They only looking for money , no tour guide and not enough space for passengers and crazy driver. Overall bad service

Great agency! We wanted to visit Chiflon, Montebello and las nubes in one trip, over 2 days and the agency got us a private driver and contacts for booking a stay in montebello for a good price. Naum especially was very patient and helpful. As for the trip, Toño, our driver, was super attentive, nice and even offered us to put our choice of music during the whole trip. He drives safely and met all our needs and requests during the trip. Overall amazing experience!

We booked a tour to the Mirador and Canon. On the day my husband was I'll and couldn't go on the trip. I understood that the trip wasn't refundable but on the day they didn't have to pay for his entry to the national park $mx58 or $mx170 for his boat ride. I asked if we could therefore have that back. The driver told me I had to ask the agent. The agent never replied to my request that I know they received on Whatsapp. So they want to profit out of his illness, that's not kind. Also the driver was very bad overtaking on mountain roads where there were clear no overtaking signs on many occasions and telling me 'No Seat belts' when I asked him to help with mine and I had to mend it myself. I went to see nature. The speed boats showed absolutely no respect for the wildlife breaking rule for distance from monkeys and driving straight into flocks of birds to make them fly. Certainly didn't feel like a cherished national park. I wouldn't go again.

I got on a tour from San Cristobal de las Casas to Palenque. My backpack that was in the van as i was staying in palenque at the end of the day was searched and i hot robbed of few items (among which my swiss army knife). The mini-van was supposed to be on thé driver watch. Who got Access to my bag while WE were visiting... :-( plus the driver was lying at the entry of the sites on the number WE were in the mini-van to avoid paying all the entries... Not really trustworthy. He was also supposed to leave me at my hotel in Palenque instead he put me in the collectivo from the archeological site to Downtown which it was not thé service i paid for. I sent them few messages on the robbery and they Never answered which IS very rude!!! I would strongly recomend not to go with this agency as you can't trust them!!!

Excellent experience with this tour company. We booked the Sumidero Canyon tour and it was spectacular.

We did several tours with them. Can recommend: Pueblas indigenas & Cañón Sumidero We also went to Palenque, Yaxchilan + Selva and if we can believe what this agency told us, they don't have very good cars, because first the engine broke and when the replacement wanted to come for us, they had a flat tyre. So in the end we waited several hours in the sun with tons of mosquitos. On the next day, the aircon in the car was broken (at almost 40°C). A financial apology in the form of a meal was promised but we never received that.

We were switched between vans unexpectedly and moved to an overcrowded van. My partner and I were stuck in a painful position in the bus for two hours--and the bus driver disregarded our request for help. The van driver drove dangerously, stopping in the middle of the highway. We were 3 meters from a very bad accident, caused by stopping in the middle of the highway.

We were disappointed in our 7 day tour with Pasion x Chiapas. The first thing to say is that although we booked well in advance with Pasion, we were put on a different tour company's bus every day, and never met a staff member from Pasion. We paid more to go with Pasion, but this was not worth it as we were clearly just filling empty spaces with other companies. The tours were extremely varied in their quality, and the 'personalised service' promised by Pasion never appeared. Other issues we had: - We were not told by Pasion x Chiapas to carry ID with us, and this was not included in any of the packing lists sent to us each day. We were stopped at a checkpoint and it was very stressful to convince the guard to let us through without ID. We received no help at all from the guide, who did not even turn around during the conversation with the guard. - We were not told to bring swim suits to our jungle trip, but a large portion of the jungle walk was spent at a waterfall for swimming. - The BnB Pasion booked for us was running events on Friday and Saturday nights when we stayed. These were very loud and kept us awake late into the night. We often needed to get up in the small hours of the morning for our tours. We had previously been staying in a much nicer and cheaper hostel - we'd really advise you to book accommodation yourself, not through Pasion. - We were told when booking that breakfast was included each day. However on 2 days of the week long trip, the tours organised by Chiapas started before breakfast was served at the hotel, and no alternative was provided. Chiapas did not liaise with the hotel and we were told to do this ourselves or to pay for breakfast on the tour. - We never received information about the plan for a full day of our trip. - Pasion quoted us a higher cost for an additional night at our hotel than the hotel did themselves. It seems clear to us that Pasion was hoping to pocket extra money from us, while claiming to offer good value and get us a deal. - The timings told to us by Pasion were frequently wrong. The tours were often shorter than advertised. - The 'specialised guide' that Pasion x Chiapas advertised for our trip through the jungle was a young child. He was not able to answer the majority of the questions we asked, and we did not feel that he was equipped to keep us safe in the jungle if something had gone wrong. This was not a language issue as two Spanish speaking people on the tour said the same thing. We did get in touch with Pasion to complain and they replied with a sad emoji. When we contacted a manager via email they never replied. Save your money and book with a cheaper agency!
