This
store
was
pet
land
before
and
for
some
odd
reason
the
manager
was
very
pleasant.
After
this
chain
took
over
every
time
I
come
here
I
have
an
extremely
negative
experience.
The
manager
has
become
rude
and
dismissive
which
in
turn
the
rest
of
the
staff
is
as
well.
My
husband
got
yelled
at
like
a
child
from
across
the
store
for
asking
if
they
had
anymore
feeders
in
stock.
When
it
could
have
been
avoided
with
just
a
simple
sign
stating
out
of
feeders,
maybe
being
courteous
and
extremely
rude
is
a
requirement.
In
my
last
experience
the
manager
was
not
helping
a
customer
but
she
was
doing
something
when
I
asked
for
feeders
she
ignored
me
and
kept
doing
what
she
was
doing.
I
waited
went
to
another
young
lady
and
asked
can
I
get
some
feeders
because
it
seems
like
people
are
working
but
won’t
help
costumers.
The
girl
proceeds
to
say
yeah
I
got
but
how
many
you
want
I
said
how
many
walked
over
and
the
manager
rudely
as
if
I’m
a
bother
asked
how
many
I
told
her
she
said
go
the
front
pay
for
them
in
her
classic
rude
stance.
The
only
reason
I
come
to
this
place
is
because
there
isn’t
any
other
pet
store
and
that
is
sad
that
a
store
would
take
their
costumers
for
granted
in
that
way.
If
people
stop
coming
because
of
this
how
will
this
small
business
survive.
It’s
truly
sad
when
a
company
entrust
people
that
they
believe
would
do
right
by
them
and
they
just
give
the
company
a
bad
name.
I
asked
the
cashier
for
an
email
or
other
number
to
speak
to
someone
about
this
and
in
classic
whole
pets
manner
got
nothing.
The
manager
doesn’t
like
the
job
she
is
miserable
making
the
entire
store
a
miserable
shopping
experience
