Came in today as my primary care doctor could not fit me in. Everyone is sick and it is the day after the holiday. The wait was a bit long but that was to be expected as they were helping many people this morning. The girl at the front desk was as sweet as could be and the nurse practitioner was as well. All my previous urgent care experiences have been very poor but this location has restored my faith in urgent care facilities. Thank you for your help today!

Outstanding experience! From the ladies checking you in, to the nurses, to the providers. I can't speak highly enough of my experience at this clinic the past week. They are helpful, fast, and friendly and take time to explain everything happening.

I have been to the Health Care Express several times prior to my visit there on Friday. I have always been satisfied with the treatment I have received there..and everybody that works there have always been nice and respectful to me. The area is always clean and plenty of room in the lobby and treatment rooms.

I made an appointment because I was feeling so sick and didn’t want to wait around for long but I wasn’t seen till about 40 min past my appointment time. Once I was in the examination room I tried to explain that I believed I had Strep throat because I’ve had it before and it was exactly how I was feeling again. After a look in my ears, and Quick Look at my throat they swabbed my nose and tested me for Covid RSV and the Flu, a test that took 45 min for results. I think they forgot about me in the room so I had my father come in and ask about me. Only then did someone comeback and tell me my results were negative. I kept pushing for an antibiotic shot and was finally given one and a prescription for cough syrup. I didn’t have a cough but maybe to help me sleep. Not sure but I did feel a little better after the shot. Again they didn’t test me for Strep. By this time I was so miserable I just wanted to leave so I could go to bed. The next day my throat and symptoms were much worse so I went to the Urgent care in Marshall Tx, same company just different location. Was a night and day better experience - they saw me within 10 min and immediately swabbed me for Step and it came back positive - I was given another shot and a prescription for antibiotics. All this to say it’s worth the drive to Marshal if you don’t want to wait and if you want to feel like someone actually cares. I had to spend an additional 24 hours being sick.

I feel that my experience with Healthcare Express was that the physician who examined me cared very much about my health. She instructed that my Primary Care Physician should do a work-up on me regarding my current medical diagnosis. Today (01/24/2024), I visited my Primary Care Physician, and was informed that I have bronchitus instead of Pulmonary Fibrosis. However, just to be on the safe side my Primary Physician's office is making an appointment for me to see a Doctor or Specialist in Texarkana who will be able to examine me and determine whether or not I have Pulmonary Fibrosis. I was informed that appointment will take approximately a week for me to be informed regarding the actual date of the appointment.

Lakin at the desk was very concerned and very attentive. We haven't met the practitioner yet, but so far the welcome experience at the front desk couldn't be better. We need more of Lakin's in our world.

Staff was professional, friendly, and very pleasant to work with. There was a long wait because they had three cases that should've been in the emergency room that they had to handle. That is understandable. I was very pleased with these folks.

HCE in Atlanta is wonderful as usual! We had a caring nurse and NP that even checked up on my son once we were sent on to St. Michael’s. I highly recommend HCE Atlanta.

Great experience, the staff was very friendly and stayed open late to provide care for me. The provider was very attentive, she took her time and provided ex emotional care.

We were coming back from taking our son to college in Tennessee & stopped because our daughter was sick. They were fast & very thorough! So thankful!

I am always treated with respect and the providers and nurses always listen to my concerns. Today I found out some very important drug interactions that could negatively affect my health. I am very grateful to have gotten that information. Update: I had to return today for a different condition. Same awesome service!!! Provider knew what was wrong and took care of the situation. Told me what I needed to do and prescribed some meds to help. I didn’t think I could be more impressed than last time, but I was wrong!!!

From the receptionist desk to the nurse and provider. Their service was excellent. The provider was extremely thorough in her assessment of my symptoms. Kudos to Tashina, provider for HCE. I will definitely use them again.

Iv been here many times over the years, iv always been taken care of so very well. I highly recommend Health care Express.

Was refused care because I didn't have a Letter of Protection. I should not have needed one as I was able to pay out of pocket and also had valid insurance. I explained this and they told me the supervisor said I had to have one. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told they were not there and that they had to call the supervisor. When I tried to get their information to file a complaint with the medical board I was not given any and was asked to leave. Had to take business cards. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and unlawful. They had also already taken my copay and refused to refund it. The kicker to this all, is that there was an appointment made and they ask "Is there anything we should know about this visit?" And I explained the entire situation. They should have called me a week ago when I made the appointment and actually read the notes.

Friendly staff, fast service especially when you have the flu and I've been down all week. I appreciate Mrs.Tashina and staff.
