This was my second visit and the visit was exceptional both times! From Dr. White, to the nurses Hannah and Joe, to Ms. Antoinette my visit was stress free. Even the front desk staff was understanding with helping me setup my payment plan and everything. Such a nice caring place! I wasn’t waiting for hourrssss, they got me in and out within 3 1/2 hours! For an ER that’s very impressive!

This place is crooked! They charged me $48,000 (yes thousand) for a two hour evaluation of side pain and IV fluids. I got an itemized statement and I am double charged multiple times. Not only did they bill twice for many procedures, they charged me for things I never had done. Multiple line items were not performed (like an IV push, ketorolac, and more!) And to be billed for supplies not used? You didn’t use supplies and I get charged?! There wasn’t even a definitive diagnosis other than side pain! I will never visit them again. Of course, I am pursuing this further, but please be aware. My max out of pocket is $4000 and most of that was already met. Their billing makes no sense. I have a hard time getting through to anyone when I call. Their billing customer service or getting anyone outside the hospital on the phone is non-existent. I’ve sent emails and called multiple time. We also had an awful experience with a nurse and had to request to switch nurses. The nurse started an IV without opening her IV kit and was not prepared. It was horrific. Never again! Very very crooked facility pretending to be Godly. Absolutely heart breaking!

I went in for extreme lower abdominal pain. The Dr & nurses were absolutely fantastic. The Dr was great at explaining everything in Layman's terms & did all he could to get me to a urologist right away to take care of a kidney stone. The nurses took such great care of me with all the love & patients you could imagine. With the pain I was in they did a very noticeably great job at taking excellent care of me.

Definitely the best urgent care visit we’ve ever had. Debated going here or a pediatric urgent care since we were going for my 3 year old and I’m so glad we came here. There was no wait. We were seen as soon as we were done with the paperwork. The staff was AMAZING. Dr Pelli and Nurse Joe were so fantastic with our daughter. So good my daughter was asking if she could have another check up. We will definitely be back when the needs arises… just hopefully not too soon :) BIG thank you for this super positive experience during a stressful time.

I was sent here from Dr James at Hulen, and we saw Dr White and Joe was our RN. Since they called ahead, they were ready for us. I had the worst headache of my life and Doc wanted a CT of my head because of my history. First and foremost Dr White treated my headache and got my pain level down quickly. That was so relieving. Went straight to CT and by the time I was finished my headache was at a 1. From a 10 mind you. Joe got my IV one stick. Great experience and the Dr took the time to explain why what I tried for my headache didn’t work. So I got educated and he sent me home with a script for the combination he used for my personal condition. As always with TotalCare, medical care is top notch, from the Dr’s office to the ER. We were greeted with smiles from all the staff. Getting checked in was quick. I love that about this ER in Benbrook. Never have we had a long wait. Thanks TotalCare, Dr White a Joe. I am doing great!

Marisol, Dr. Joe & Rene they were absolutely incredible! We came in with a finger that was smashed and they took incredible care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. I highly recommend this place and the team.

I rarely go to the doctor much less an ER but after 5 days of nausea and headaches I walked into the Benbrook facility. I was greeted and attended to immediately by Ashley at the front desk who was so personable. My RN, Caitlin was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Very attentive to my comfort. Shanna our RT approached us with a big smile and was on it with the needed x-rays. Dr White came in when I first arrive and informed me of exactly what they would be doing. Within an hour of me entering the ER Dr White returned to tell me that it was a Kidney and bladder infection. He was so patient with my questions and explained some other things that showed up on the X-rays. Very informative. I’m rarely sick, and never go to ER’s but if ever needed again, I would drive extra miles to go to Benbrook just knowing I would receive superior and swift care. Thank you Total Care Starla Linn

I went in with broken wrist. It was quick, reasonably priced (without insurance), super pleasant, super clean, and attentive, knowledgeable medical folk and front desk reception. The costs were fully set out before I even gave them my info! I was seen by Dr. White; Joe the RN; Miss Antoinette took my x-rays; and finally, but the first person to make a great impression, Miss Teika at the front desk. I was in a good deal of pain (for me) and nothing could have gone better. Honestly would go here again in a heartbeat. Many thanks to all of you for excellent care.

We have unfortunately had to use their services on numerous occasions. I am very proud to say that we have received the utmost attention and care in a very timely manner. The staff is so considerate and attentive on every visit, no matter what shift we may arrive at. I highly recommend for they are a fully equipped facility. I would give 10 stars if able. The staff was equally pleasant (hilarious) and supportive, which made a significant difference during a stressful time. Wow what an amazing staff!! Front desk girl was so nice and polite. RN Caitlin was over amazing!! out of my 42 Years of Living I never seen a nurse that nice sweet and concern!! She made me feel so comfortable.. Dr.Hume one of the best doctors I ever met in my life!! very concerned about my situation talk to me about what to do and I'm definitely going to take his advice.

