Hadn't been here in awhile. I feel that they haven't skipped a beat. Food was still delicious. I started with the wonton soup. The wonton had a little spice to it, making it quite flavorful. I then had the braised short ribs over rice. Very tasty. Glad there wasn't overkill on the ginger. Portion was a good size, but ratio of rice to beef was a bit high. Service was very friendly. Overall, a nice dining experience.

Food was well prepared and presented. It took us a while to get menus and service once we sat down, it was busy on a Saturday afternoon.

Our server was very attentive and kind. The food was alright - as much to be expected from a chain restaurant. I will say this was one of the better ones that I’ve been to.

Love P.F. Changs!! The location is spacious. COVID protocol was observed (as far as tables were concerned) they did not require us to show Vaccination status (all members of my group are vaccinated). Food was terrific and the server Ashley was even better. He recommended dishes and portions for our group. This isn't my first time at this location and it will not be my last!

Flies flying around. One was so big that when it landed on my head I felt it. Food so so. Some of the staff better than some. The food is not like it use to be. I thought it was only the on in RidgeHill but nay expensive and not that good.

Absolutely delicious, high quality food. Our server, Rocio, was attentive, friendly and super knowledgeable about the menu items and even some that were not (drink item). She made helpful suggestions based on my preferences. I highly recommend this PF Changs and am impressed with the service, atmosphere and of course the mouth watering food!

Great for a quick Valentines day dinner… wasnt crowded. Atmosphere was great. Our waiter was great at explaining everything. Loved the lettuce wraps. Food comes family style so we still were able to take home for the next day. Will be coming back. I recommend for anyone who wants a little bit more luxurious Chinese food.

A huge Chinese bistro in the middle of White Plains. Amble seating capacity for solo diner to big group of friends. Very friendly and attentive staff. I ordered kung pao shrimps with white rice. A generous portion of shrimps and tasty.

I always get the Mongolian beef and crispy honey shrimp. It’s delicious! Even the music is good! The atmosphere is good and I always have excellent service. The prices are kind of high, but the servings are humongous and it’s enough for two or three meals if you take it home. I always consider it a special treat when I get to eat here.

Came here my Birthday Dinner with Family. Amazing experience. I've been to P.F Changs multiple times but it was a first time experience for a lot of my family. Food was amazing and our server, Ashley, was amazing and did a great job getting our food and drinks out in a timely manner and was all around great. They were great about allowing us to bring our own cake (which they held for us) and some small decorations for my Birthday. Restaurant was very clean, quiet and not packed at all so we picked a good time to go for lunch. Ordering and paying was extremely easy and convenient. Will definitely return. Thank you for making my Birthday awesome!

Love this place!!! Food is always fresh and delicious, drinks are great and service is quick!!! And may I add the amount of food is plentiful. My pics are food from their lunch bowls that we just couldn't finish 😂

Again another great review from me to PF Chang, I was at PF Chang last Saturday in New Jersey had the best time with family food was great and I highly recommended, today I'm at PF Chang in White Plain NY and the food & Service was fantastic. Whoever read this place pass by and have dinner Abel the bartender will treat you with respect and professionalism.

We had previously dined at PF Chang's and had enjoyed it immensely. Sadly, I was disappointed on this occasion. Masks are not required in Westchester County so staff were unmasked. That is a matter of County and store policy so I was prepared to respect that because I like the food. The restaurant was overstaffed yet appetizers took fifty minutes to reach us and as we feared, main dishes arrived before we finished the appetizers. When I visited the restroom, I noticed that the walkway to it had several pieces of toilet paper on the floor. Sure enough, the men's room had paper on the wet floor also and the inspection card had not been filled out at all. When I reported this to the hostess, her response was the the bathrooms were not under her control. I guess she missed the "team" part of the training. This is sad for me because the food was excellent and this is a nice location. Hopefully, it was just a bad moment. Staff were attentive and a birthday in our party was acknowledged. BTW main entry is from the interior mall, not the street. If you use the street entry, walk around to the front for the host station.

