YES PLEASE! After a terrible experience elsewhere while visiting Columbus we found this gem! Crazy amazing vibe. Turned an old car wash into a coffee spot. Airstream trailer tucked in with lists of seating and art to enjoy. Strong hipster vibes. Coffee was fantastic. Barista was amazing. This is your spot if your in the area.

Some of the best coffee in Columbus can be found in this Airstream. We’ve been known to drive 30 minutes out of the way for it. We love the lavender latte, chocolate cold brew, and whatever special they happen to have.

Coffee is meh. A bit overpriced for what you get. Is my cup only 3/4 full? And I thought I ordered a lavender latte?? I must be missing the flavor somewhere. The Airstream idea is neat but stripped down inside. They'll soon be occupying the space behind.

Quaint coffee stand out of the back of a stainless steel old school delivery truck. Nothing like it. Great drinks and always a smile. Seasonal drinks. Chocolate cold brew is a game changer!

When I arrived at Blank Slate it had been a rough morning. My manager at the medical transport company I was working for had gotten me fired. He claimed there were cigar ashes and teeth inside several kidneys I had transported. It was clearly a hatchet job, because one, I vape, and two, before Raul even got into the van that day I inspected his mouth and he had amazing oral hygiene for a homeless man. My life was now a Blank Slate. I felt like giving up and going back to running guns for  UNICEF. Just then the  Barista (unsure the name I think it started with a D)  brought me an iced americano. The flavor was bold and sharp unlike the generic ram's piss they sell at Tim Horton. Seeing I was distraught the Barista told me an inspirational story about how at age 4 his mother had traded him to a group of carnival folk for a DVD copy of jaws 2. Yet despite this tragedy and a lack of any formal education he had not only became a licensed  Barista but he had gotten approval to donate 3 separate bodily fluids by the Redcross. Blank Slate Coffe were the taste buds and the soul come to get refreshed.

Pretty cool little spot. Eclectic interior. Good coffee. Recommend giving it a try when feeling like a little adventure with your caffeine!

A pleasant surprise coffee find in downtown Gahanna. I love the idea of having an airstream as a mobile restaurant. Their pour over coffee is fantastic. I absolutely loved the beans they used. Very bright and fruity. I wished I would have asked where they were sourced, so I could have purchased a bag of beans for home.

Really good Colombian pour over, sweet vibe in the little trailer in creekside - I would have to say I wasn't expecting what I got, I cant wait to try their mocha- which is made from steamed chocolate milk instead of a more traditional pump syrup in steamed milk, good quaint quick stop

Really cool coffee shop, go in the trailer to see the cafe like seats. Highly recommend iced lavender latte, they know their coffee

My husband and I love Blank Slate! They have the Hart Room open now (Dec 2019) which is a really cute space just behind the Airstream. We love to get mochas (they use Hartzler's chocolate milk!) and their seasonal drinks are always on point (lavendar latte, campfire cappuchino). Always a great spot to go with friends for a coffee date.

Blank slate is awesome. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is this curdled milk. He said it was just frozen so it looked odd, but I assure you after tasting it, it is most definitely spoiled.

I saw the individual pour a glass jar of hartzler chocolate milk into a cold brew. Nothing special. Deceiving advertising since their website states your choice of milk etc. That being said the drink is too sweet. Will stick to Upper Cup across the street

Coffee is good! Lots of non dairy creamer options. Much better than Starbucks. Organic coffee would be a nice addition.

Highly recommend this place. Fast, friendly, and great price. Also love the surrounding artwork and set up. Katie/Catie was awesome and suggested the lavender latte which is amazing. Will be back for sure.

Quirky, fun outdoor seating in a covered, but open air space. Coffee service is out of a mini silver bus. The lavender latte is wonderful and not to be missed.

Some of the best of not the best coffee and prices. I always get their lavender latte, yes you read that correctly. And it's always fantastic. Coffee isn't always consistent, it's par the course for something that tops out with the most flavanoids (flavor molecules.) Consistency is difficult in the coffee world and they've nailed it! It's also impressive to dare to do lavender, as it's easily turned into a disgusting perfume when over used even slightly.. bravo to my favorite cafe, you've earned my patronage, respect, and this review!

Just had my first coffee from Blank Slate and I’m in love! I’m not a coffee connoisseur but I know what I like. And I really like the lavender iced latte that my friend just brought me! Yum!
