I
have
been
a
LifeTime
member
for
almost
5
years
and
have
visited
several
other
facilities
while
traveling
but
this
location
has
to
have
the
absolute
worst
customer
service.
This
facility
is
concerned
‘premium’
for
the
convenient
location
(near
downtown/uptown)
not
the
accommodations.
The
weight
area
is
tiny,
outdated
equipment,
small/non
existent
stretching
area.
Every
other
surrounding
club
has
bigger
weight
floors,
dry/wet
sauna,
indoor/outdoor
pool,
kid
center
with
classes
and
activities.
For
that
I
choose
not
to
pay
an
extra
$80/month
to
be
considered
diamond
but
I
will
frequent
there
once
a
month
on
a
quick
workout
day
since
it
is
closer
to
my
house
and
every
time
the
front
desk
associates
makes
me
feel
like
I
don’t
belong
there.
No
one
is
warm
or
welcoming
and
I
get
questioned
on
why
I’m
visiting,
if
I
need
a
tour
(I
was
asked
this
on
my
8th
visit
just
this
year),
I
have
been
told
I
can
come
‘this
one
time’
as
if
it’s
not
a
part
of
my
membership
to
visit
any
other
club
once
a
month.
I
have
been
visiting
this
gym
for
3
years
off
and
on,
you
would
think
they
would
recognize
me
by
now
or
at
least
see
in
their
system
how
many
times
I
have
been
coming
there.
It
honestly
makes
me
want
to
not
deal
with
lifetime
at
all
because
it
appears
as
if
these
tiers/levels
create
a
classist
type
system
even
if
the
facility
doesn’t
match
and
make
their
own
customers
(I
still
pay
luxury
gym
prices)
feel
inadequate
because
they
aren’t
a
certain
level.
I
am
going
to
continue
driving
the
extra
15-20mins
for
not
only
a
bigger
and
more
accommodating
gym
but
also
a
staff
that
is
friendly
to
me
and
my
family.
Sincerely,
Not
