Wife and I both got new shoes. Don is a pro… took the time to understand our needs and wants before making suggestions. We will definitely be back. Customers for life!!

I'd had my previous New Balance shoes for years and needed to replace them. I went to the Rockwall location and was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I told the clerk what I was looking for/purpose and he took me to the area I needed to be in. After selecting several pairs, he measured my foot and returned with a couple of pairs. Unfortunately the shoe I really wanted wasn't in stock in my size/width but I tried it on in a wider width. I loved the shoe it was just to wide. As I'd worn my old NB in, I showed him the old insoles I used which were also bought from NB, and he quickly found what I needed. He ordered my new shoes, had them shipped to the house, and I paid for both the shoes and new insoles. Everything was done it a reasonable amount of time. My new shoes arrived about a week later and after putting my new insoles in they fit and wear great. New Balance is the only workout shoes I buy and the Rockwall location provides great service.

The customer service and professionalism was amazing! I was greeted the minute I stepped in the store! They had a computer in the store that measures your foot, points out things like your arch to better help find the right sneaker for you. I didn't feel like they only wanted to make a $$ like some other places do so I didn't have a problem with spending the money I did! I will be back to NB Rockwall when I need a new pair of sneakers!

Stopped in to the Rockwall New Balance store to replace my worn-out gym shoes. A very pleasant man, Will, stepped up and began helping me, asking me about my intended use, etc. He measured my feet to ensure the correct size, and helped me try on a few different models. He's a super easy-going guy, friendly, easy to talk to, and really helpful. We engaged in a short conversation about working out, so it's more than just walking into a store and buying shoes. And it's obvious he takes care of himself, he's visibly in good shape, so this helps me have confidence that he understands how I'm going to use these new shoes in the gym. Always good to have someone who can relate. Was really a pleasure to work with Will, and I'll be sure to come back and seek out his help, advice, and expertise. Thank you Will!

It was a strange experience for me since I'm used to buying quick, cheap shoes, so to have someone assist me through the entire transaction was honestly refreshing. I'm gonna have to break in the new shoes for a little while, but I appreciate the absolutely phenomenal customer service! I was a little clenching my pearls when I got the price of the shoes at the register, but good shoes don't come cheap. Wonderful store, convenient, and worth the 200 for nice shoes!

Great Customer Service! I was looking for a pair of 860s in a different color than what they had in the store. They were able to find it in another store and ordered them to be delivered to my house. They arrived within a week! Very happy with the shoes and the service!

Absolutely the best experience that we have had shoe shopping. Joe, you did an amazing job helping me and my son find the best shoes for him. This store showed us some old school traditions that went above and beyond our expectations. Good job Joe. Thank you very much.

I was in a great amount of pain when I visited the New Balance store in Rockwall. LeAnne helped me to find the perfect shoe, as well as insoles for my combat boots. LeAnne didn’t make me feel rushed; she took the time to explain different options for me to choose from and she went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I recommend this store to anyone needing help with shoes, and I hope you get the opportunity to meet LeAnne.
