    HORRIBLE! Sold me a broken glass piece that leaked everywhere, and then refused to do anything about it. I'd suggest testing anything you buy in store, but honestly there are so many better places to go for your smoking needs. I get better service at the Gulf station on Merrick Road in Lynbrook. Don't waste your money here!

    The guys in the shop were knowledgeable and helpful in picking out exactly what I needed. I was looking for a very specific bubbler and I was able to find exactly what I needed in the shop plus a little fun extras. Definitely will go back

    Great selection of cigars. I took one star off because their has to be a salesperson go in the walk in humidor to unlock the glass doors to the cigars. The selection is first rate.

    I have been coming here for several years and I have a great experience every visit. The staff is professional and the store is always clean. They are welcoming to new customers and try there best to make everyone feel comfortable. One time I noticed I had a flat in the parking lot and one of the workers (Riz) helped me out tremendously. Come by and give them business!!

    This is my go to spot for everything I need when it comes to cigar selections..hookah flavors and vape..this place has been here for a long time...so far every visit I've had no issues...they are fast..convenient...offer great selection.....
