    If i could give zero stars I would. We bought an almost $90,000 camper from them less than a year ago. We brought it in for warranty work. They had our camper for 3 months and a majority of the issues we had with our camper are not fixed. We have called and called. Their communication sucks. We were told they would resolve the issue and call us back. Its almost been a week and haven't heard from anyone. I guess you have to actually go see them to talk to someone. We were also sold a warranty package that we paid extra for so they would come to us and fix it. Dont fall for that. They apparently dont have mobile mechanics. Definitely wont be going back and buying from them. We will be calling another company to come take a look at our camper. Warranty isnt going to be happy that they paid for several issues that still have yet to be fixed.

    If it was possible to give negative stars I would. Don't even deserve a 0. They have had our camper that was brand new when we bought it (from a fun town RV) and used maybe 4 times over a year since November. We took it in to get the slide fixed and about 2 months in (maybe around Mid Jan early feb) got a call saying we would need to pay for seals to be fixed cause warranty doesn't cover it. We said understandable we will pay for it and that it would be done in a couple of weeks. It's April now and about 2-3 weeks ago we got a call saying there is a major dent in my RV and it will cost me almost 1k to fix it. We said there wasn't a dent when we brought it in and there wasn't one the first time you called about seals. Asked for a manager call back and still nothing. Still have our camper, still being promised call backs, and just being avoided.

    After purchasing a trailer from Fun Town RV last week, I encountered an unfortunate mistake during the pickup process, which resulted in damage to my unit on the way back home. The thorough inspection and necessary repairs were completed with utmost care, giving me the peace of mind that safety and quality are paramount at Fun Town RV. I am also immensely grateful for the outstanding assistance provided by Dexter, the salesperson who facilitated my purchase. Right from the beginning, Dexter displayed a high level of professionalism, dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction. He got me an unbeatable price for the Ember 191MSL Travel Trailer but also ensured that the entire transaction was smooth and enjoyable. The level of service and genuine concern shown by the team at Fun Town RV truly impressed me. Their swift resolution of the issues and the steps taken to restore my confidence in the dealership have far exceeded my expectations. In conclusion, as a satisfied customer who now feels valued and appreciated, I will not hesitate to recommend Fun Town RV to my friends and family. I am confident that they will receive the same exceptional care and service that I experienced. Once again, I extend my gratitude to Mr. Wagner for his personal attention to this matter and for ensuring that my concerns were addressed with utmost professionalism.     Fun Town RV Customer Car Mega Center in Cleburne, Texas is an amazing place. We are first time customers and everyone in every department were great. We had a special warranty issue, and every detail was taken care of! We want to give a "special shout out" to four of the employees. James, Joe, Ricky, and Sergio.     Lacks communication. After 3 months of them having my Rv, I still don't know where I stand on the repairs made to it. 2 service advisor either changed departments or are no longer there. Both times it was never communicated back to me. I only found out when I called to get updates in progress. I personally don't think they care about customer retention due to the high volume they have being the largest repair facility in North Texas. Would not recommend them.

    I recently went to the Mega Center in Cleburne to order a part for my trailer. Jerrod was very helpful. After my visit i attempted to follow up several times. The call center would say no one is available and would send an email for a callback. No Callback. I even was transferred to Sergio's voicemail who i was told was the parts manager No Callback. The part was delivered to me and it was the incorrect part. When i returned the part the individual working i believe was April told me it was done incorrectly. She attempted to assist in finding the correct part and was unable to. She advise that Tracy was better at locating parts but was not in that day and took my name, phone number and measurements of the part i was needing and said she would have Tracy contact me. Here we are 4 days later and No CallBack. I attempt to call again today and was told she was not available and the call center would send her an email. In which i did not follow through knowing that no one would follow through on their end. if you want to avoid stress and a headache go somewhere else.

    First, let me say thank you too Brooke and Carisa. These two really took care of us and got the job done! When Carisa was out, Brooke took ownership and ensured our RV was not only fixed but nice and clean on pick up. Yes it takes a long time to get things fixed, yes it's annoying having to wait, but you have to understand all service centers are overwhelmed and they are at the mercy of the suppliers to receive the parts. Fun Town RV has made the entire process from purchase to repair a great experience. I highly recommend them.

    Our truck camper refrigerator wouldn’t work. Fun Town replaced it and allowed us an extra day to pick it up due to our schedules. You will know where to drive up when you see this across the parking lot.
