Pretty cool place. The entire "kitchen" is straight in front of you while you are in line so you get to see the pizza get made right in front of you. Employees are hard working and friendly. Prices are higher than I would like to pay on a regular basis but are low prices for Pearl Street. I got a 12" pepperoni and shared it with my son. It was ~$16.50 after a $2 tip. It took around 12 minutes for the pizza to be finished and brought out to our table. I ended up getting another slice because I was still hungry after eating 5/8ths of the pizza. The slice had a 3 toppings and was $5.80 including a 1$ tip. All the pizza was very, very good.

The best pizza in boulder, from the crust to the sauce/ cheese metroplex, they have it down. My roommate and I exclusively go there for pizza. There is not another pizza that compares in boulder, and if you think cosmo's is better than you should not be eating pizza. Within a year, my roommate and I managed to collect most of our used boxes as seen. The slices are good, but I'm a pizza pie kind of guy and their pies don't lie! The best in boulder hands down. Their meatball heroes are excellent too. Their white pie pesto drizzle is unmatched, but everything they offer from pizza to meatball hero to cannoli to service is great. An authentic pizza experience.

They had fast service and were super nice here. We got the tropical and the bbq. Very fresh and yummy pizza. Thin, crispy and full of flavor. Just how we like it! 🙂 also the spicy ranch was awesome!! Hopefully we’ll be back to Denver soon to come back and visit!!

Easily the best meatball sub you'll have in boulder! They don't fall apart like subways do since they slice the meatballs in half so they don't slide out. They make them so big it's still about the same size as a normal meatball when you bite into the sandwich. I can't speak as to how good their pizza is since I only ever order the meatball sub. It's an Entire lunch for only 10 bucks, you can't ask for much more plus its all locally owned!

Coming from the high pizza quality east coast (sorry, it's true), this pizzeria is so good my daughter ate here three times during our 4-day stay in Boulder. If you don't think this in impressive, they actually sell gluten-free pizza by the slice!

Friendly counter service NYC style pizza by the slice, bur at around $5 per piece. The thin crust had a nice crust edge, but was totally limp in the middle and almost soggy, the pizza sauce was tasty. There was not much cheese on it but it had that "good" pizza oil/grease flavor that makes it enjoyable.

Amazing slices and the staff is awesome. Hoping to get to try the meatballs one of these days. Looks like they have abundant indoor seating but eating on the mall is also a great option. And it's only a block away from bus station if you happen to have a long wait for your transfer.

This is one of the last vestiges of community on pearl and deserves regular patronage from anyone who wants an affordable place and classic pizzeria locale vibes. This incredible hidden gem is the last vestige of the classic mom and pop pizza shop that I have seen able to hold ita ground in our increasingly corporate world. Boasting an incredible array of ingredients and customization possibilities in a variety of sizes, sauces and flavors this is a my Personal favorite pizza shop in Colorado. It just feels right. Customers might miss on their first visit the surprisingly spacious dining area in the back. A wonderful place for weary hikers to chow down or a couple to have a quiet conversation in the night. If you don't know about it I suggest you give it a go. Theres really something for everyone here.

We smelled this pizza while walking up the street to another restaurant. Made a note that we had to go back before we left town. Made it back for lunch and it did not disappoint. It was so good, we made it a point to go back again before our week in town was through. The crust is amazing (which is what makes a pizza or calzone). They have several choices available or will make your slice with whatever you like. My wife had the Angry Hawaiian, which is one of their specialties, and she loved it. The staff were very friendly and fast. Also, the canoli were also incredible and made as you order. Definitely a must visit if you are in downtown Boulder.

My favorite pizza place in town. Cannot beat the flavors or the price. Lovely staff, too, very friendly. I've only ever eaten out on the patio, so I can't legitimately comment on the indoor eating experience, but the atmosphere is very much pizzeria. Love 'em🙌 shout to the Angry Hawaiian

This pizza is delicious. The slices are pretty large and 2-3 will fill up most people. They had 5+ different combos sliced and ready to serve. Hayden and Tanner took great care of me which added to the experience. Pro tip: BYOR (bring your own ranch), as they charge 35 cents for a tiny 1 oz cup of it. Would be nice if they gave a free ranch cup per slice.

In September 2022 I hosted a birthday party for 200 folks, young and old. I ordered 20 pizzas from Pizza Colore about a month before the event. The owner and his assistant manager coordinated everything. The pies, the service, and the support were the best. I ordered a mix of veg, cheese, meat, gluten and non gluten crust pies. All were loved by the party goers. The pies were delivered to E-Town hall as requested one hour into the party, the Pizza Colore team arrived on time, set up the pies as requested, and billed us as discussed. It was a great experience, I hope others will use this restaurant for their pizza needs whether event or personal.

Very friendly staff. Good pizza - we got several individual slices. Some slices with unusual toppings which was fun. Reasonable prices. Located on Pearl Street Mall with access to plenty of unique shopping. On-street parking.

This pizza was delicious! They are large pieces like NY style. I had a slice of cheese and it had great flavor, I wanted more. The crust is top notch Italian style. You can taste the development of flavors from their poolish (pre-dough starter). Man, that crust was divine. I could devour a slice right now if only I was back in Boulder.

This place is absolutely marvelous the people are very nice and friendly. And their pizza crust is really good and they have a mass selection especially since I'm vegetarian now. It's literally the only pizza place I go to since I've been in this area. If you're in the Pearl Street Mall and you're hungry for pizza I highly suggest you visit this establishment thanks again.

Great pizza packed into a tiny store. This pizza is more of a ready-to-go store then a wait 20 minutes type of Restaurant. Pizza is constantly being made and prepared in ovens and warmed on showing stands. There are a couple of types of pizza but they are all amazing. Atmosphere is great with other shops and tables outside so it’s easier to eat. Also, the slices are big! They feel like Costco pizza which isn’t bad at all. Definitely a place to go when your in downtown boulder and my favorite Pizza in Boulder!

Omgoodness!! I am sooo pleased with my family’s experience at this little ducked off pizza parlor in Boulder. I love that you can pick the color sauce. I made my pie with pesto sauce, roasted peppers, banana peppers, and basil. My children had a Hawaiian pie. I wish I/we could eat there everyday. Thank you for a fun time after visiting the mountains.
