Loved the smoothie and the iced latte I got. I also picked up one of their rewards cards that says buy 9 drinks get one free. I ordered 3 drinks and only got one stamp, I see in the fine print it says one stamp per visit. The card should say buy any number of drinks get one stamp. Buy 9 get one is miss leading and made me dissatisfied

Decent space, good variety on the menu, and great staff. Place is always clean and usually not too crowded. Great for grabbing a cup to go, not bad for hanging out a while in.

The staff rolled their eyes at me when I said to my friend that I wasn't sure what to order between two drinks. I don't know why they had such an attitude, especially because there was no line behind us. In addition, they told my friend they couldn't make her drink properly because they were out of lemonade after she had ordered it, and when she asked if they could make another drink since they did not have the ingredients, the staff said "they already made the drink" so she was forced to take the drink that was made improperly and tasted awful. I had a positive experience the first time I came, so I am shocked the staff were so unfriendly and rude this time. I won't be coming back.

This would be 5 stars if it weren’t for the poor customer service. I go out of my way to get coffee and a bag of espresso here because there drinks are so good, but my last visit was not very good. There were two younger girls working that need retrained. I ordered my drink and 1/2 lb of ground espresso. She made my drink, then I stood there while she served numerous customers that came in after I ordered. Finally she asked if I needed something else, and I told her yes my espresso. She handed me an open bag of beans, I told her they were supposed to be ground to espresso form. She took them back and ground them to large grains, then handed it back in the open bag. They were pretty rude.

I really enjoyed this coffee shop. The staff is very friendly and my latte was made perfectly. I really appreciated how quiet and respectful all the other patrons were.

~~Short~~ If you want a place where you not only feel welcome but wanted go to Grandview Grind. They have an awesome selection of coffee and a sweet environment. ~~Long~~ What an Awesome place. When you walk in you’re immediately taken away by the friendly customer service of these baristas! I was recommended the cinnamon latte and boy was that good. What’s even cooler is that they sell pop tarts (how crazy is that?!) I live this place and plan to keep coming back

Grandview Grind is QUIET, and I love it. Nothing against other Columbus coffee staples (you know who you are), but very often the noise is too loud to hold a comfortable conversation or just study in peace. Grandview Grind is a great place for either. Please go and enjoy good lattes, good (though limited) bakery, and a pleasant variety of seasonal drinks. Also, they frequently have a varied offering of local coffee beans AND you can buy them in bulk if that's your need. 5/5 would recommend Grandview Grind to anyone who likes coffee, quiet, or both

Good muffins, good matcha latte, and they had board games so we killed an hour playing Scrabble.

I like this place better than Stauf's. You can meet people here, get work done quietly, or just sit and read the paper - whatever you want. When I lived in the area I would go here 3-4 times a week and never got tired of it.

First time my wife and I came here. Very nice atmosphere. Love music the first and third Tuesdays of every month. Drinks were delicious and the service was nice.

Great local place, Stauf's gets all the hype in this area but I come here more since the lines are shorter and their iced coffee is far better (probably 50+ times visited). They have a nice rotation of seasonal drinks and don't upcharge for nondairy milk. The staff is always wearing masks but the customers usually are not if they are sitting down. They also have an amazing selection of pastries and feature works from local artists. If you go make sure to get a card for their rewards program.

I enjoy checking out coffee shops in Columbus, and this feels like a gem. There are a variety of coffee options depending on your preference and it provides a down to earth feel. The staff are friendly and helpful, coffee is good, and theres also ample parking, so no driving around to try to find a spot!

Best latte I've had in a while. If you're on Grandview Ave, skip staufs and come here. Friendly baristas. A little pricy.

One of my favorite coffee shops to get work done and just vibe at. Comfortable and quiet vibes; kind employees; a variety of treats and drink options available. I'm especially partial to matcha lattes and I think they have one of the best matchas in the city! Their regular teas are kind of hit or miss (i.e. I feel like their hibiscus berry tastes like water) so I usually stick to lattes here, but I always come back because it's just so pleasant to be here.

It was end of day and we stopped by for coffee. The staff/ owner was very unfriendly and indifferent!! He never smiled even for once 🙄! The iced mocha was good, and the tea was also fine. The coffee quality was good, and the mocha was perfectly made.

Best matcha latte in Columbus - well mixed, perfectly sweet and not bitter, and the exact amount of matcha flavor as desired Great study spot! Pros: They have outlets by at least half the tables. The music is soft. It's usually only moderately busy so not as distracting. Lots of food places nearby. Free parking! Big windows providing lots of sunlight. Cons: The chairs aren't super comfy but they have both bar chairs and normal chairs. Outdoor seating is nice but doesn't have outlets.

Stopped into Grandview Grind for the first time while out running errands. The lovely man behind the counter was very helpful in explaining the menu and giving me some suggestions on what to try. I got the lavender honey latté and it was great! Light, slightly sweet, and very well made. Definitely stop in and see with cute little shop.