I visited P.F. Change about 2 weeks ago in May 2022 on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was nearly empty and we were able to be seated right away. This P.F. Chang is located at the Westchester Mall. There are two ways to enter the restaurant: from the street or through the mall via stairs or elevator. The atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice with cultural decorations, there are several tv with sports playing on the channels. The air was on when we visited the location if you’re like me and get cold bring a light jacket. We didn’t have to wait long for our waiter Nicklaus “Nick” to come over and introduce himself. Nick was so pleasant, and friendly. He made food suggestions and answered any questions we had about a dish. He kept checking to see if we were okay, if we needed anything, and made sure our food was good. I must say our food and beverages came out rather quickly. I ordered the sesame chicken with broccoli and white rice. Of course, the white rice was very bland but when mixing it with the chicken it improved. My daughter ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. Her rice was also bland. We also had beef friend rice and it must not have been to good because the person usually eats all of their food at a restaurant. For dessert we had the Chang’s Apple Crunch with ice cream. The dessert was really good it’s like thin apple egg rolls, I believe it came with 6. Overall, my experience here was very pleasant. I looking forward to visiting the restaurant again. I’m unsure how accessible the restaurant is via public transportation but I’m sure it goes there. I did see an area designated for Uber/Lyft pick up. I know thee is a Metro North station nearby also. If you’re wondering if you have to pay for parking, you guessed correct, the answer is yes. The best thing is you get to enjoy the Mall after dining.

Recently celebrated my birthday dinner here and I have to say the food was delicious and the drinks were on point. Our servers were very polite and attentive.

I visited P.F. Chang's for lunch with my family, and we had a great time. The restaurant is located in the Westchester Mall, so parking was easy and convenient but it has to be paid. We made a reservation online and were seated right away. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and fresh. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, hot and sour soup, Singapore Street noodles, and shrimp fried rice. Everything was flavorful and satisfying, and the portions were generous. The prices were not reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and decor, and it offers many gluten-free and vegetarian options. I would definitely recommend P.F. Chang's to anyone looking for a tasty and enjoyable Asian meal. A special mention goes to Johann. He was so kind and courteous. Appreciate it.

We had a fabulous time at P.F. Chang’s! My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of having Ashley as our waiter. He was charismatic and filled with personality. He made our dinner very enjoyable even when i was embarrassed by spilling my soup! The food was great but the service was really the best thing about our experience. Thank you Ashley!!

My family and I love P.F. Changs. When we are in the Westchester area, we always stop there. They have a calm ambiance and the hostess is always polite. The food is amazing, especially the dry ribs and the chicken lettuce wraps: Great appetizers or a meal for two. I did try the filet mignon dumplings, which were amazing, but if you do not like spicy food, then I would let the waiter/waitress know to either omit it or use less. The espresso martini was excellent and the apple pie with ice cream and caramel were out of this world. Our waitress did forget about part of our order and forgot our drinks as well, but I think she was new so I will give the benefit of the doubt. The prices are also affordable, which our family appreciates.

For what it is, it’s good. It’s a well done chain that gives you decently sized portions for a moderate price. Service is usually good. The Buddha’s Feast is my go to. But the hot and sour soup is worth a look as well. Lunch special here is 7 days a week and we’ll worth it.

I like PF Changs, its "good" in most ways. They now have a lunch special (see photo of menu)...wok items with rice $15 to $17. The portion size was decent (see photo). I won't go out of my way to go to Chang's which is unfortunate because the location in the Westchester Mall is a bit of a hassle to get to and is probably the worst thing about the restaurant.

This place has not disappointed yet- don’t get me wrong after the pandemic you could definitely tell the changes in the preparation of the food and its overall taste, but it slowly began to pick back up. I still believe the Asian cuisine here is far better than its more expensive counterparts ( Sei Less, Philippe Chow, Buddakan ) ALL OF THEM and the amount of money I’ve spent at those locations, in my opinion was not entirely worth it.

Food is good and the restaurant looks nice. I also like that they pack your "to go" box as opposed to having you do it yourself. However, expext high wait times to be seated and the food is overpriced. Most expensive Chinese food ever 😂

Food is fresh tasting. Really liked the drink options. Typical PF chang flavors. Not over done or greasy. Service was pleasant and efficient. We came during a busy time. Only gripe is that they have some strange booking/reservation issues.

If you want to try something different from the typical fast food and grilled or fried food, this is one of those places. Good atmosphere and with 50 or 60 dollars you can eat as a couple and enjoy a good atmosphere and decoration. In addition, you can pay online without the need for an app or that they need your card to pay.
