typically
don't
reach
out
and
leave
reviews
unless
I'm
not
happy
about
something
and
hope
maybe
it
should
be
seen
by
a
manager
to
see
about
a
solution.
The
past
two
days
I
have
went
and
ordered
food
and
coffee,
each
time
I
have
I
felt
either
rushed
to
hurry
and
order
or
felt
me
asking
a
question
was
an
inconvenience,
I
get
it-
it's
morning
and
they're
busy
but
it
felt
like
I
was
cut
off
numerous
times
with
the
question
"Anything
else?"
Before
I
could
order
anything
else.
Wasn't
a
huge
fan
of
that.
Today
however
seemed
like
the
girl
taking
the
order
in
the
drive
thru
may
have
been
having
a
bad
day
or
maybe
that's
just
her
tone
in
general
but
she
seemed
like
she
didn't
care
to
be
working
drive
thru
order
taking.
I
had
ordered
a
iced
coffee,
and
although
it
could
be
my
responsibility
to
ask
for
cream,
I
had
forgotten
and
she
may
have
too,
no
fault
there.
But
when
I
asked
to
repeat
choices
of
protein
she
had
seemed
like
it
was
an
issue
to
ask
a
repeat.
I
am
not
discouraged
from
going
back,
I'm
sure
it's
probably
been
a
long
week
for
the
staff
and
maybe
they're
tired.
I
will
try
again
and
hope
maybe
this
could
lead
management
to
find
the
solution
on
helping
staff
with
what
may
be
going
on
with
them
so
they
can
do
better
on
customer
service
quality.
