They’d get more than 1 star if they knew how to treat their employees. Some of the worst management I’ve ever seen in retail.

Customer Service At This Store Is Beyond Terrible. The General Manager “Heather” Should Not Be In Charge Of Nothing, She Should Honestly Be Fired. Definitely Making Sure Everyone I Know Doesn’t Spend A Penny At This Joke Of A Store.

This is one of my favorite stores!! I could spend all day collecting deals on clothes and shoes or playing with the games and gadgets. Either way, I always walk out the door with a big smile on my face and am oddly sayisfied with my entire experience!! ...planning my next stop in already. Lol have fun!

If I could give them a zero I would!! Me and my wife went in to get school clothes and shoes for our grandkids after we check out and get to the car we realize that they had overcharged us for a pair of shoes $15 and a shirt n pair of shorts that were supposed to be buy one get one half off well they charged us full price for both @ 14.99 each then charged us 22.48 for them as well the kid at the service desk was trying to ask mgr for help but she was too busy talking on her cell phone to help so he came back and gave us 15$ for the shoes and 7.49 for the other 2 items witch should have been 14.99x2 We told him that still wasn’t right and he said he did the best he knew how to then the mgr walks up with a attitude asking if everything was okay and my wife said no we still didn’t get the right amount of money back that we were overcharged and she said oh well we been busy so it will be ok Seriously you think you can take peoples money from them just cause you can’t do math very well and cause you been busy

The five stars aren’t for the store itself but for the Cashier Anna.. she greeted us when we walked up and kept us in conversation the whole time. She asked us about the credit card but wasn’t overly pushy about it. She deserves 10 stars and a snack (inside joke)

I ordered online. Excellent variety of anything you could possibly need for any outdoor activity. Picked up my order the very next day. Everyone was fast and efficient. Only 4 stars because I never saw not one employee smile. Guest services seemed miserable. Like zombies working. Just going through the motions.

I went here to look at freedom seed dispensers, and the gentleman working that section was exceptional! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time to assist anyone who had questions. He was very thorough on his background checks and providing safety information. Despite it being his birthday, he was in extremely good spirits and absolutely rocked it.
