Service is great, however the product quality is questionable at times and the consistency on coffee is nonexistent. The employees seem to not have the proper signs provided for display. The name tags in the window don't match the items they sit in front of.

Nice place to meet up in campus. Food is average. Ordered a turkey & cheddar sandwich...and that's all I got on it, no butter or sauce. The manu is varied, but I imagine that the items will literally be just what they state, no imagination in the food. They do need more tables, but they also need space for the tables, so I understand. Coffee was average. Again, just a nice cafe to meet up to have some coffee if you need some liquid motivation.

I was really cold and having a rough day and I went in to get a hot coffee to help warm me up. The gentleman at the counter was so nice and it made me feel better. Thank you!

Great service and a pretty nice atmosphere, drinks are pretty consistent at least in comparison to the rest of campus, and they are the most well licensed Starbucks store on-campus.

Just another typical on-campus cafe. The baristas do a good job, and they serve Starbucks coffee. It's not easy to find a place to sit though, because students use it as a meeting place.

Aside from the time I was served a really bad chai latte (the person who made it must've been new), I've been pleased with my coffee purchases. The $4 venti flavored latte and $4 vent caramel macchiato specials are my favorite.

The food is okay, standard Cafe fare. Unfortunately Rohr doesn't take the student dining plan which is fairly annoying since it is directly located in the business section of North campus. Be prepared to use real money or buckid cash folks.

I understand that running a business is extremely difficult nowadays so I decided to give a good review even though I had a bad experience today when I first time visiting the place. It’s a great location on campus and provides lots of convenience to staffs and students. However, the cashier who worked today during the lunch time is just not very friendly and being very bias. I thought it’s a regular Starbucks store and could use my app to pay but it’s not, when she told me that I couldn’t use my app, I immediately switch to my apply pay. The system was slow to get the transaction done and I can tell she lost her patience and assumed I didn’t know how to use Apple Pay. I feel sorry to hold the line so I even apologize for it when she showed me the bad attitude. Unfortunately I didn’t like the drink I was served so I went back with the full cup and ask if I could get a new one (I normally don’t do that but I just don’t like the taste and really need a cup of coffee to help me get through). She showed me an embarrassed face and looked at me like I tried to take advantage of it. She said “okay but you have to pay for it”. I am shocked and that’s my first time experiencing at this store. I do appreciate other two staffs who worked there. They are very understanding to help me out and they worked so hard.

No bad experiences so far, the croissants are phenomenal. Employee made a mistake and gave me an extra item free of charge completely unprovoked. Service is always great here.

This your typical OSU on-campus option: limited options and student workers with no customer service. Also, this is NOT a Starbucks and even the few drinks they serve that you could get at a real Starbucks are made poorly. Seating area is often crowded and dirty. Only come here if you're in a bind.

Definitely best coffee on campus. They serve Starbucks coffee and drinks, which I find to be way higher and more consistent quality than the stuff other campus shops use. Also love their $4 daily specials!!

The worker put water in my cold brew, and it ended up tasting weaker than a light roast coffee. Very disappointing. This is the first review I have ever posted anywhere because this visit was extremely negative.