I need to go back and try another drink. I ordered the White Coconut Mocha. It includes coconut milk, which is not my favorite. Coffee was still good. I added an extra espresso shot so it was strong. Barista was friendly and ready to go a couple of minutes before the cafe posted opening time.

Their coffee was very good and reasonably priced. Their matcha lattes is one of the best I've had in my life, and I am very particular about matcha. I wasn’t a huge fan of the almond dark mocha. It had a lot of flavors going on, but other drinks are really good. The atmosphere is nice and staff are friendly. It has lots of seating and it’s dog friendly with treats on the counter

I’m baffled by how delicious the everything bagel tasted. The plain latte was not amazing but it was decent. The interior decor could be better. The baristas are kind and friendly.

Best unique selections for coffee, and the best grab and go tea place in Grandview (not the best tea in town but the best cafe style tea for sure)

  • 4/5 David M. 2 years ago on Google
Solid coffee shop with good portions and decent prices. If you’re looking for lots of space or items to complement your coffee, I’d look elsewhere. Small amount of seating and limited to oats, bagels, etc. They use Thunderkiss Coffee which is a solid option for beans.

One of my favorite Ohio coffee shops. Great coffee, not pretentious, and a quite place to enjoy a book.

I've been a customer for several years now. The Grind is a hidden gem. Friendly staff and great beverages. They sell Boston Stoker and Thunderkiss coffee brands here. They also sell their own merch including reusable BPA-free cups, stickers, shirts and pullover sweatshirts.

Great little coffee shop! First time there, and I met a friend for some afternoon chitchat. Had a superb cup of hot chocolate and a deliciously decadent Blueberry muffin. Great atmosphere, not too noisy to carry on a conversation. Will definitely be back!

I normally never leave reviews, but I had to warn everyone else because WOW, this was the worst latte of my entire life, I genuinely did not think coffee could taste like that or have that texture.

Best coffee shop in Columbus for espresso drinks hands-down (and my fiance and I have tried a lot of spots!). Really well-balanced, deliciously flavored, espresso-forward lattes. They don't skimp on the espresso which is much appreciated!! Scrumptious baked goods to boot.

I had this place on my "want to go" list for quite some time, Googled it this morning and hopped in the car to check it out. Nice! Plenty of seating, very relaxed atmosphere. I ordered an iced mocha latte, it was great! I'll be back, soon.

Low key location for an informal business meeting. Free parking lot was full, other larger businesses eat up all the common spots. Had to park across the street.

I've tried it a couple times, and it's been underwhelming. It's kind of sad in here idk why exactly. If they used Hartzler or Snowville and offered some homemade syrups and glassware I'd come here frequently.

This place is super underrated. They have well-brewed coffee, reasonable prices, great pastries, art from folks in the community, and their baristas are super kind. Love patronizing them and drinking their great coffee several times a week!

Favorite coffee place in Grandview. Their Pumpkin Pie Latte is the best around (puts Starbucks PSL to shame). The staff is usually extremely kind and great at making drinks. There is a little bit of variability with some of the younger girls that work in there, but the guy that usually makes the coffee is so sweet and always does a great job.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Columbus! Easy going, cozy and super delicious too! My go-to order is their chaider - half cider, half chai. I've been coming here for 6 years and it never disappoints!

This place is the best local coffee shop with an amazing staff and great selection of local art. Almost would want to give a bad review to keep people away because us locals love this business so much!

Some days it's just about simple pleasures like a dark almond mocha and a piece of orange pecan cake. Life has been complicated lately, it's good to be able to step away and take a moment in a relaxing place.

This place is what you want in a local coffee shop. Friendly staff, an assortment of roasters, and a staple of the local community.

  • 5/5 Brian C. 3 years ago on Google
Some of the most friendly coffee-house staff in Columbus - they source beans from multiple local roasters and have become one of my favorite coffee shops in town. It's also obvious they take COVID cleaning seriously, which is very much appreciated!

I love this place!!! While in school, this shop was my go-to for studying and for a great cup of coffee. Their baked goods are solid too. It is cozy and usually quiet enough to study with outlets at almost every table. The guy i saw most regularly (i think his name is charlie?) makes the tastiest drinks although expresso drinks are reliable and consistent taste-wise. On certain days there are some locals that get together and come in to play bluegrass music - nothing formal, just jamming for fun. I really loved that about this plac . I also enjoyed the art gallery and took notice every time a new artist was featured. It is something i looked forward to seeing every time i made a visit. I will miss coming here to study and hang now that i am moving away.

Our Ohio TuesDayTrips crew needed coffee so we headed to Grandview Grind. The service was great as was the coffee. The Orange Pecan Cake was phenomenal and the Orange Cranberry scone was average.

I love coffee and I typically only leave positive reviews. Sadly, the latte (cinnamon honey latte) I had here was undrinkably bad and overpriced. I would opt for another shop.
