    Disgusting and unprofessional. I went to this store on 06/22 and didn’t noticed that there’s a bug INSIDE an ice after I drank the whole thing. I privately emailed Dunkin’s customer service and received an email back 06/23 and was told the franchisee or a store representative would reach out to me within 2 business days. It’s been almost 2 weeks since the incident happened and I have NOT heard from anyone. I hope this branch’s sanitation protocol be reviewed and take proper actions for this incident not to happen again.

    I typically don't reach out and leave reviews unless I'm not happy about something and hope maybe it should be seen by a manager to see about a solution. The past two days I have went and ordered food and coffee, each time I have I felt either rushed to hurry and order or felt me asking a question was an inconvenience, I get it- it's morning and they're busy but it felt like I was cut off numerous times with the question "Anything else?" Before I could order anything else. Wasn't a huge fan of that. Today however seemed like the girl taking the order in the drive thru may have been having a bad day or maybe that's just her tone in general but she seemed like she didn't care to be working drive thru order taking. I had ordered a iced coffee, and although it could be my responsibility to ask for cream, I had forgotten and she may have too, no fault there. But when I asked to repeat choices of protein she had seemed like it was an issue to ask a repeat. I am not discouraged from going back, I'm sure it's probably been a long week for the staff and maybe they're tired. I will try again and hope maybe this could lead management to find the solution on helping staff with what may be going on with them so they can do better on customer service quality. Thank you. (:

    Did somebody say free? Well this location didn’t! They advertised free coffees on their cups and didn’t honor their offer. I bought one for me niece and myself and it came to $10! We also asked for extra cool whip and do you see any? Neither do we. I can’t say I’m impressed with service we received here. Don’t count me as a customer.

    Ten minutes before they closed, a simple coffee order could not be done. I don’t see any mocha in this at all (there wasn’t any) and it tasted like watered down milk. Please work on training your employees to care just a little bit more. I am alright with dunkin as a company and know they are different per location. This was just slightly disappointing since two other shops were closed that I stopped at and just really needed a coffee.

    As someone who is not a fan of coffee, the new Dunkin brown sugar cinnamon latte with brown sugar cold foam is actually so good! I give it a solid 8.9/10! Also, Annie who was the one making my drink was really sweet:)

    This location has made me never want to buy Dunkin’ coffee again. You can tell the coffee has been watered down so it tastes like literal dirt, every single time without fail. Employee are not very friendly when you call them out on the neglect of the coffee. There is no efforts or care to satisfy customers order correctly. It is ultimately a waste of time and money.

    Got my whole order wrong and when I showed the receipt to get my second drink, the worker just walked away. Food always taste like cleaning supplies and smells like it too. Food is always cold and coffee is always cold. DONT GO HERE, If you don’t want to deal with idiots. I know kids who can run a better business.

    My Sons like to stop here before getting dropped off at school. Normally pretty decent but today was the worst. They love the sausage,egg and cheese Croissants but today the Croissant was burnt,hard and Inedible. Mistakes happen so I'm not as mad about that.. im Mad that the Manager at the window went back to the lady Making the sandwiches and he seen that it was burnt and still served it to us. He looked at me to see if I seen them wrapping it up which I did but acted like I didn't and he just wrapped it up and gave it to us. I let it go because we were in a bit of a rush and I didn't think it was as bad as it was. So I give myself a 1 star too for letting it go and not thinking it was going to be that bad.

    Asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and got cinnamon raisin. After telling the cashier exactly how I wanted it. The food was ok but the refreshers were better

    The food was good. The staff were friendly and the place was clean so I'm giving this location a 5 star. The outside atmosphere wasn't the greatest, but the area isn't the greatest. That has nothing to do with the establishment, and I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

    My drink is only 3 ingredients. Milk, espresso, and caramel flavor. But yet somehow 3/5 of the time they can’t get it right. But when they do get it right, it is good!

    Got there mid morning on a Sunday. Went inside to order and only 1 customer ahead of me...with minimal wait time. The doughnuts were very fresh (the best I have had in a long while). The inside lobby and dining area very clean, employee's helpful and pleasant! Will visit this location again soon!

    Every time I order a custom order of a dozen donuts I never get which ones I order. I always have to wait at minimum 10 minutes after placing a pick up orders and eventually will ask for help from getting impatient. This last visit is what caused me to write this review, my mother is in the hospital and went to surprise her with donuts and I asked for 4 glazed donuts in my dozen and I didn’t get a single one. I only got two donuts I asked for. So the other 10 are going to get wasted as none of us eat any of the other ones

    Went in for 2 dozen came out with one dozen. Very small selection, baker was not making any donuts. No glazed the filled had very little in them and very dry. Tastes is not the best not how they use to be. Long standing customer, don't think I'll go back to this shop.

    Service was great. Donuts were definitely not as good as local bakery shops. Tasted just like the ones I remember from my first visit to a Dunkin in 1972 though. Not bad, but I prefer a homemade taste.

    5095 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43228 Worse donuts ever ordered maple dipped donuts and these mfkrs gave me maple dipped bricks. Should've said they were out but handed them out the window like nothing wrong. Threw them hard azz donuts to the birds. Wasted 7$

    My sister and I went there Sunday late morning. The dining room was closed, you could not go inside to order or eat. Only drive through service was available. I understand that it's hard to get shifts covered at restaurants and it's a shame ~ it's not the restaurants fault, I understand that~ it's a lack of employees either not coming in or not being hired. I will say this though on behalf of the drive-thru ~ service it was not a long wait. I was very surprised how quickly the line went 🚗🚛🚕🚙a lot quicker than we thought. So GREAT JOB on the restaurant crew and management!! 🎉🎉

    It’s been a month I’ve been contacting this location regarding a refund. I have called customer service several times. Correct this. Edit been several months. They refused to refund me even though corporate said they would. Your company is trash and so is your manager.

    They barely had anything to choose from. To me a DOUGHNUT SHOP should keep fresh doughnuts the whole time they're open, not just sell out in the morning and just sell coffee drinks all day... call it a coffee shop then.

    The coffee is literally just water not good quality at all honestly change your recipe. Even though it was free on coffee day definitely not going to drink this trash The girl was very nice though they were out of all the little donuts and she gave me the big ones she also was sweet owners need to change the recipe of the drink.

    Probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 drinks. One of them was a large unsweet green tea no ice and they refused to fill it up since I requested no ice. Really?? Will never return!!

    This location has gone way downhill. The customer service is greatly lacking and they overcharge customers. They don't offer receipts and when you ask for a receipt they get an attitude. I've never paid $4.50 for a bagel but today they told me that's the normal price. Their menu signs are always wrong and always have old promotions. Every time I order a drink (that's on the menu board) they say they're out of that flavor or don't make that drink anymore. But they somehow still have peppermint mocha from Christmas time. I'm not sure what has happened to this store but it's really disappointing since it's the only DD on the west side!

    Love the custard donuts, and strawberry icing donuts. Love the price. And good service. Good mocha cappuccino blast, yum. Husband and I both enjoyed it. The first iced coffee I liked.
