    Le Refuge Bar Resto était un centre d'attraction à Ouanaminthe surtout pour les gens qui aiment les activités de nuit. Il fonctionnait comme restaurant et discothèque mais par la suite c'est devenu simple restaurant. Actuellement il est renové, reamménagé avec beaucoup plus d'espace pour s'asseoir et consommer sur place et aussi pour danser.
