Service quality is deteriorating day by day. I had a parcel for home delivery. But they did not deliver it at my home. Rather they insist me to take it from their office. When i went at their office, they kept me waiting for a long time, because they couldn’t find my parcel.!. Behaviour was very bad. I suggest dont send any parcel through Sundarban Courier Service.

Kind of good but you can't say it's smooth. I'm talking bout their service like when it was time to search for the parcel that time they come out super lazy(especially the book corner). I think they've to categorize parcels more specifically so they can find out parcels more effortlessly. The worker there are like super exhausted with customers :')

The people are welcoming for sure but in eid season things get very crowded. Need to pay attention about this fact.

In comilla, not a single courier service is giving a good service like in Dhaka. Although Sundarban courier is better than other services in comilla but still it is a worst service. They do not have sufficient marker pens for writing. Sometimes they damage the products. They really need to improve there business for us
