The VERY BEST ER VISIT IN MY 57 YEARS OF LIFE.!!!!!!!!! I cannot express the gratitude I have for this team. Every one from the registration did to the nursing staff to the Doctor, was knowledgeable, curious and understanding of my issues. Thank you frm my heart Shelbie, Kevin and Dr. Henderson.

This place is absolutely amazing! I went in Thanksgiving morning and the staff was super friendly. They got me in and out in 40 mins. Very clean and welcoming rooms while you’re being seen with TVs, comfy furniture. Definitely recommend this place 100 times!!!

Mary Smith my nurse was great. She stepped right in when I got there and knew I was real sick. The who team did Joseph stepped right in and did all my blood work, and put my IV in. He also did a wonderful job. Dr. Harris had great bedside manner and got right in and did what he needed to do. They kept me overnight for observation and my night nurse Linda stepped right in and didn’t miss a beat from day shift. She was very kind a got anything I needed. Love this place and I love the staff.

I’m new in town and can’t un to be treated for a sinus infection. There was zero wait and they had me in and out in a timely manner. The doctor and staff were amazing and helped me with a list of providers so u can get my medical care established here.

Absolutely love this location. The facility was clean, very friendly staff, and speedy service! Eric in the Radiology Department was professional and funny. I can't say enough about this team... Nurse Mary and Nurse Josh I want to thank you so much for being so kind and caring. Thank you to registration for processing us fast and with a smile. The nurses and staff really took care of my wife. A lot better than the big hospital across the street would have done. The doctors and nurses really care about their patients and listen to what is bothering them. I always tell my friends and family to come to Signature Care for all their medical needs. Quick and easy! Enrollment process was swift and painless. Staff was extremely friendly to us for our visit. Ms. Felicia and Vanessa greeted us with the paperwork. Nurse Mary and Ashley, and Dr. Harris were patient with us. Bedside manner top notch. Quickly screened and were out within an hour. Will come here again for future weekend emergencies.

The staff was very friendly. The check-in process was fast. They were calling us back before I finished filling out the paperwork. The nurse and doctor were great with my little girl. They were very thorough and answered all questions we had.

Brought daughter in for gash on her head! The nurse and Dr Yost were fantastic! Able to take care of her with the most non invasive procedure but one that’s a great option! They got us in and out very quickly but made sure all our needs were met!

The entire staff is great!! They're very thorough, great listeners, and very very clean with great bedside manners. I only wish this were a regular doctor's office. I'd prefer making regular visits here then anywhere else.

Signature care in Texarkana is amazing. We always have a great experience, despite sickness, when we come. They get us in and out as quickly as they can. Our nurses Josh, Mary, & cyndal divided and conquered all three kids and Dr. Baugh was right in behind them to make sure we were seen quickly. I appreciate them making time a priority when having three sick kids.
