I stayed 3 days in a row for some official reason.Actually my office booked it for me. What i going to share is some pleasant experience. It is a very quiet hotel in the centre of the city.Room size is enough and well decorated. It was clean initially and they did make up the room everyday.The provided large size water bottle and clean towel everyday. Moderate sized clean washroom with a small basin but i think its okay for price. There were a few items in breakfast but i think that was not bad. Staffs were amazing particularly omar faruk at desk was very helpful. I would like to stay here if i come Cumilla another time.

Rooms were comfortable and clean with great location. But little bit pricey regurding service. At night the water was leaking from the AC, later someone came and fixed it while we were in the room. No one from the hotel expressed any regret for such an incident. Also, even though there were two people in the room, they provided a towel for one and only a small bar of soap in the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast and its service was quite average. I didn't think the service of this hotel was of three star quality.

Hotel Victory is located at the heart of Cumilla town. Most of the business locations, places of interest, shopping solutions, parks and ponds are almost within walking distance. The hotel is secured. It has safe car parking. The room rents are worth the facilities. However, there are limitation which could be improved. Like, TV reception quality, water heating system is insufficient to even cover a bath. Provides only one towel. Linen quality could be improved. Hope the management looks into the weeknesses and take measures to improve.

The only good thing about the hotel is a nice backside view of the water area at the front of Victoria College, when looked from the window. Also, the staffs are very hospitable. Nothing else is even OK about this hotel. No Balcony, the bathrooms are not well equipped, not sufficient towels provided and poor ventilation in the bathrooms. The food items suck and complementary breakfasts are not worth eating.

My hopes were exceeded by Hotel Victory Abashik! The personnel made me feel completely at home with their extreme friendliness and attentiveness. There was enough space, comfort, and cleanliness in the room to guarantee a good night's sleep.
