This was my first time using Reddy Urgent Care and I'm happy I did. I loved the option to register on my phone without having to take my sick child inside too soon, I loved the ease of everything that followed as well. And I really appreciated how they quickly called in my prescriptions directly across the street to the pharmacy. Also, the receptionist was very kind and spoke with a low-voice (which was empathetic for those who had headaches). This was a very pleasant experience during a very stressful time and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's in need.

My husband was seen here today, and the physicians assistant that he saw was great. The low rating comes from the front desk staff. Upon arrival they have you sign a financial waiver, but they have no idea about any of the content they are having you sign. The financial waiver specifically states that if you are self-pay, and pay in full, then you get a discount on the office visit. After the visit, we tried to pay for the visit, but was told that they did not know how much it cost, and that we would have to wait until someone from billing was there. I asked about the discount for paying in full, and he had no idea what I was talking about. I explained to him that the financial waiver that had to be signed said there would be a discount. He was clueless about what he had me sign, how to allow us to pay our bill, or any other useful knowledge that the front desk person should have. He finally told us he would just charge our credit card next week, whenever they figured out the price. Knowing the price would be GREAT before handing over a credit card.

The staff was very friendly and the physician took the time to talk to us and explain. I brought my mom there and the office was very patient in checking us in as we just moved here and did not receive our insurance info yet but she worked with us to get the info needed. The doctor was so nice and even urged us to call with any questions or follow up You don’t get this kind of care in California … Love Georgia

Tried our PCP and another office in town when my daughter was sick. Neither had available appointments. Made an appointment at Reddy online for a time slot within an hour. Filled out paperwork online. They took her back quickly, made a diagnosis, and sent in a script to our pharmacy--all within 45 minutes of our arrival time. They were kind and considerate of her. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing facility! The staff are extremely friendly. I am so thankful to have this urgent care center in Toccoa. Scheduling and registration can be done online and is very convenient. We have always been treated with respect. Our visits have been very quick and efficient as well. I highly recommend this facility!!!

This was my first experience with Reddy Urgent Care, was very minimal waiting time all the staff were very gracious and welcoming. My doctor was great, as well as the mouse that took my intake information.Even thought I felt awful,my spirit was great when I left. I would highly recommend this care to everyone.👍👍😌

I had a very wonderful visit. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The nurse practitioner Mrs. Defoor was very thorough and courteous. She has a very good bed side manner and she listened to me. I would love for her to be my regular Dr.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Friday night at about 6:30pm I got home with dinner and my daughter didn’t feel good. She didn’t eat, and had a fever and I knew she had strep from the symptoms. So We called knowing they close at 8 after googling them and asked when they take the last patient. The lady said get here by 7:45 and we will see you. I got there at that time filled out paperwork and they seen us immediately. The male nurse (didn’t catch his name) was great took vitals and assessed her! A female nurse even came in and gave my daughter medicine. The he doctor named Luis came in after a positive test. He checked her again and let us know that We had medication sent to pharmacy. We were out the door all by 8:15 and we even had enough time to make it to the pharmacy to pick up medicine. I highly recommend reddy urgent care! I even might start going for my self!

Receptionist was AMAZING and even kept me calm as I freaked out about my baby being sick. So was the nurse. Just sweet and caring. And very efficient and quick considering the nation wide staff shortage. DR. Lewis was so great with her and made her feel comfortable. Would recommend to Anyone with a child needing urgent care or even adult yourself. Love this place.

They are amazing here! Very sweet staff and makes sure you get the best care! As soon as you walk in the door, you are the priority of the staff! Never a bad experience! Took my daughter and saw how great they did with her, so when I became sick I went for myself and they did an amazing job

Dr Quinn in the Toccoa Ga office is the best doctor, he's very good at what he does and knows what's wrong when he examines you and is very quick with the visit with little wait time. Very smart doctor. The nurse was very nice and patient. However, the lady Jennifer at the front desk is very rude and very unhelpful, definitely need a friendly person to greet and help you when you come in especially when you are sick already.

