for a super spicy Pad Thai and they delivered!! So good. Will definitely be going back.

We had the most wonderful wedding and Metro did an OUTSTANDING job! The food was the highlight of the night and so many people commented on how delicious it was! The staff went out of their way to make sure our guests were taken care of and that we could enjoy the night. I would definitely hire Metro for any party I have.

We had rented a warmer for our daughter's grad party and unfortunately were unable to pick it up due to her getting admitted to the hospital the same weekend :( Without having to ask, Metro refunded our money. I appreciate this and had just assumed we lost the $. Thank you for being an upstanding business :)

Great company to work with! We used them for wedding rentals (chairs, linens, dinnerware, etc). We could not have asked for more professionalism and flexibility from a company. The order was extremely easy to place and change as needed. High quality items at very fair prices. I am very thankful to Metro Cuisine for being a main reason our wedding day was so smooth. Metro Cuisine is Vue's preferred caterer & I can totally see why. They are amazing! Andrea Kellett was my Metro coordinator and she went above and beyond! Her level of detail and organization helped reassure me that our wedding was going to go off without a hitch and it did! I couldn't thank her enough for all of her help. The wait staff & bartenders were INCREDIBLE! Seriously, myself, my parents, my husband & his parents were super impressed at how helpful, attentive and nice everyone was! They were very sweet & we even received many compliments from them on how beautiful we looked. They were quick to ask if we needed anything, making sure we were taken care of the entire time. I cannot recommend them enough! Outstanding team!

The Food was absolutely amazing!! I had the braised rib homemade ravioli and the chocolate soufflé dessert. ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! Paired with a nice Chianti. The price is a bit more than other local restaurants but highly worth it

At first, I wasn’t too sure about Metro Cuisine. My wife and I had booked our wedding with the Vue and the contractual obligation to have them cater the event did make me a little bit nervous. However, after we met Spencer, and after an epic taste testing, my reluctance was put to rest. The night of the reception went off without a single flaw. A huge thanks to Spencer who was always available, and had with him an uncanny ability to squash problems before they were able to become problems. The STAFF—was incredibly friendly and attentive, and their attention to detail was second to none. If anyone needed ANYTHING, they were there to handle it at a moment’s notice. This was especially appreciated when my wife thought she had missed out on the appetizers and found a sample plate sitting at her place at the table. Not only was the staff genuinely friendly from top to bottom, but they worked like a team of ninjas, unnoticed and out of sight, until the very second a clumsy guest dropped a fork, or an empty plate needed clearing. Some of the staff even helped me load some things into my vehicle after the reception when they were in no way obligated to do so. I’m not sure if they’re just good at hiring the right people or if it’s a result of team building/training, but in any case, it was pro status all the way. The FOOD--was terrific. I have a lot of picky eaters in my family, and I knew that if the food wasn’t up to par, I was going to hear about it. Not one person expressed the slightest hint of displeasure. Everything, from the appetizers (bacon/jelly shooters, shrimp cocktail, crab cakes) to the dinner were nothing short of excellent. We highly recommend the carrots & leaks and the mashed potatoes for sides. And while the Prime Rib was delicious and cooked to perfection, the Spicy Chicken with Mango glaze was a fan favorite that people are still talking about over six months later. And it’s not too spicy so don’t let the title scare you off. Okay. Now I’m getting hungry, so that’s it for me. A+++ all around for Metro Cuisine. Thanks again, Spencer.

The catering and staffing of our wedding was flawless. Their food was fantastic and the planning easy. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very good experience dealing with Metro. They were very professional and price competitive. The guys that delivered it and set it up were polite and helpful. They were very helpful on the phone and all around great experience. I'm thinking about using them again next month.