We had such a great experience here. Thankful for the positive reviews that gave us confidence to bring our 12 month old while we were visiting family for the holiday. I would highly recommend if you are in the area and need compassionate urgent care.

Being sick on vacation is no fun. Total are was the perfect alternative since urgent cares close early in Texas. I had personalized, genuine care. They took their time and explained everything. Wish we had one of these in Wisconsin. 😊

From the minute I walked in..a totally incredible experience. From the receptionists, to the nurse, to the doctor. Lots of stitches and I never felt the numbing shots. Dr. White was amazing.I’m Medicare, so no coverage, but my treatment was above and beyond. Top notch staff and facility.

These guys are absolutely amazing! The staff is happy to be there, and they really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of while I was there. Best ER experience I’ve ever had hands down.

Prompt and thorough care. Ran lab work and diagnosed with flu. Gave me fluids as I was dehydrated, and I began feeling better soon. Everyone was caring and efficient. Sent home with meds and explanation for using them. They do not take Medicare, however, but we may file ourselves.

TotalCare is wonderful! Not only do they have excellent bedside manner, but they actually listen to you unlike several other places. It’s so nice when you tell the nurse the best IV location and they try it without questioning you. It’s makes it less stressful. My nurse got the IV on the first try and I barely even felt it! I’ve had so many IVs in the past. She was also so very sweet, I will not forget her. The doctor went above and beyond to make sure nothing was overlooked. They got me all fixed up and I am 100% better. I will always to go this ER before I go to any other and I live 45 minutes away. That’s how good this place is. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10 stars! The quality of care that you receive at TotalCare is unlike any other!

Had such a great experience. I was treated so well, virtually 0 wait time, and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. As I was in quite some pain, they were so gentle and kind with me, too. Highly recommend over other big ER location sin the central city.

I had the best experience at TotalCare Emergency Room. There was LITTLE wait after I arrived and completed neccessary paperwork. All of the staff were GREAT. Very sensitive to your needs, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I received great info on the illness I'm currently experiencing, and I appreciate them all for that. That was my first visit there, and it will not be my last. I would advise anyone to go!!

All the doctors and nurses were very helpful and seemed to genuinely care about my needs! They were all very nice and welcoming. It was an AMAZING experience and I woyld definitely recommend it to others! I had no bad experience there.

I must say that I was a bit skeptical on the type of service we would receive from a 24 -hour medical clinic. However, my doubts were erased as I recognized that fom the receptionist/front office to the nurse to radiology to the doctor, we received outstanding service. The front office staff was very patient in answer in all of our questions regarding consents and billing. The nurse was very attentive, answered all questions, and made certain that we were all comfortable. Radiology was very polite whenever entering the room and ran my tests quickly and effectively. Dr. P has excellent bedside manner and we could not have asked for a more attentive, thoughtful and patient experience. We left much better than we arrived and are feeling even better today!Thank you!

I went in because I was having trouble breathing. Kelly got me all set up and took great care of me in the room. She helped me stay calm and relaxed. Dr. Fambro talked me through all the tests they were going to do and was really kind and sweet. Shanna took my X-rays and was patient with me. Whitney brought me a super warm blanket to make me feel better. Best medical service I have ever received.

Went here today since my primary Dr wasn't available and glad I did. Staff was super friendly and was in and out within an hour. Nurse Kellie was very friendly and she did an awesome job. Dr Pelli was also great and was able to diagnose me and get me on with my day. Will definitely go back for any medical needs in the future. So glad I discovered this place.

I went to Total Care a few days ago in extreme stomach pain. It’s never fun telling people about your tummy issues but the staff made me feel very comfortable. Antonette was a ray of sunshine and so sweet and gentle with me. My nurse, Joe, was very attentive with great bedside manner, we talked sports and he did a great job keeping my mind off of what was going on. Dr. White was able to get me answers and in a timely manner. I was in and out of there within a few hours. It’s very clean and I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone that needs to go to the ER as they have the equipment for labs, CT scans and more. Great staff. Great location!

My son broke his arm and this place was amazing. Super clean, got us right in and everyone was really kind. Probably the best ER experience we have had! We saw Dr Benjamin Park and he did a great job with my kid. All the nurses were super kind. We weren’t there very long either which was a huge win.

Our experience at TotalCare ER was 10-10! As soon as you walked in, friendly receptionist and place was very nice and clean. Nurse practitioners and the doctor, came in and talked to my son since he was very concerned about his football instead of his ankle. They were great help! I am so happy we went to this place. Thank you so much guys for the care you provided to my son. 100% recommended

This was an awesome place to go, first time I've ever been there. The staff were wonderful so nice and accommodating and they just made you feel welcome. My doc was on my case quickly reassured me everything was okay after falling off a ladder, did a CAT scan which came out good and then he controlled the migraine I was having. This is a clean professional place that actually has a Bible by the front desk hanging on the wall which I found to be a blessing. I recommend this place to anybody anytime for anything. They are incredible compared to any ER you could go to and I thank them for taking such good care of me. May God bless them all.