This post is for Elizabeth Bonin, PA. She is an absolutely fantastic provider. I newly established care with her; she listened/was present my concerns, educated me, and made sure I was comfortable with the course of treatment. She is a very genuine and caring provider which can be hard to come by these days. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new PCP!

Athens is truly blessed to have a place like this for urgent care for the community. Thank you so much to the team of people that assisted me during my visit. I appreciate all of you very much. We are biding from out of state for the Holidays . 4 different Urgent Cares were booked and not taking patients. Reddy faves us an appointment and treated us so warmly. Great Staff and so friendly and Helpful. 5 Stars ⭐️

I went in with complications from the flu. I had a fever, nosebleed and EXTREME fatigue, plus a horrible cough. The checkin people were super nice. I needed some water and the water machine was out of cups. A nurse brought me some water. Wait time in the waiting room was minimum, but the wait time in the examination room was a bit long. The PA was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I had the fastest medical visit of my life. I had been sick with bronchitis for more than a week and went online to make a same-day appointment yesterday morning for 5PM. When I arrived, I checked in, got my information straightened out, and was called to the back in less than 5 minutes after walking in. The front desk associate was super nice and the MA that got my vitals and filled out the questionnaire was very nice as well and got done really quickly. Not even 5 minutes after that I saw the PA and got my diagnosis and prescriptions quickly and efficiently. Overall the visit took less than 15 minutes from the time I went in to the time I was out the door. Exceptional speed and friendly staff!

I use this clinic exclusively when I (or a family member) is sick. They are quick and efficient, and always friendly. The staff is always polite and respectful. And making an appointment rules. They are fair about keeping your appointment time even if there are a lot of walk-in patients. I definitely recommend.

I had the most amazing experience. There was almost no wait. The front desk woman was so friendly and helpful. The nurse who helped us was named Riley i believe and he was so kind, patient, and comforting to my son. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, kept making sure my son was okay, and made him feel so much calmer. The nurse practitioner was also so friendly and gave us lots of explanation and instructions. What an amazing staff!

I am Veteran, and was referred by the local Veteran's Medical Center, as I am on vacation. The front desk staff (Riley) was super friendly & efficient. He got my checked in, my Veteran's medical eligibility verified. A very professional and competent medical staff.....asked alots of questions, which helped with the diagnosis. I was in/out in 45 minutes 5 🌟 !!!

I'm new to the area and haven't established a doctor here when I became ill. A Google search lead me to Reddy urgent care. The online registration process was simple and fast and I was in and out of my appt. in 30 minutes! David Quinn was pleasant and knowledgeable and the receptionist was friendly and professional. It's good to know that Reddy Urgent care is there for me, even On weekends. Highly recommend!

I've seen both a male and female doctor here as my daughter and I had strep 😷 they were all kind and easy to talk to. I didn't have any problems at all, everything was simple. Thanks so much we will come again when we need to.

We had a great experience while dealing with Covid related illness. Professional and prompt service upon arrival, and the staff member helped check-in my husband and I in such a way that that we were seen together. The NP was speedy yet compassionate. We were grateful to be on our way with friendly, and professional care especially with a busy waiting room.

I just wanted to tell Reddy Urgent Care how wonderful of an experience I had going to the Hartwell location with Ridge. I feel like all we see is the negative. There was only a front office assistant and PA on staff and I got seen in a timely manner and it was very nice and through 💕 even with being short staffed I felt they were great!  Now whoever is in charge of hiring please get those sweet ladies some help!

I signed into Reddy Care. Filled out the form they sent me on my phone. By the time I finish ed they called me to the back, and the nurse work with me immediately. When she was done. I waited about 15 minutes. The doctor came in, check me over, and ordered X Rays. Went to the back for X Rays. 5 minutes later went back to examining room. Waited 10 minutes, got a written diagnosis from the doctor and left. The process took a little over an hour. I was very impressed 5 stars, and the price reasonable.
