It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Elite Palace! Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent service and tasty food options at the rooftop restaurant. Also the view is so beautiful at night time with a cozy environment decorated with plants, water fountain and lighting.

The infrastructure is very good. Rooms as per decoration and cost great. Professional services can be improved a bit more. WiFi , complimentary breakfast,hot water in the shower, large TV usual amenities are there . They have three restaurants including one rooftop available in the premises for different cuisine.

BEST food I've ever had in my life and the staff are so incredibly kind and caring. LOVE the rooms, so clean and spacious. But the food was beyond my expectations!! Can't believe Comilla has such amazing chefs. Such a good place for "staycations" and nice vibes with friends.

It has been a great experience staying here. They were very much professional and their service was excellent. In my opinion, they should introduce sandwich 🥪 at the breakfast table. And also, they should check if the remote batteries are working or not.

So far the nicest hotel in Cumilla. Its quite new at the moment, so everything’s tiptop and clean and the staff seems pretty friendly as well. There’s a nice rooftop restaurant, serves BBQ

Best residential hotel in comilla city. There dining arrangement is also upto the mark. Very well modern decorated. They also have convention center. Service and quality is good. Roof top bbq and steak arrangement, ambience is definitely the best in the town. Actually there’s no such arrangement in the town. Food variations and quality is very good. Staff behavior and service is up to the mark. Parking staff they keep asking for tips which seems quite annoying. They should train them to behave professionally.

If you want to stay in a cosy environment with a 3 star experience at Cumilla town, you may consider that hotel. Rooms are nice and clean and well maintained. One thing I must admit is that the breakfast was very basic. Staff's were very cordial and well behaved. Love to go again.

Rooftop one is absolutely amazing. Level 1 restaurant has a huge kids zone. Cons: Food price is high. Decoration of food items could be better. Wifi speed must be improved. No swimming pool but heard that it is under construction.

It's a really wonderfull hotel. There's a playground on the second floor. There a nice roof, where you can drink coffee and other stuffs. There's also a water fountain and there's fishes in it. There's a very nice views of the city from the roof. It's the most famous hotel in Cumilla

It is a really cool place to stay with affordable price. Staffs are friendly & cooperative. Housekeeping is excellent. I will recommend this place as I stayed there two times. Indeed, I will not search for another place if I have to visit Cumilla again.
