I
went
to
Ann
and
Andy’s
Nail
Spa
for
the
first
time.
The
staff
is
extremely
friendly
and
welcoming!
Upon
arrival
I
was
one
of
two
people
there
and
was
helped
right
away.
Others
arrived
later
and
had
to
wait
a
while
as
there
were
only
three
technicians
available
to
perform
services.
Ann
was
working
on
someone’s
nails
and
did
a
fabulous
job
with
the
dip
and
design.
She
was
friendly
and
spoke
to
me
often.
Andy
gave
me
a
basic
manicure
and
Sophia
gave
me
a
pedicure.
Andy
used
a
fine
drill
to
remove
my
hands’
clear
nail
polish.
I
wish
he
had
used
nail
polish
remover,
but
I
trusted
maybe
he
saw
a
need
for
smoothing
the
nails
instead
of
just
removing
the
old
polish.
They
put
a
warm
neck
wrap
around
my
shoulders-
very
relaxing!
It
had
a
clear
protective
cover
on
it
for
sanitation.
The
massage
chair
was
excellent
and
very
comfortable,
and
I
liked
the
board
Andy
used
across
my
lap
to
balance
the
soaking
bowl-
genius
idea!
I
brought
my
own
clear
nail
strengthener
for
my
hands
(instead
of
applying
a
colored
polish),
but
Andy
finished
my
nail
shaping
quickly
and
left
to
work
on
someone
else
before
applying
the
clear
polish,
so
Sophia
did
it
after
my
pedicure.
Andy
applied
lotion
and
massaged
my
arms
and
hands
for
two
minutes
or
less,
so
next
time
I
will
upgrade
the
manicure
to
get
a
better
massage.
My
pedicure
was
upgraded,
and
Sophia
did
a
great
job.
She
took
her
time,
worked
hard,
and
I
enjoyed
the
service.
I
do
wish
her
massage
was
a
little
firmer
and
the
callus
remover
a
little
more
aggressive
(it
was
very
soft
and
gentle),
but
overall,
my
feet
and
toes
looked
great
at
the
end!
I
will
return
and
try
something
new
next
time.
They
have
an
extensive
selection
of
color,
especially
dips.
They
offer
water
or
soda
to
drink
upon
arrival.
Their
prices
are
fair,
but
their
wait
time
(for
others)
was
a
little
longer
than
expected.
Overall,
I
give
my
first
time
experience
4
stars,
and
will
update
my
post
if
things
improve
or
wow
me
the
next
time.
