I waited in line for 5 minutes only to have the little girl close her register and look me in the eyes as she shut off the light. I spend a lot of money here every week. Or I guess I should say, I used to spend a lot of money here every week. She couldn't check out my 3 items before her break. I will never go back as long as I live. Unbelievably disappointed.

We've made Kroger our go to place since 1990's. Most of our experiences were 5 star. Recently the stance Corporate has taken on pro life issues and Texas Law we are looking for a new place to shop.

Unfortunately I work for an app that has me pick up and deliver groceries and sometimes I have to come to this store and I dread it every time. The employees that work at this Kroger are nothing but rude. You should have a sense of community at your local grocery store but this Kroger needs to be shut down, removed and replaced by something better and with people that know sincerity and customer service. I get treated horribly almost every time. 2 days ago I was there doing my job and the woman working the cashier '15 items of less" line made a few nasty comments that I was holding up her line and rolling her eyes at me and in the end, she was the one who was wrong because she didn't know how to work the register and she did not apologize, gave me massive anxiety and made me feel terrible. As desperate as I am to make money for a living to help my disabled grandma and child with autism, I will never take an order for the Cleburne Kroger ever again. I am done with that place.

Needs a major renovation and more employees! The women’s restroom smells strongly of MOLD. It’s overwhelming. If you have allergies, don’t enter. One open register and no self checkout. 6 customers waiting to check out and 3 more in line at the service desk. I’ve been to some nice Kroger stores. This isn’t one of them. This one has a good selection of products and nice employees. PLEASE fix the issues. UPDATED to add a recent Facebook post about this store.

The store is old and outdated. It’s good for running to grab something quick without fighting crowds but the other larger stores in town have a much better selection with up to date stores.

Awesome store! Floor plan is set up nice for buying groceries and the cashier Ginna, is amazing! Just helped my husband and I pick out a gift card and explain how to use it. ( was multiple in one type.) Thank you for being awesome!

This is a smaller store but has everything I have needed. There's always plenty of cashiers with very little waiting to check out. The people are always friendly and helpful.

I don't like self checkout. Maybe if they gave an employee discount but probably not. I asked the person there guarding/assisting about a discount, why there were not any humans to do this work. Employee had no response / looked confused by my questions. Manager came over and offered to checkout my purchases, I declined as I was already halfway through. The manager said I was rude to the employee and that said employee was underage. The manager said that they were short staffed. I apologized for hurting the underage employee's feelings. Although I don't know what hurt their feelings. Apparently asking questions to which they have no answer constitutes hurt feelings. I'm against the removal of human employees across the board regardless of what establishment I'm doing business with.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They just got self checkout which is a ++, huge time saver. The early morning manager is super great and probably deserves a raise.

Things are mislabeled, overpriced, and almost expired and only one checkout lane open usually

We shop the Cleburne Kroger quite often for their advertised items and save money. Staff was very helpful in solving a minor systems glitch in pricing and setting up my new Kroger app. Excellent customer service!

Got the Take out Thanksgiving Dinner and was impressed with how everything tasted great. There was plenty for our party of 6 with some leftover. My husband had surgery the day before and I didn't have time to buy everything and prepare it so this was a big help for me. Ladies in deli were courteous and helpful. If I find myself in a pinch again will definitely use Kroger deli.

Bought some kombucha 2 weeks ago that expired all the way in April. My partner got severe food poisoning from it and whenever I try to call the Kroger number it immediately hangs up on me.
